America under the hood & the connection to the Putin-facilitated protests sweeping across France, Germany & other EU nations in October & November 2026 - published 10/31/2026 (revised 11/2/2026)

I'm nearly 67. For 56 yrs, since 1971, the RCP has covertly attacked me in my own country, from childhood to senior citizenship. What democracies are missing, how the RCP creates these waves of attacks & installs populist parties, is the RCP attacks civilians & children under the radar, so govts have no way to know the micro-attacks are being done to their people within families, schools, housing, medical care, jobs, etc. 

In this blog I do my best to describe how the RCP covertly attacks civilians in America based on my personal experiences and on what I've witnessed from 1971 to the present. I estimate I've personally experienced 3,000 attacks, about a 1,000 of them included minors, largely used as beards by their parents, or in the case of teens, used in groups of harassers, or individuals who feinted skateboarding into me before veering away before I began using a mobility device & after. Teens were also used to crowd around me while I sat on my mobility device at a bus stop. Occasionally teen operatives (ops) were used to space harass me in grocery stores, though store harassing attacks are largely done by adult ops, either enslaved civilians or plain clothed store security. 

I've experienced swarm attacks by teenage ops with & without their teachers, & not reported to the govt

When I say teen ops were deployed to crowd harass me at bus stops I mean one attack saw dozens of teens on a field trip coming from the direction of the Santa Monica Promenade controlled by teacher ops. The teens pressed around me as I prepared to enter a city bus on Santa Monica Blvd., heading East, near 4th Street. I couldn't move my mobility device away from them. I elected to not enter the bus because of the attack & instead watched the students & teachers board the bus & the driver drive away. I'd intended to ride that bus before the covert attack. How does a civilian report such an attack to police when individual police and teachers are among the perps? Santa Monicas police station is about a mile from where the attack happened, heading south on 4th Street. To report it I would've taken Big Blue Bus lines 2 or 3 to reach the station. Do I go there & tell the Desk Officer dozens of teens, whose faces I didn't see, deliberately swarmed me at the bus stop? Do I call 911 (U.S. emergency line) because dozens of teens blocked my ability to enter the bus &/or to back up? The teens didn't hit me, they swarmed me, deliberately. How to communicate a swarm attack as a deliberate attack when I'm a civilian who recognizes its an attack but doesn't know how to communicate the attack is one of a series of swarm attacks by people &/or groups I don't know? It's not just fear of being disbelieved, it's that I have no proof. I believe the RCP is deploying variations of these attacks worldwide because they work. Ordinary people have no idea these attacks are what Active Measures aka hybrid warfare looks like on the ground, and govts don't know Active Measures is an extinction event by the RCP against humanity so the government nor its citizens defends themselves nor launch effective offenses against the RCP, so the RCP keeps escalating, covertly attacking govts in myriad ways, including triggering violent protests as seen in multiple European countries. I've read about the violence. I'm the only person I've read who says Putin and the RCP are behind it. Intelligence agencies gather evidence. I don't have their resources, so I use my decades of experience being covertly attacked by the RCP and assess if the violence fits with my personal experience. I believe but can't prove Putin and the RCP are triggering these protests because NATO govts in the EU are building their offensive strength and Putin doesn't like it. Putin uses mainstream media in America to push the lie that if only EU nations stopped helping Ukraine defend itself, the RCP would stop hybrid warfare. I've personally experienced the RCP's hybrid warfare since 1971. If EU nations stop arming, Putin and the RCP will slaughter them, along with the rest of humanity, blaming Homo sapiens all the while. It's like a bully who trips you to make you fall, then repeatedly kicks you in the head while saying "why are you making me do this"?

The teen proxies were on a field trip. What school? I don't know. What were the names of their teachers who watched &/or orchestrated the attack? I don't know. How did I know it was a deliberate attack? Teens or anyone surrounding and blocking a mobility device, so I couldn't move forward, back up, or turn around, teens close enough to touch the device & me, makes no sense. Teens behind the device would've made sense, explained as people waiting to enter the bus after I did, but teens stepping in front of the device to block my ability to enter the bus when I was there before they arrived? Why surround the device so I couldn't turn around? The attack was sudden and unexpected, an ambush, the RCPs preferred strategy. 

Except for in Ukraine, the RCP can't deploy Russian infantry to attack civilians in targeted nations, so they seize covert control of, aka enslave, individuals, civilians & children in the targeted nation to use as proxies. Proxies may know they're owned by Putin. In America, enslaved proxies seem to have no idea they're owned by the RCP. I've tried to talk to one or two enslaved ops in my family. Their handlers won't let them discuss it. Enslaved individuals, especially children & teens, are used repeatedly because most govts and citizens don't see children or teens as weapons, assassins or threats, making child and teen ops nearly invisible. If they are arrested for something law enforcement is unlikely to categorize them as ops and more likely to treat them as troubled children, because they are - their handlers would've coached them to give details to police that categorize the child op as troubled. Trojan Horses, designed to destroy a targeted nation from the inside out, look ordinary: kids, police, parents, landlords, employers, grocery store security, neighbors, etc. I've experienced ops in all those categories, and more. The ops are victims, enslaved and forced to do what their handlers tell them. Their handlers can be enslaved law enforcement, enslaved parents or grandparents, a compromised minister, anyone Homo sapiens are socialized to assume is benign in relation to the child op. 

That's why Putin & the RCP use children as ops, because of their near invisibility as weapons. Children can harass children and adults. I've been threatened and/or harassed as an adult and as a child, by child/teen ops. The RCP use compromised law enforcement because most civilians' view law enforcement as people you call in an emergency, not someone trying to set them up. The RCP's use of children as disposable weapons is the loudest, most accurate indicator that the RCP has speciated behaviorally into a new Homo cousin, an anti-Homo sapiens ambush predator who copied parasitic slave-making ants war strategy and applied it against Homo sapiens. That's why Homo sapiens have struggled to counter Active Measures - the core of the weapon evolved in ants 15 million years ago. Ants, like wasps, have a very different war mentality than Homo sapiens, a 24/7 scorched-earth war strategy against targets until the target is dead. Homo sapiens don't use scorched earth warfare against an enemy unless we're engaged in a hot war. The RCP deploy scorched earth against civilians and children of competitors, enemy nations & allies, irrespective of whether the RCP is in a hot war or not. Almost no West-allied govt deliberately hunts children of targeted nations because West-allied govts are Homo sapiens and most 21st century Homo sapiens govts don't mass murder the children of their own species, regardless of ethnic differences. West allied govts who target children and civilians of enemies with death are basically telling the world they're owned by Putin, even if they never stage a photo op with him. I don't know how closely allied right-leaning Israeli officials are to Putin and the RCP, but I can tell Israelis this: (1) Putin destroyed Israels international reputation to isolate Israel so European and American civilians will see Israel unfavorably. Putin's not isolating Israelis for their benefit but because he expects to terrorize them more than he's already done and exploit their fear in a way harmful to them. I know because that's Putin's strategy against all Homo sapiens. He'll die before he extincts all of humanity, there's 8 billion of us, so his successor will pick up where Putin left off. Unless Homo sapiens stop them. Choosing proPutin govt officials is not the survival move for Homo sapiens; and (2) Putin did not steal control of upwards of 60 million Iranian children between this generation and the next to make Israel and the world safer. The US-Iran War is an excellent, when the climate catastrophe and Putin's other hits are causing humanity significant difficulty.

