Active Measures Explained (Part One) – published 3/31/2026

The problem I’m warning about

The RCP intends to kill about half our species, and unknown numbers of nonhuman life forms, i.e. everyone in West-allied nations as well as a couple billion innocent people in the global south, all so the RCP can enslave humanity. The RCP believes in slavery and believes that is the system that will work best for the RCP. They could care less what works best for humanity. The RCP has stopped humanity from countering the climate catastrophe for decades, stopped civilians worldwide from being told about the problem until approximately 2015, when they let it be known in an attempt to deflect interest from their theft of Crimea from Ukrainians. They removed former President Carter from office because he was working to steer America towards alternative fuels, and ensured VP Gore wouldn’t become president because he too would’ve steered America and the world towards alternative energy. The RCP has used cheap petroleum-based products and psychological warfare to seize control of humanity so they can enslave our species and own the world. They are highly acquisitive, short-sighted and evil but they are excellent liars. They have covertly murdered millions of children, hundreds of millions of innocent people, and trillions of nonhuman life forms worldwide. Earth life can no longer afford them. Since they are human, humans must deal with them.

What Active Measures is

Active Measures is a psychological warfare, ambush-based, genocide weapon built by the Russian Communist Party (“RCP”) in the late 19 teens, & early 1920s, & was further developed by Stalin, who considered it his flagship achievement. The RCP uses the weapon to seize control of gatekeepers, then force the gatekeepers (also known as authority figures, dominants, parents, supervisors, landlords, cultural, business or political leaders, law enforcement, etc.) to enslave subordinates. Subordinates are everyone trying to get something from the gatekeeper. Stalin named his weapon Disinformation, the RCP later renamed it Active Measures (“AM”), New Russian Warfare, & New Warfare.

The weapon attacks & manipulates human hierarchy & chain-of-command to destroy the RCP’s enemies & enslave their allies by forcing authority figures to attack subordinates, usually psychologically via bullying or public shaming but I’ve also been attacked sexually & physically by supervisors. The RCP ambushes & enslaves authority figures in a group, system or business – i.e. parents, supervisors, police officers, presidents, teachers, friends, doctors, prime ministers, landlords, grocery store employees, cashiers, bus drivers, coworkers, neighbors, etc. - slaves aren’t allowed to admit they’re slaves. Anyone who interacts with subordinates who subordinates have been socialized from childhood to treat w/courtesy &/or obey, is deployed by the RCP to attack civilian targets, including psychologically attacking &/or influencing children. No one is too young or too old to be attacked by the RCP.

The RCP trains children in enemy countries they consider useful, to destroy their own family & their own country from within, without the child understanding they’re being deployed & destroyed by a belligerent of their nation. In 2026, multiple world leaders &/or billionaires exhibit signs of having been groomed by the RCP long ago. At least seven of those leaders have expressed admiration publicly for Putin, &/or are in BRICS nations. I’ve seen photos and video of some of these men clinging to Putin’s hand when they meet: which tells me they accept Putin as their alpha. Putin is a mass murderer of millions of children. He is unworthy to be anyone’s alpha. The leaders public fawning isn’t a lucky break for the RCP. I believe these men were attacked covertly from childhood by the KGB. I don’t know them and I don’t have access to KGB files but I’ve been covertly attacked by the RCP for 55+ years. I know the RCP attacks children because they began attacking me when I was a child. When the world leaders meet with Putin it looks to me like the joyous reunion of a dog pack greeting their alpha. That’s a problem for humanity. The RCP is increasingly successfully destabilizing democracies and promoting dictatorships and terrorist states in much of the world.

For children in targeted nations the RCP assess as potential leaders of the nation the RCP decides is an enemy, the RCP begins immediate destabilization attacks to destroy those children, which I know based on my own personal experience. Usually they hook children on drugs, make them homeless, install sex ops into their beds, and/or deploy compromised parents, siblings, school bullies, and/or teachers to threaten, terrorize, beat and harass the child. The RCP assesses children by having a child they own pick a fight with a child the RCP is assessing. Again, based on my direct, personal experience.

How the RCP attacks a family

A top dog, say a dad, is ambushed, blackmailed, threatened & forced to destroy &/or influence subordinates in his circle, i.e. his children. My parents were entrapped & forced to order me to cheat Social Security. I refused. Had I agreed to my parent’s order, I wouldn’t be free to type these words. Slaves aren’t permitted to admit they’re entrapped. My mother was entrapped after the RCP installed a sex op into her bed who committed a crime for which she was apparently partially blamed. She was prevented from telling me the details because the RCP doesn’t allow slaves to explain what happened to them.