Why Putin orchestrated the US/Israel-Iran War

Putin allowed the US and Israeli militaries to kill Iran's deceased leader in order to seize control of tens of millions of Iran's children, among other reasons i.e. using Iran's military to bomb countries in the Middle East and elsewhere Putin wants bombed. Think of Putin and the RCP as corporate raiders, stealing children and militaries instead of corporate assets. To Putin & the RCP children are raw material to shape into whatever weapon Putin wants including: (1) shape the child's worldview to brainwash him/her to recognize Putin as friend & the rest of the world as foe. Its my opinion, which I can't prove, that President Trump, Jinping, Kim, Modi, PM Netanyahu, & others experienced this type of covert attack by the KGB, perhaps from childhood. Then targeted, groomed twenty something year olds were put onto leadership tracks, manipulated, frightened, bullied, lied to, set up to fail, rewarded, made to appear successful, etc. Putin uses what's worked for him in the past. The RCP will also shape Iran's children into (2) disposable mercenaries, (3) sex ops, (4) drug traffickers, (5) bullies to attack other children, (6) assassins, (7) terrorists, (8) influencers, (9) law enforcement, local & Intelligence, (10) military, (11) business owners, etc. 

Iran's children this generation & the next won't have normal childhoods, unless Iran's military breaks free of Putin, which, watching how he's used them to stymie peace negotiations, doesn't appear to be a near-term possibility. The military leaders in charge are easily manipulated who'll do whatever Putin tells them, were placed into their positions by Putin. Obedience to Putin gets you nothing, ask Sinwar. But Iran's leaders are terrified of the US & Israel: a circle of fear between the US, Israel & Iran. 

Manipulating fear is one of Putin's favorite things, second to killing people. Homo sapiens see his moves, see how he manipulates people & systems without leaving fingerprints, see how he works set ups (blaming Ukraine for the diesel shortages when Putin conned the US into the Iran War, so he's responsible for the diesel shortage). Putin steals the children and militaries of supposed allies by decapitating the supposed ally's govt. Since Putin rewards allies by killing them and seizing their military & children, you don't have to be a rocket scientist to extrapolate out how Putin treats actual enemies.

Variations on a smaller scale of these types of attacks by the KGB are seen throughout the world, i.e. in West-allied countries, but Iran is the first country I've seen Putin decapitate one govt using America & Israel govts as proxies under cover of war, so Iranians blame America & Israel instead of blaming Putin, the actual puppet master-belligerent manipulating US & Israeli govts, which I can't prove. 

Iran thinks Putin considers them allies. Putin considers them prey, that they and their children are disposable weapons. Because Putin is using America & Israel as scapegoats for Iran to blame,  hate & fear, suggests Putin intends violence against West-allied nations people & homelands, using supposedly proIranian terrorists as proxies Putin owns. 

Putin wants to remove President Trump because, its been reported, Putin wants Mr Vance as US President. One potential play includes mainland America &/or Americans bombed &/or attacked while Putin blames President Trump for the deaths and injuries in mainstream media, which media Putin controls. Putin would use the deaths to trigger public opinion to pressure President Trump out of office. If that doesn't work &/or in conjunction with that attack Putin will use cost-of-living price spikes, Epstein scandal drops, corruption allegations investigated by the Democratic Party's majority in the House &/or Senate to impeach President Trump. Putin's nuclear war avoiding for his country. I believe he thinks a ten year presidency by Mr Vance gives him the best chance of owning earth & humanity, without Putin himself being bombed.

Parasitic Slave-Making Ants War Strategy copied by the RCP under Stalin & deployed against humanity

Putin kept Iran's former govt as a shell, but everyone in the shell is now owned by Putin. Think of the RCP as a variation of parasitic slave-making ants theft and enslavement of the children & workers in prey ant colonies. Because the RCP copied parasitic slave-making ant war strategy, repurposed to exploit Homo sapiens chain-of-command instead of ant pheromones (pheromones control ants, chain of-command control people), and because parasitic slave-making ants use a radically different war strategy than Homo sapiens (the ants attack/enslave civilians aka workers, larvae & pupa, whereas Homo sapiens warfare targeted enemy govts/militaries & avoided targeting children). And because the RCP are ambush predators, and because Homo sapiens are an infant, inexperienced species who've not seen this attack strategy before, humanity has been slow to grasp Big Picture. To Homo sapiens its inconceivable that a govt who looks like conservative bankers are working an extinction event against humanity. That's what Putin & the RCP are doing. We can keep saying "this isn't happening," or we can effectively defend ourselves using all our weapons, i.e. nuclear.

Putin is no one's ally - just ask Iran's deceased Supreme Leader

I ask proKremlin, proPutin, right-leaning & populist individuals to think about what Putin just did to Iran, his supposed ally who served him & the RCP for decades. Having acquired Iran's drone technology several years ago, Putin & the RCP knew the US & Israel planned to bomb the Supreme Leader's compound in 2026. Putin did not warn him in a way the Supreme Leader took seriously. He had his grandchild with him, the loudest indicator that he didn't expect his compound to be bombed. Iran's military is now owned by Putin. My question to Iran's military is if Putin's Intelligence is so helpful, why didn't he warn the deceased Supreme Leader that the US and Israel planned to bomb his compound? Putin's always on the lookout to acquire a disposable militia, soldiers he owns who can't vote him out of power, who's medical care he doesn't have to concern himself with, but who are controlled by him. Iran's military is now that to Putin. 

I believe proPutin US & Israeli leaders view Putin's allowing them to kill Iran's Supreme Leader as proof Putin supports the current American & Israeli administrations. It's not true, if President Trump and PM Netanyahu believe that. I cannot know what the President and PM believe. I deduce based on their actions and my knowledge of how the RCP has attacked me nearly 56 years. The RCP uses what works. I've experienced several thousand attacks. They don't reinvent the wheel, they use variations of attack strategies. I'm no genius. I've just been attacked most of my life. Those attacks are information excruciating, devastating, terrifying, horrific - but still information, like someone kicking you in the head is information. I apply what I've learned to try to help Homo sapiens survive the RCP. 

I suspect the current US Adm bought much more fertilizer, and now diesel, from Putin, and Putin allowed it because our Adm wants to believe Putin is proTrump and Putin wants our Adm to believe he's proTrump. Putin is not proTrump. Putin is antiTrump. More precisely, Putin is antiHomo sapiens. Telling President Trump this truth may get me arrested because, I suspect, the KGB has lied to Mr Trump for decades, possibly shaped his transactional world view, his inner self, without his knowledge or permission. I'm talking about mind raping a child, if the KGB began attacking Mr Trump during his childhood, which I suspect but cannot prove they did. If I'm right that the KGB attacked President Trump, PM Netanyahu, Jinping, Modi, Kim and others for decades, some possibly from childhood, you can put the RCPs overt targeting of Ukrainian and Iranian children, and their covert attacks using Active Measures into context. Attacking and brainwashing children then installing them into leadership positions means the RCP seizes the world and destroys Homo sapiens without Russia being bombed with nuclear weapons. The throughline in their strategy is nuclear war avoidance. The RCPs strategy tells the world what Putin knows he cannot survive. He refuses to stop herding Homo sapiens to genocide but ensures we're too frightened of nuclear weapons to use them, using mainstream media and films to manipulate us so we don't stop him. We're not a stupid species. We're a young, inexperienced one, facing an enemy who weaponizes chain-of-command (our organizational system) against us, which is a strategy the RCP learned by copying parasitic slave-making ants war strategy. Parasitic slave-making ants weaponize pheromones instead of chain-of-command, to destroy their close cousin prey ants. The RCP stole the concept from the ants.

My theory as to why the Trump Adm is currying favor with Putin at this time (these theories are informed by decades of personal attacks by the RCP. I cannot prove them, but I wouldn't write them if I didn't think I'm correct)

Putin set up President Trump, lured him into the US/Israel-Iran War for multiple reasons: (1) to show Middle East leaders the US isn't the horse to back, (2) to exhaust our weapons supply so we have insufficient capacity to sell to our allies, making Ukraine and EU nations particularly vulnerable to Putin; (3) to acquire Iran's military as a disposable militia under Putin's command - he's used them to destroy the fertilizer capacity of Qatar, his major unowned fertilizer export competitor; (4) to steal 60 million Iranian children between this generation and the next Putin will ensure are raised by traumatized, anti-West parents; (5) to destroy the deals potential individuals in the US Adm expected to close/negotiate in the Middle East after the President leaves office. I suspect some of those deals are now dead in the water because Iran has bombed so many neighbors, on Putin's order, whatever those deals might have become will be significantly stunted, if they exist at all. It wasn't just Israeli right-leaning officials who influenced President Trump into this war, though I believe but can't prove right-leaning Israeli leaders are being manipulated and exploited by Putin. Putin has used proxies to hammer Mr Trump for years, i.e. whichever advisers the President and/or Mr Trump listened to or didn't listen to, left him vulnerable to a variety of charges the US govt was legally bound to investigate. The attack against the Capitol is a loud example - no 3 prong govt with Congress as a prong could legally ignore the attack against Congress. My theory is the subsequent investigations and charges traumatized, frightened and enraged Mr Trump, and that Putin manipulated those emotions into a belief that America's Deep State has it out for Mr Trump. The KGB is Deep State in America. They fail to inform President Trump they've been hunting &/or manipulating him for years.

Now Putin is threatening President Trump with lame duck status, and it's not just that: if Putin ensures the GOP loses majority in the House and Senate, the GOP, some of whom aren't fans of President Trump - because of Project 2025 (conceptualized by the KGB), and because Putin has destroyed the President's reputation with near daily corruption allegations in US mainstream media, and because of the Adms use of ICE against legal immigrants, and because of the Epstein scandal (set up by Putin), and because the Presidents' public persona (conceptualized by the KGB) is so unpleasant, individuals in the GOP will be glad to see him go. I believe President Trump knows this. 

Putin has isolated the President, surrounded him with proPutin individuals, and/or with individuals who want to make deals, who see deals significantly changing due to Iran's (read Putin's) bombing of America's Middle East allies. I suspect but cannot prove President Trump may believe Putin was responsible for getting him elected in 2016 and 2024. I believe Putin did get him elected by controlling MAGA. My theory is President Trump is currying favor with Putin hoping Putin won't allow the democrats to seize majority in the House and Senate, and that Putin is squeezing him, seeing what he can get the President to do. Putin created the right-leaning Supreme Court. Putin has gerrymandered the GOP into power throughout America. Putin is selling huge amounts of fertilizer to America since the US-Iran War, and President Trump has inked a diesel deal with the RCP. The fertilizer and diesel deals give Putin potential control over America's food production capacity and domestic transportation of our food. I believe President Trump made those deals to protect Americans from food shortages and to bring the cost of transportation down. That's what I think President Trump is doing but it's not what Putin is doing. Putin is moving to control the world's food production, including America's food production.

Putin is throwing the US Adm a few bones: (1) agreeing to free a former teacher they'd kidnapped in Ukraine in 2022; (2) reporting that the First Lady helped negotiate a temporary cease-fire of a Ukrainian city and now suggesting she will be recommended for a Nobel Peace Prize. Putin knows President Trump wants that prize. President Trump publicly said (1) Ukraine should have a new president, and (2) someone authorized Ukraine's access to their satellite warning system be slowed in such a way that it became an ineffective warning system. Ukrainians died, including at least one infant. Ukraine reports the satellite warning system is now functioning.

These I believe, are signaling postures between Putin and the US Adm: what the US Adm will do if Putin lets the GOP keep control of the Senate.  Putin is signaling he's open to a deal by releasing the prisoner he'd kidnapped and ensuring the First Lady was given credit for helping negotiate a cease-fire. The US Adm signalled by slowing Ukraine's sattelite access, allowing Putin to kill more Ukrainians. 

Putin can deliver the House and Senate to the GOP in November 2026 but if he does, he'll be telling American voters he controls the voters here, which isn't something Putin wants voters to know right now. Putin wants voters to suspect the machines and whatever state he's targeting. He doesn't want Americans to know he owns MAGA. No one expects the House to remain controlled by the GOP. Putin has used Project 2025 to destroy the Trump Adm's reputation, and with spiking diesel and gasoline costs, and Putin's unrelenting attacks against President Trump's ethics for years, with Putin making corruption front and center this November, Putin has committed to flipping the House. He can change that strategy, but he intends to remove President Trump after squeezing everything he can get out of him. Putin can try to persuade President Trump to step down, he's been doing that, and the House under the Democrats investigating the corruption allegations Putin has laid thick on the ground for the democrats, means President Trump can become sick from the stress, which will work for Putin replacing President Trump with Mr Vance, which Putin intended to do in January 2025 but was thwarted by former President Biden. 

I interpret these deals and signaling between the RCP and the US Adm as a conversation between the two sides: Putin won't let the Senate flip so President Trump won't be blamed by the GOP for their party's loss of power, and some of the GOP will talk to President Trump and his allies after he leaves office. ProPutin individuals in the Adm will be able to make deals with the RCP, giving them the ability to make up some of the money Putin stole from them by using Iran to bomb the Middle East.