The RCP aims bespoke KGB Trojan Horse warfare at children & civilians

Active Measures (“AM”) is a play on Trojan Horse strategy where armies gained access to their enemy’s fortress by building an innocuous-looking structure to con villagers into bringing the structure inside their fortified space, then out popped enemy soldiers. In AM entrapped parents & other authority figures are the Trojan Horse but are prevented from telling their children they’re slaves. They’re forced to betray their children, the betrayal is revealed to the children, which is how the RCP is destroying families & crashing the human birth rate. Trust is the cornerstone of democracy. Children who are betrayed by their parents cannot trust their government. Placing compromised or passive individuals in leadership positions aids the RCP in destroying democracies.

The RCP exploits human evolution, instincts and hardwiring

Children are hardwired & socialized to obey their parents & have no way to know their parent is a slave of the RCP. The parent probably isn’t told Putin owns them, my theory is the RCP tells slaves our legitimate government ran a sting & entrapped them. That’s a lie. Although our legitimate government runs sting operations, they don’t force parents to lie to &/or enslave their own children, order doctors to influence patients to cheat Medicare, force cashiers at big box stores to not ring up a target’s groceries so the RCP can deploy enslaved police in the store’s security to “accidentally” kill the target. My doctor must have been convinced he wouldn’t get into trouble by trying to influence me to cheat Medicare & the only people I can think of who could’ve assured him he wouldn’t lose his medical license were legitimate law enforcement. So the RCP owns compromised individuals in law enforcement they deploy to con doctors into influencing patients.

A brief history of the origins of the RCP

The Russian Communist Party (“RCP”), who initially called themselves the Bolsheviks, seized control of Russia in 1917, led by Vladimir Lenin. The RCP ended the Romanov dynasty’s 304 year rule by forcing Nicholas II to abdicate in 1917, killing him and his family in 1918. Following an assassination attempt on Lenin in 1918, he experienced a series of strokes from which he never recovered and died in 1924. Joseph Stalin, a supporter of the Bolsheviks and Lenin having joined the party before 1905, worked his way up through the hierarchy to seize control of the RCP in 1922. He ruled the party until his death in 1953.

Back to me

I no longer live in Riverside but the RCP continue their attacks. As best I can tell, the KKK is no longer involved in the attacks against me but because the KKK was deeply embedded in Riverside law enforcement in the 1970s, and the RCP is deeply embedded in the KKK, the RCP covertly deployed hundreds of compromised law enforcement to harass me over decades, forcing compromised American police to oversee and manage attacks against me by deploying enslaved Americans the RCP owns here. I witnessed a uniformed police officer force a young man to harass me.

I’ve evaded multiple entrapment attacks by compromised law enforcement, starting when I was 14 or 15, and spanning to when I was 65: so 50 years of entrapment attempts by compromised American law enforcement under orders by the RCP. My parents, one a retired police officer, one who has now died, are/were entrapped by the RCP and ordered me to cheat the U.S. government. I refused, evading yet another entrapment attack. I had no idea I was evading entrapment attacks. I simply didn’t want to do what they ordered me to do. In my 50s, I had a strong sense of self. Children, teens and young adults ordered by their parents to break the law and thus enslave themselves, are putty in the RCP’s hands.

My four half siblings I was raised with are entrapped. They deny it or ignore my allegations. I believe they deny it under orders from their handlers. The RCP is working an ongoing, covert multi-decades long coup-genocide against Americans, our government, our immigrants and our allies. They attack using a psychological warfare, ambush weapon they call Active Measures. I’ve been trying to warn the world since 2012, years before the RCP stole Crimea from Ukrainians, years before I knew the name of the belligerent but simply knew we were under attack. The RCP isn’t big on self-identifying. They attack without bothering to explain who they are or why they’re attacking you. They use proxies. They’re here illegally. If they told our government they were destroying American children our legitimate government bomb them. The RCP doesn’t want to be bombed but they’re determined to destroy us. Not because we’re a bad people or nation but because the RCP thinks the world is theirs to do with as they wish, that all humans are theirs, that the world is theirs. They’re insane but don’t know it. They think since they build an effective weapon called Active Measures that they’re god. It’d be like people who manufactured guns who defeated enemies with bows and errors thinking they’re god just because they created a new weapon and out-competed their competitors/enemies. The RCP is insane but don’t know it. They’ve been wielding psychological warfare for a century and that long of a success against the world has convinced them they’re god. God doesn’t mass murder human children. The RCP are psychopaths. Worse, they’re throwing earth habitability under the bus because they think making people scared of a fast-heating earth gives the RCP an edge. The RCP believes they’ll stabilize the climate by destroying West-allied countries and their people. That’s what they mean by “flipping the world order.” They use euphemisms to hide their murderous intent.