Putin supports a Vance presidency, Musk is publicly reported to have said so in 2025. President Trump is 80. He's been manipulated by Putin for years not because he's stupid but because he's an ordinary person profiled and covertly attacked by the KGB, maybe since his childhood. The KGB set up our Intelligence agencies, who are best in class, to be slaughtered on 1/9/2025. Our Intelligence agencies caught it, but it was a near thing, in my unsubstantiated opinion. I know no one in Intelligence, Security, military or in our government. I'm not owned. If I were, I wouldn't be allowed to say these things. I'm prevented from writing on Instagram because I out Putin's hybrid warfare against Homo sapiens. I'm saying I believe the US Adm is signaling to our enemy, Putin and the RCP, to cut a deal so the GOP keeps the Senate. I can't prove my theory. President Trump, no one untrained in psychological warfare, and even people trained in psychological warfare, aren't immune to Active Measures. Active Measures is designed to attack human hardwiring, our genes, our evolution, our essence, our socialization, how we organize ourselves, chain-of-command. And the RCP has been deeply embedded in America for many decades. Again, I'm not brilliant, I've just been attacked by the RCP since 1971. Putin will likely use this Adm to attack me because of this blog but, like all genuine whistleblowers, I must protect my people. To me and to protectors worldwide, defenders must be willing to give their life, especially when their species and earth habitability are under attack.

The deal I believe I see forming between Putin and the US Adm isn't something I can prove. It's what I believe I see. President Trump won't be blamed by the GOP for its loss of power if Putin lets the GOP keep the Senate. However, it's illegal and treason to make a deal with an enemy govt to facilitate your party remaining in power. If I'm right, I doubt President Trump will see his deals with Putin as treason. Additionally, President Trump is being manipulated by Putin. Individuals in the US Adm expected deals in Middle East countries. Putin blocked access to those deals by manipulating the President into initiating the Iran War; many countries will need to use much of their disposable income to rebuild. Putin didn't tell President Trump he manipulated him into war, or why he manipulated him. President Trump was sold on the war to stabilize the region, which Putin covertly destabilized over decades. Without the US-Iran War, the deals individuals in the US Adm expected and/or wanted, likely would've come to fruition. So, whose fault is the looming treason deal? Putin and the RCP. President Trump is being exploited and manipulated and used as the fall guy.

I'm not saying this because I support President Trump's policies. I'm progressive and disagree with most of what he's done. However, having been victimized most of my life by the RCP, and watching them attack thousands of people around me, I see Putin's attacks against President Trump as Putin harming yet another person, someone Putin facilitated into power who he's destroying in a variation of how Putin destroyed Iran's deceased Supreme Leader, how Putin assassinated Sinwar, how the KGB assassinated former President Kennedy, how Stalin betrayed and killed Hitler, and how the RCP set up former President Nixon in Watergate. The RCP is a menace. Unless our leaders and our species get the memo, humanity ends. This is an "all-hands-on-deck" era for Homo sapiens. Intelligence, Security, political and military leaders are controlled by secrecy clauses when they accept employment and appointments. If they break those clauses they face imprisonment. I'm a civilian the RCP has tried and failed to enslave 50+ years. I can say what I see, and state my opinions and not be charged with breaking confidentiality agreements. I can be imprisoned by the proPutin US Adm officials but I'm not an enemy of the US Adm. To prove I mean them harm would be hard. They can destroy my quality of life even more than Putin and the RCP have, and my health isn't good so it wouldn't take much for Putin to kill me using US Adm proxies. That's definitely a risk but I'd rather die helping my people survive than watch them being destroyed and do nothing. It's personal preference. Only offense will stop Putin and the RCP. Defense, by warning humanity, does help though.

Putin's planned 2025 coup against America & how the Biden Adm thwarted it

The RCP has attacked me since I was 11. That's how I know some of what they're doing to the worlds children. Not because I'm a genius but because I have personal experience. Putin intended to kill Mr. Trump on 1/9/2025, during President Carter's funeral. That assassination didn't happen because former President Biden & his Adm stopped it. I've no way to prove Putin intended to kill Mr. Trump on 1/9/2025. 

I can't fully explain how I figured it out &/or how I learned of it. It was part deduction, part ability, and part something else: (1) a willingness to receive information given in a nontraditional way, by a nontraditional source, (2) without my understanding that's what was happening, (3) being willing to believe my own deductions, and (4) acting on my beliefs. To do that, I couldn't let self-doubt and having no proof stop me from trying to warn my govt. I had to be willing to be thought crazy by the Biden Adm. They didn't think I was crazy but I didn't know that. I had to explain as clearly as I could, without evidence, why I believed an attack was planned for 1/9/2025, who was behind it, and what infrastructure they planned to use, when I knew almost nothing about how our infrastructure worked. I stumbled through my description of Putin's planned use of our infrastructure as a series of bombs as best I could. Fortunately, the Biden Adm knew how our infrastructure works and understood how the RCP could bomb our nation use our own infrastructure against us.  

I had to be determined to try to warn my govt and I had to care. When I warned my govt the last days of December 2024 about the upcoming attack, I didn't know Putin intended I die in the attack. I just saw walls of fire, nationwide, everywhere, days before Putin started the 2025 CA Wildfires. It wasn't a visual like something my eyes saw, it was a mental picture of fire everywhere, surrounding us, coming at us. I think I emailed extended family to buy water hoses. 

I knew nationwide fires were coming and that I had to try to do something to stop them. Had the RCP installed a sex op into my life, he would've told me I was wrong, would've tried to talk me out of warning the govt, would've tried to distract me. He would've died with me and when our bodies were found, it would've been assumed we were fire victims, not assassinated. Professional ops employed by the RCP aren't used against me, enslaved ops are. Enslaved ops are people set up by the RCP, sometimes drug addicts, who do as ordered to stay out of prison or because they're being blackmailed or because they've been owned by the RCP a long time. None of the slaves used to attack me in America, i.e. police, seem to know the RCP owns them. My theory is they've been told they were caught in a sting run by our legitimate govt. Our legitimate govt wouldn't force entrapped parents to entrap their own children.

The RCP attacks children in part to destroy their self-confidence. People with no self-confidence won't warn their govts when they see something troubling and lack evidence. This hesitation is known by the RCP and exploited. When I told my father I intended to write a book describing how I was being attacked, I didn't know he was enslaved. He ridiculed me for intending to write a book when I could not name the puppetmaster perp. Now I know that had I named the RCP as the belligerent to my father, the RCP would've covertly assassinated me before former President Biden was sworn in. I'd written Presidents Obama and Trump in 2015 and 2016 I believe, asking for help. The RCP ran an assassination attempt against me in 2020, understanding I'd write President Biden asking for help. So they tried to kill me to stop my anticipated letter. The assassination attempt had a shoplifting component, where a enslaved cashier needed to not ring up all my purchases. I evaded the assassination by catching, barely, the op had not scanned all my purchases. I had to ask him three times to scan everything before he finally did. Without the shoplifting allegation police & store security waiting outside the to wrestle me to the ground and break my body, had no trigger. I only understand what the attack was after plain clothed police and store security stared at me out of the corner of their eyes while I waited in line on my mobility device to buy hot dogs at the food court. 

I lived this attack. I did not report it to law enforcement. Plain clothed law enforcement were, I believe, some of the muscle at the store who going to attack me. How do I report a covert assassination attempt to a police dept when I evaded the assassination & no one laid a hand on me? Do I call 911 at the store & tell police a cashier didn't scan my purchases until I'd asked three times, that he it so store security could accuse me of shoplifting, beat me, take me to hospital where I'd die? How do I prove it was an assassination attempt when I wasn't assassinated? 

I did not anticipate the assassination attempt. However, by 2020 the big box store had used plain clothed store security ops and ops that didn't work at the store for nearly two decades to covertly harass me, trigger me into a confrontation by putting ops in my face, blocking my access to products, cutting in front of me in line, etc., behaviors the EU and Ukraine call "provocations," and which children in America call "picking on me." The harassment was intended to make grocery shopping or collecting prescriptions there, a misery. Unfortunately, the RCP deployed ops in all stores to harass me, so avoiding one particular store didn't allow me unharassed grocery shopping. Although I'd not previously experienced a cashier op setting me up to be assassinated, I knew the store was hostile to my patronage in a way they would not explain, years before the RCP sickened me so I couldn't pay the stores credit card. At that store I knew I was hunted. Although I didn't know the cashier hadn't charged me for everything in my basket, & I barely caught it by glancing down at the receipt the exit employee handed me after highlighting it, I knew the store meant me ill for no reason I understood. I was on guard there because of nearly 20 years of covert attacks, so when I saw I hadn't been charged for everything I turned my mobility device around immediately while also turning the big, unwieldly cart against exiting customer traffic, rolled maybe 50 yards back to the cashier slave-op, pointed out the discrepancy & asked him to charge me. Even then, he didn't scan all the groceries, only two more items. I had to point out one or two more he still missed, meaning it took him three passes to ring up my cart, which had maybe 12 products in it. His handlers had told him to not scan everything in my cart. He disobeyed them only at my repeated insistence. I saved my own life at that store because my mother had taught me to be honest 55 years ago, when I was a child, before the RCP enslaved her when I was 12. 

I did not die in Putin's 1/9/2025 covert fire coup because I warned the Biden Adm, who were already on heightened alert, which I did not know. On my company's website which the RCP reads, I warned the RCP that President Biden would bomb them if they carried out their plan. I didn't know if President Biden had a standing order to bomb the RCP if he was "accidently" killed; I implied he did. I lied because I was desperate to stop the attack. I couldn't let Putin kill 100 million of my people. I had to do something. The lie worked because (1) I knew the date & manner of Putin's attack, (2) that he'd covertly assassinated President Carter, and that (3) Putin is nuclear war avoiding. The attack had been planned for many years. The RCP were stunned when a civilian walked in off the street and told them she knew about their plan, the date of the attack, and they'd be killed if they followed through. The RCP is big on killing the innocent but not big on dying. I knew that about them because it's the throughline in their strategies. I didn't just tell the RCP on my company's website not to go there, I warned my govt first, as soon as I understood the attack. I don't know what my govt did, some kind of adjustment to our defense posture I'm not privy to, but whatever the Biden Adm did convinced Putin our govt would attack the RCP if they executed their plan to bomb America nationwide using our infrastructure as the bombs.

As you can imagine the RCP didn't appreciate my outing their planned nationwide attack against us and increased their attacks against me in 2025. Putin pivoted to Plan B against Americans & West-allied nations, which included starting the 2025 CA Wildfires, which I can't prove, and manipulating the Trump Adm into Project 2025, the Trump Doctrine, attacking Venezuela, initiating the US-Iran War, ICE expansion, moving on Greenland, harassing NATO countries, massive layoffs of govt employees, off & on tariffs, destroying President Trump's reputation in preparation to replace him, i.e. Mr Trump's relationship with Epstein, using the President &/or his Adm to attack law firms, universities, vaccines, the social safety net, etc. Almost none of this can I prove Putin is orchestrating. All of it is Plan B, which is why its so messy.

After I warned my govt in late December 2024, money was stolen from my company's checking account, mail was stolen from my mailbox, i.e. IRS & Social Security documents - all in January 2025, during the 2025 CA Wildfires. A business stole money from me, the RCP used FEMA to try to entrap me into disaster fraud, a SBA employee lied to me and misdirected me about smoke damage caused by the 2025 CA Wildfires - all in 2025. When I tried filing claims on the SBA website hackers made a mess of my claims, many claims appeared instead of two. An employee of a local agency told me about a grant my company didn't qualify for and another employee from a different agency wouldn't tell me if my company qualified or not. Because of the CA Wildfires I qualified for two personal grants. I paid off my two student loans with the grants and financially assisted my mother. In late February, early March 2025, the RCP used an op to steal my elderly mothers March 2025 social security check & part of her pension, which left her destitute, with no ability to buy food. She had no savings. The RCP ensured at least one of the doctors she needed to diagnose metastasized cancer slow walked &/or cancelled appointments. I understood if I went to her side to assist her, she lived in a different city, I'd be assassinated, leaving my nation and species open to slaughter by Putin. The RCP used her illness as bait to lure me, deliberately. The RCP also used workmen at the building next door and my landlord to harass me in 2025 &/or 2026. The RCP ensured I could not nurse my mother in the apt where I live so I was stopped from helping her experience a peaceful death. The RCP owned my mother 50+ years. She did whatever she was told, i.e. trying to entrap me and trying to bully me into filing for personal bankruptcy many times. The RCP threw her away like she was trash. I don't hate Putin & the RCP. I see them. There's a difference, and its important. There's no revenge impetus in me. There is a need to stop the RCP from destroying Homo sapiens and earth habitability. Humanity doesn't yet see the scope of the problem. This isn't just another war, not even the repeat horror of another world war. Putin and the RCP are a multi-species-level threat. They're orchestrating an extinction event against Homo sapiens. We've never experienced an extinction event targeting our species. While our ancient ancestors were prey of multiple nonhuman predators, we're the first modern Homo sapiens species to be preyed on by another modern Homo species. Our response highlights our inexperience, our innocence, and the RCPs success as liars and ambush predators. We're having difficulty grasping the concept that individuals who look like us covertly mass murder our children using drugs in peace time. Homo sapiens can't conceive of an enemy who looks like us deliberately working to extinct us because Homo sapiens and most earth life are hardwired to not kill their own species. Also, we're hardwired from our ancient ancestors to recognize a certain type of predator, one with big teeth and big claws trying to eat us. Saber toothed tigers come to mind. Our ancestors, from who we acquired our "flight or fight" genes, didn't experience individuals who looked like them wanting to kill them & their children in order to own earth, and to own slaves. Our ancient ancestors didn't consider earth as something to own, nor did slavery exist until about 7,000 years ago. Modern Homo sapiens have existed 50,000 years. We're an infant species. The RCP is a new thing. When we survive, if we survive (we must be willing to launch a hot war against the RCP to survive), our genes will inform our descendants about this new predator. One who looks like us but isn't us. 