Memories of my 9 year old self, my immigration to California & what I’ve learned about the RCP

The USSR began a coup against the American people in the 20th century, and expanded it to illegally target civilians, women, and children in direct contravention of the Geneva Conventions of 1949, to which the USSR was a signatory. The USSR began it’s attacks against me when I was about 11 years old, until I was around 31, when the USSR ended in 1991. The next Russian government picked up where the USSR had left off, with more precise entrapment attempts against me as well as physical attacks. They forced my parents, siblings, doctor, boss, plains clothed police, and strangers unknown to me to work to entrap me. Using my loved ones as weapons against me is evil, as is using my own society against me, which is what the Russian government is doing.

The Russian government forced my father, a retired police officer, to tell me to exaggerate my health problems to Social Security Disability after Russia-controlled American operatives deliberately made me sick and prevented the first several doctors I went to to diagnose me. While he worked as a police officer, my dad was used to gas light, misdirect, and influence me. He told me not to write this book, sneered at me and implied people would think me crazy for writing it because, at the time I’d decided to write the book in my late 50s, I didn’t know who the perpetrator was beyond the fact that police were extra judicially harassing me and ordering people I didn’t know to harass me. Had I exaggerated my health problems to Social Security Disability as my father told me to do, and had I broken the laws my mother told me to break, I, like them, would be enslaved by the Russian government. And that government would lead me to believe that (1) our legitimate government has entrapped them and (2) is forcing them to entrap their own children and friends.

I believe tens of millions of innocent people, including migrants living in America, and possibly millions of innocent people worldwide, are entrapped by the Russian government, forced to vote and/or harm others under orders of the Russian government, which government embraces slavery with itself as the master.

In addition to the Russian government destroying my family as it once was, and, I believe, murdered three of my loved ones, I’ve witnessed the Russian government’s attack and/or militarize several thousand Americans and/or immigrants civilians, including I estimate approximately a thousand American children and/or immigrant children under 15, using them as covers to shield their parent’s stealth harassing attacks against me. Or forcing children under 15 to be active partners assisting their entrapped parent and/or care providers as they harassed me. Entrapped parents, teachers, individuals, and school field trip minders, and the children they control, are forced by Russia-controlled American operatives to harass, attack, torture and/or hostilely engage me on the street, in grocery stores, on the bus, in my apartment, when I’m with my family, in my doctor’s office, at bus stops, at the post office, nearly everywhere I am, including when I go to the bathroom inside my own apartment, or use a bathroom while out running errands, Russia-controlled American operatives have people harassing nearly 24/7. Although this sounds unlikely, I’m not exaggerating. Russia-controlled American operatives treat me as if I run a cartel, and go out of their way to have operatives sneak up on me when I throw out trash or am reaching for food items at the grocery store. Their intent is to stress murder me, causing my death by “natural causes.” They don’t quite control our country enough to shoot me in cold blood, which, I’m convinced they do in many other countries.

I’ve not only been harassed and/or stealth attacked by thousands of strangers, I witnessed a young Caucasian man in his 20s, when I was approximately 48, forced by a Caucasian uniformed police officer in a marked police car to harass me. The forcing was done right in front of me and the compromised police officer didn’t care that I saw what he’d done. After that experience, and after I observed during a very short police strike in California where I wasn’t harassed by anyone for a day, I understood that some American police are compromised, and were the managers of the people attacking me. Uniformed police also harassed me directly for years.

It wasn’t until 2021 that I learned the Russian government is the puppet master controlling some of our law enforcement and is working a coup against us. I’m writing this book to warn you and to inform you about specific types of entrapment attempts the Russian government used against me.

I was born in the Midwest and have lived in Southern California since I was 9. The Russian government, then known as the USSR, became attacking me when I was 11. I am now 64. In 1969 my mom, a divorced 27 year old with four children, moved herself and her children from the Midwest after she’d completed a surgical technician training course and received a job offer from a hospital in Southern California.

My childhood before California

My teenage parents had an unplanned pregnancy: me. In the 1950s, in my family, people were forced to marry when they got pregnant. My parents had been dating when they got pregnant. They demonstrably liked each other, hence the pregnancy, maybe even loved each other, but at 17 and 18 they were too young and immature to sustain a marriage. Their marriage quickly fell apart. Both went on to remarry, have additional children, and divorce. When we arrived in Southern California, my mother had borne four of the five children she would raise: me, my 8 year old half brother, my 6 year old half sister, and my 2 year old half brother.