Homo sapiens don't mass murder our children outside of hot war. Even then, most govts avoid it because our genes force us to avoid killing Homo sapiens children, irrespective of religion, politics, ethnicity, etc. Many men return from war haunted after killing children & families in an enemy's nation. If forced to kill noncombatants, many warriors become unstable because our genes, which is our essence, force us to protect the young of our species & our families. Putin and the RCP embrace child killing (usually w/drugs), child destruction (by destroying families & schools as a safe havens) & by fashioning children into weapons. To me, the way the RCP uses Active Measures to embrace child killing, suggests they've transitioned into a new species, one that is anti-Homo sapiens and an ambush predator who preys on Homo sapiens. 

It happened to ants, who've existed 100+ million years. Parasitic slave-making ants, though a tiny percentage of ant species, evolved to prey on their cousins. The RCP copied parasitic slave-making ants war strategy. Now humanity must defend itself against a war strategy designed by another species. Think of Active Measures as a disease that evolved between bats and pigs or bats & some other mammal, and the disease jumps to humans. Millions of people are wiped out because our bodies have no way to fight the new disease. Active Measures is a war strategy developed by ants targeting ants. Evolution let a small number of ant species evolve the ability to mimic the pheromones of a few close cousin species & use those copied pheromones to seize control of & kill prey ants. Pheromones are the organizational system of ants. Ants use pheromones like Homo sapiens use chain-of-command, so you can see how the RCP got the idea to install people they own, &/or pacifists, to head enemy govts in order to control enemy govts. Additionally parasitic slave-making ants enslave &/or eat workers, larvae & pupae (civilians & children) of their prey. Darwin discussed these ants in On the Origin of Species in 1859. The RCP have always been early adopters. Unfortunately, they copied and upgraded an anti-life weapon. When the RCP under Stalin was deciding how their new govt would handle humanity in the 1920s, they liked parasitic slave-making ants war strategy and adapted it to target humanity, called it Disinformation and later Active Measures. The RCP had already incorporated lies and theft into their governance strategy. Attacking chain-of-command, children, families & civilians gave them an advantage no other govt had. They ran with it. A century later, Putin's the Closer. Unless we stop him.

This isn't an apples-to-apples comparison but consider how we view baby chicks we raise for food. Because we consider them as food and are bigger & stronger than them, and because we need to eat to survive, we don't consider chickens as valuable life deserving of protection, though they are. I disagree with our valuation of factory food animals but currently chickens have no rights. To Putin and the RCP, Homo sapiens are of less value than chickens are to us. To the RCP, they cannot eat us because physical cannibalism would force them to accept they're preying on us, force them to understand what their predation of our children means, so instead they view us as enemy-competitors they believe are stupider than them. The source of their hubris? Active Measures, an effective weapon manipulating chain-of-command. It's like when West-allied govts with guns thought themselves smarter than Native Americans who fought with bows & arrows. To the RCP, Homo sapiens are using limited earth resources Putin and the RCP consider theirs. They believe their weapon and our inability so far to check them, means god backs them to own earth. A new weapon doesn't mean that but Putin and the RCP want to believe an effective weapon means they're superior so they're preparing to do mop up against billions of us.

Earth life forms can change their behavior and trigger speciation. It's been done for billions of years. Simple life forms evolved the ability to use the suns energy when before they hadn't, and viola, over millions of years, plants and photosynthesis, which triggered a catastrophe for life forms suddenly poisoned by oxygen. Modern Homo sapiens just haven't seen behavioral evolution applied against us, by an anti-Homo sapiens cousin species.

Putin & the RCP think they're gods chosen and Homo sapiens are a trash species. We'd be dead by their hand were it not for our nuclear weapons. That's why West-allied nations, African nations, the Middle East, & the global south aren't the only countries on the RCPs chopping block. Next century it'll be the RCPs current "allies," India, China, North Korea, and surviving BRICS nations. No one but me will seriously consider the RCP is another species. I've no way to prove it so I'll label it a theory, based on their predation of children, which is not normal for Homo sapiens govts during peace time.

By helping my govt stop the RCPs nationwide attack, the RCP has ensured I'm paying. I don't regret my decision & would do it again but the cost, especially the horrific death of my mother, has been excruciating. I've slowed them down enough so if West-allied govts really intend to survive, they know enough now about Putin and the RCPs endgame to begin arming themselves. Many govts remain in denial. That's unfortunate. President Macron fulfilled his promise to NATO. Putin punished France by causing near nationwide protests. 

Putin's positioning himself to control the worlds food production by controlling the worlds export fertilizer market. You don't have to be a rocket scientist to see Putin's intention. Even if people don't know Putin owned Sinwar & ordered him to attack Israeli civilians, and don't know Putins directing individuals in Israel to hammer Palestinian civilians and children (which I can't prove), Ukraine reported Putin's kidnapped & has begun the brainwashing of 20,000 Ukrainian children, which is a war crime. Putin doesn't do warning shots. Had President Biden not stopped Putin's 1/9/2025 attack, NATO would be gone. America would on paper be called a democracy but it would be owned by Putin. A third of our people would be dead, our infrastructure decimated, our First Responders, doctors and nurses killed, along with our political, Intelligence & military leaders. Remember all the trips Biden officials took to try to get Israel to stop bombing Palestinians? That was so Putin & his crew could assess who in our Intelligence and military, in addition to our political leaders, needed to die on 1/9/2025.

I did not die in the RCPs October 2026 heat-related assassination attempt in this apt. But, like most people, I'm easy to kill. I describe these attacks, my theories, deductions and opinions so if Putin kills me I've left a paper trail I hope Homo sapiens can use to survive.

Civilians assume their govt won't believe them because the RCP has worked decades to convince civilians in West- allied nations, using mainstream media and social media the RCP controls, that our govts are nonresponsive. The homelessness problem that's ballooned the last 40 years here is facilitated by the RCP, as a covert argument to Americans that our democracy is nonresponsive to the poor, to women, and now, to most everyone, including Caucasian Americans. Our govt barely understands how the RCP deploys Active Measures on the ground against civilians because the RCP hides the attacks and civilians don't know their experiences are covert attacks by a belligerent govt that need reporting to their govt.

In France, the lack of funds to install air conditioning into housing for the poor, elderly and those of modest income, means people are sweltering in apts they can't survive in the summer heat, so when Putin triggers a student protest, the nation joins in because millions of people are miserable from heat exhaustion. Putin fails to tell protestors he caused the climate catastrophe to kill as many people as possible, to spark societal unrest, and to install govts he owns. Putin operates on a need-to-know basis. He believes no civilians or children should know he's herding humanity to extinction. If people knew, they'd learn to protect themselves better, be harder to manipulate and kill.

Civilians don't report what they see after (1) deciding they didn't see what they thought they saw, because they feel they have insufficient information/evidence, &/or (2) targets don't know how to report the information or to who. Hostility from strangers makes no sense to the average person. Churlish behavior from a stranger on a city bus, at work or at school, physical attacks that hurt but don't create lasting damage - I was kicked &/or stomped on twice by ops I'd never seen before - most adults at the receiving end of minor assaults from strangers don't go to police stations to file reports against people they can't describe & whose names they don't know. Civilians don't know the attacks are orchestrated by a belligerent of their nation. Most adults won't participate in fistfights when bullied or attacked because they feel its inappropriate to do so, so ops assaulting targets have a low probability of being struck back, especially since the attack is sudden and unprovoked, surprising the target. Taken together this means govts don't get essential information from civilians because civilians don't know they're experiencing Active Measures.

For decades, people I didn't know or barely knew have been hostile to me. In my 20s I worked at a studio in California. An op I didn't know tried to walk into me on the lot. Had I not moved out of the way, I'd have been walked into or knocked to the sidewalk. Ops covertly harassed me, strangers to me, at work. People in the dept I worked in went out of their way to be unkind to me, sexually &/or physically assaulted me, & I was passed over for promotions. My theory is this type of harassment is how Putin built MAGA, by harassing targets for years, then shaping them into a voting block. The RCP has attacked many people of color and gay people, convinced them America is racist, sexist & homophobic, to shape them into voting blocks. Active Measures is manipulation. When civilians don't know a belligerent is attacking them and their country, its easy for Putin & the RCP to spread lies & disinformation. Targets are manipulated to reach incorrect conclusions about the hostility directed at them, & to act or speak based on those lies. When targets are attacked &/or lied to for years, they become radicalized, their worldview altered to harm them, use their own self against their best interests without their knowledge or permission. The massive protests and looting damages across France will be paid for by the French taxpayer, even though I believe the RCP triggered the protests and looting and very likely facilitated France's deficit. I know the RCP facilitated America's deficit, I know because of how they destroyed my income potential over decades, sickening me so my govt gave me Disability instead of my paying hundreds of thousands in taxes as an engineer, and stopping my legal secretarial career with 17 taxable years to go because the RCP thought they could entrap me by stopping me working and swarming me with enslaved family ops. I'm not the only one in my family financially stunted by the RCPs covert attacks. Another engineer was stopped from graduating by one professor, two children didn't graduate from high school after the RCP made them homeless, another child hooked on drugs, his son died; adults covertly attacked as children cope by using pot and alcohol. 

Some civilians believe President Trump lives in an altered reality. The President doesn't think so. When President Trump speaks, in my opinion what his point of view suggests is he's been covertly attacked & lied to by the KGB for years, by people he knew long ago, acquaintances, friends, customers, &/or authority figures who had access to him, like Epstein, who was owned by the KGB. I've watched President Trump take questions at a news conference and he answered many questions without problem. I've also watched the President take questions from reporters shown on social media, after which the RCP ran a clip by a supposed mental health professional saying President Trump is unstable. During President Trump's responses, his stated position didn't mesh with the audience. 

This was I think the fall/winter of 2025, when Putin lied to President Trump that Ukraine had bombed one of Putin's homes & President Trump believed him until US Intelligence showed the President Putin lied. Putin knew when he told President Trump the lie, and watched President Trump stand up and defend him, that the viewing audience would believe President Trump's defense of Putin made no sense. What the attack demonstrates is how psychological warfare works. The audience didn't see the backstory, it's deliberately hidden by Putin. Here's my theory of that backstory: 

Years ago I believe but can't prove the KGB introduced Putin to Mr Trump, introduced him, I theorize, as a master strategist and tactician, even though Mr Trump is 6 years older than Putin and has been considered a successful businessman since his mid-20s. I theorize the KGB established Putin as the dominant in the Trump Putin relationship because that's the only thing that makes sense to me, given President Trump publicly asked the RCP for assistance during his 2016 campaign, and President Trump seems to me to avoid publicly criticizing Putin. The time I read President Trump publicly criticized Putin in 2025, not long afterwards Musk publicly said Putin supported a Vance presidency. At the time the VP said he supported the Trump Adm. I also vaguely recall Putin reported in media implying President Trump wasn't loyal, sometime after the 2025 Trump-Musk public dispute.

Over years I theorize the KGB manipulated Mr Trumps feelings towards Putin. If I'm right I doubt Mr Trump knew the KGB was grooming him. Putin knows about those feelings, he created the circumstances to manufacture them. I theorize Putin played White Knight in Mr Trumps life. I theorize that because during his 2016 campaign, Mr Trump publicly asked the RCP for help. I theorize Mr Trump felt comfortable doing that because he'd received aid from Russian individuals in the past.

In 2025 when Putin lied to President Trump, Putin knew President Trump would defend him and he ran a video questioning President Trump's mental stability because the President defended him, during a high profile public meeting between Presidents Trump and Zelenskyy in Florida. Putin and the RCP weaponize love, loyalty, hate, fear, jealousy, all emotions. Putin's set up to remove President Trump during that news conference is one of the clearest examples of how psychological warfare works. Audiences don't see the years Putin spent allegedly causing Mr Trump to trust him. I theorize President Trump had feelings of respect and trust enough in Putin that when Putin told him his house had been bombed by Ukraine, President Trump believed him. I theorize that Putin used President Trumps trust in him to remove the President from office. Here's an analogy: pretend you're Cinderella and your fairy god mother got you to a ball, where you met your prince and lived happily ever after. To Cinderella, her fairy god mother is friend, not foe. If her fairy god mother told her she was attacked, Cinderella would believe her and as queen, would aid her in apprehending the perps. I believe but can't prove Putin established himself in Mr Trumps life as friend, not foe, so when Putin said he'd been bombed, President Trump stood before the world defending him. Putin knew the President would do that and weaponized President Trumps feelings for Putin, against President Trump, to continue the process of removing him from office. To me Putin's removal strategy is really loud because: (a) Putin won't let Iran (who Putin owns) make a basic deal with President Trump, (b) Putin is keeping the Epstein scandal drop in play, with democrats saying they'll launch an investigation if they take the House or Senate, (c) Putin has plastered the Trump Adm with corruption allegations, and (d) VP Vance opposed the war and was reported in the New York Times to have quietly asked Republicans during the Texas convention their opinion about the war.

Sinwar trusted Putin, Iran's deceased Supreme Leader trusted Putin. Putin has covertly destroyed President Trump and PM Netanyahu's reputations. Its a really bad mistake to trust Putin and the RCP.

President Trump didn't know Putin controls social media here, didn't know the RCP controls which videos follow other videos, didn't know Putin's working to unseat him. I've no idea if President Trump believes my theories or if he reads them.

The RCP is deeply embedded in the entertainment industry in America in my experience, which I didn't know at the time I got a job at a studio. I was lured to the company because I'd evaded 3 sex ops and drug addiction in my teens, & the RCP hoped owned celebrities & producers flirting with me would tempt me. The hostility, attacks, flirting and being passed over for promotions told me I was at the wrong company.