My mother was an excellent parent; loving, firm, consistent. My world revolved around her and I had unquestioned confidence in her because, not only did she house, cook, feed, clothe me and braid my hair, and do the same for herself and my siblings, she made sure we got our vaccinations timely (an experience we didn’t appreciate at the time – I still remember my maybe 6 year old brother running down the hall away from another needle at the clinic). She made sure I’d learned how to swim by signing me up at the community pool, and when a teacher or my new stepmother treated me cruelly, she had my back. My mother’s love for us was reflected in her high quality care and raising of us. She existed when I was born. I assumed, if I thought about it at all, that all children received such quality care. I loved her but I was her oldest child and she had no family support, so, out of necessity, she made me her lieutenant. She set high standards of maturity for me. I struggled to meet her standards as I was little more than a toddler, but she never changed the guard posts so I was able, just, to be the assistant she needed. Because my mother was, at times, a drill sergeant in terms of needing my help, and at times she was stressed, she wasn’t my favorite adult when I was a child. She was one of my favorite people but my favorite adults then were a maternal aunt and my grandparents, because they loved me, hugged me and smiled at me a lot, never criticized me, gave me anything I wanted to eat during my visits, and offered me candy, lemonade and ice cream, all of which I much preferred to babysitting my brothers and sister, even though I loved them.

My mother had four children by the time she was 26. During that time she worked multiple low paying jobs, sang on the side in clubs (she wanted to be a singer but had no family willing to watch her children); later went to school to be a surgical technician, and jettisoned a husband who cheated on her. My mother loved me but I got no spoiling from her as she was kind of busy. When I was at home, which was most of the time, I assisted her because mom needed the help. When I was with my aunt or grandparents, I was on vacation. I didn’t know that word then, but I knew which one I preferred. My mother let me visit them regularly but after a day or so she wanted me home. Cinderella was my favorite story during my childhood. I could empathize.

From the Midwest to Southern California

Back east my teachers had been African American; in Southern California my first teachers were Caucasian. I learned from and obeyed my teachers because they were good at their job and helped me understand math, which I loved, and reading, which my mother had taught me to love. My 6th grade teacher read to our class out loud and she chose good stories. I loved her reading period. I’d lay my head on my desk and listen to her tell me a story. Heaven.

Settling into our new neighborhood, playing with the dozen or so neighborhood kids, we went trick or treating, and one of the African American parents asked me to babysit. My mother gave me permission and I enjoyed that job because the two little ones were adorable and well behaved, whereas when I watched my younger siblings for my mother when she ran errands, they were headstrong and adventurous and I had to concentrate on keeping them safe without bossing them around (they hated being bossed around) until our mother returned to relieve me of the responsibility.

My siblings taught me when I was a child that power is responsibility, and hard work. As a child, I had to come up with a simple strategy to keep them safe until our mother returned. They were wild young ones, fun, fearless, and thought themselves invincible. So I learned to negotiate with them when I was 6, 7, 8, and 9: as long as they didn’t hurt themselves, or anyone else, or the furniture, I wouldn’t boss them around. My mother returned from errands to find undamaged kids and undamaged furniture, and reasonably happy children because they hadn’t been micromanaged.

To her children, our mother was the center of our world, and she was the law. I’d wanted to stay with my grandmother back east but my mother had refused. She had very good reasons for not allowing me to stay but she didn’t explain them to me. She didn’t tell me about her horrific childhood and being beaten by her mother until decades later. I was 9 when we left the mid-West. I adored my grandparents. My maternal grandmother treated me very differently than she’d treated my mother, but in 1969, when we left the mid-West, I was decades away from being told that and had no choice but to accept my mother’s decision. At 9, I was the oldest child in my immediate family. My brother was 8, my sister was 6, my baby brother 2.

Warnings about neighborhood KKK

As the oldest in my family I was used to babysitting for free. Getting paid by our new neighbor, I think $.50 per hour, was wow. My mother told us kids some of our neighbors were KKK. She had to explain to us what that was. We kids were already friends with the neighborhood kids including those in the KKK families. A KKK family member pierced my sibling’s and my ears so we could wear earrings. We weren’t raised as racists so we didn’t understand racism. The Russian government forced me to learn.

The Russian government’s war with Americans & what it means for Americans & Humanity

The Russian government is running a stealth coup and a stealth war against Americans, and has been since at least 1971, when Soviet spies and their allies attacked me when I was about 11 years old. In his paper titled “The Value of Science of Prediction” dated February 27, 2013, General Valery Gerasimov, Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Federation, says that the Russian government no longer see’s itself as being bound by the Geneva Conventions, or other rules of war.¹ Instead, the Russian government’s position is that they begin a war, covertly or overtly, and leave it to their enemies, including targeted civilians and children, to figure it out.