When civilians aren't told so don't know a belligerent enemy is in their country targeting them, their children, businesses, and their govt, civilians have no framework in which to correctly assess abuse from strangers or corruption grooming from trusted authority figures &/or friends. When a trusted authority figure (parent, doctor, teacher, friend, police officer, sibling, etc) suddenly suggests, out of the blue, that the civilian lie, cheat or steal to acquire something from the govt or a business, or suggests the target try a drug, targeted civilians & children have no way to know the person with access to them has just told them they're owned by the RCP. In my 50s, when my parents & half-siblings began to tell me to lie and cheat, it was if they were suddenly speaking a different language. People I'd known decades, some since their birth, who I thought I understood well enough suddenly, without any indicated interest by me, started telling me to lie. The RCP created the situation, sickening me when I was 50 so I couldn't work. One relative I didn't know was an op recommended a law firm to handle my disability appeal. I thanked them. After which the person was used the next 15 years to try to entrap me. Most people don't think their relatives hunt them. In my experience, under order from the RCP targets are hunted by relatives. I'd gone to multiple doctors to try to learn what was wrong before I collapsed but could not get diagnosed: the RCP owned the HMO doctors I went to. I also paid out of pocket, tried out of network, a doctor in Century City, California. That doctor was owned too.

Active Measures, Putin's brand of psychological warfare, teaches civilians to distrust their govt. When I was 50 my retired police officer father told me to cheat Social Security, his argument was " the govt doesn't care about you, you're a number to them." Fathers and police officers are dominants. The RCP threw the book at me to entrap me. I was 50 when they threw that book, and knew well the difference between right & wrong. Children born to enslaved parents have almost no ability to build a moral compass because their parents are owned by master liars, the RCP. Had my parents been slaves when I was born and ordered me to lie as a child, I would be a liar. Fortunately for me and for my species I received 11 years of good home training from a young woman who was not a slave. 

One reason the RCP facilitates homelessness in West-allied nations is homelessness makes the covert but visual argument that democracies won't keep their citizenry housed, that democracies talk big but don't deliver. Putin reports in our mainstream media how rich America is. If we were that rich we wouldn't be $40 trillion in debt.

Putin's pushing corruption allegations hard against this Adm, it's a psychological warfare attack the current Adm can't stop. Putin's pulling out all the stops, laying the groundwork to con civilians into overthrowing our democracy, as the RCP got Russian civilians to accept the RCP and reject the Tsar system. It doesn't seem like our Adm understands what Putin is doing, not because they're stupid, but for other reasons, i.e. they've been lied to.

The RCP knows I'm not crazy. My Instagram posting privileges have been denied for life as of June 2026 because the RCP knows I'm not crazy and cannot afford to have me describing Putin's hybrid warfare strategy aimed at civilians & children in America. You can go on Instagram & complain all day every day about President Trump. I can't go on Instagram to out Putin's hybrid warfare against people in America. People ask how to feel about AI. It's another tool Putin will use to attack Homo sapiens.

Putin is selling us AI because its cheaper for him to use hackable AI to entrap and enslave targets than it costs the RCP to order compromised law enforcement to run an entrapment attack from scratch. 

Putin's moving to control the worlds food production, which is hopefully alarming West-allied nations. The excessive amount of fertilizer America is now buying, along with the beginning diesel purchases, build American dependence on Putin for our food production and our domestic transportation. Putin is our enemy, irrespective of how proPutin individuals in our govt want to reframe him. Letting America & Israel kill the Supreme Leader gained Putin this: 

(1) conned proPutin US & Israeli officials into believing Putin supports their administrations, while covertly threatening President Trump with the Epstein scandal drop, & refusing to let him exit the Iran War. President Trump tried. Putin intends President Trump be blamed for the Iran War while Putin simultaneously positions VP Vance to receive credit for ending the war. In 2025 Musk said Putin supported a Vance presidency, 

(2) Putin got a disposable Iran military he's using to bomb & threaten multiple Middle East countries & the wider world. Putin used Iran to destroy Qatar's fertilizer capacity. World export fertilizer capacity is now controlled by Putin in 2026 because, among other things, Putin owns China and told them to not export fertilizer (an allegation I can't prove).

Putin's bombing of Ukraine prevents Ukraine from exporting more fertilizer. An argument can be made that Putin invaded Ukraine to seize control of the worlds export fertilizer market in order to control Homo sapiens food production. No one seizes control of humanity's food production without intending to weaponize food. The RCP is alleged to have facilitated unrest in African &/or Caribbean nations, triggering food insecurity and famine. Since Putin attacks Africans and Middle East civilians using food insecurity, and since the RCP taunted the EU with societal unrest after Russia's fertilizer deal with the Trump Adm, Homo sapiens can expect widespread weaponization of food and starvation unless we deal with Putin and the RCP. Everyone's waiting for the return of normalcy after President Trump's term ends. Putin knows this, and won't be sitting on his laurels. Putin has multiple attacks he's mulling.  President Trump appears focused on the midterms, not so much the vulnerability buying fertilizer and diesel from Putin invites weaponization against Americans by Putin. Putin removed Qatar's fertilizer export capacity using the Iranian military to make it happen. Putin letting the US and Israeli govts bomb Iran's Supreme Leader was a bone to two govts Putin intends to destroy. I theorize Putin likes the US and Israeli govts as much as he's capable of liking anyone because he can manipulate those govts to do as he wants.  

Putin's telling us by his actions that he's moving to control the worlds food production, while he's apparently convincing the US & Israeli govts he's "friendly" to them. 

(3) Putin got upwards of 60 million Iranian children between this generation & the next to use as disposable terrorists, operatives, influencers, politicians, police, Intelligence officials, whatever Putin wants. These children, like proPutin leaders & govt officials worldwide, will be taught that Putin and the RCP are friends, while those opposing Putin are foe.  President Trump's proPutin stance makes no sense to millions of people in America. I believe he's been covertly attacked by the KGB for decades, maybe since childhood. The KGB may have gained access to him while he attended military school, I don't know. I believe his first fixer, Cohen, was an op assigned to Mr Trump by the KGB. I have no way to prove it.

The truth, no matter what proPutin individuals in the US & Israeli govts hope, is Putin intends to destroy us.

Stalin threw Hitler under the bus. Putin threw Sinwar under the bus, and the Supreme Leader, though they served him many years. On 1/9/2025 Putin planned to destroy Americas political & Intelligence class, our medical care providers & First Responders. He also intended to kill me. As best I can tell Putin became aware of me in 2024. 

Putin intended to kill Mr & Mrs Trump at President Carter's funeral and expected America to be a husk of itself in 2026, our grid and underground fuel systems destroyed, our mainstream media parroting whatever Putin fed them, and Mr Vance sworn into office. I'm not suggesting Mr Vance knew Putin's plan nor can I prove my theory. Putin intended for me to die in the fires. I did not know that at the time. What I knew at the time was a nationwide fire bomb attack utilizing our underground infrastructure was planned against us by Putin & his allies to occur on 1/9/2025, and that at least 100 million of us would die. The nationwide bombing were intended to hide the coup. Our brightest political, Intelligence, Security & military leaders & their families would be killed, including former President Biden (who I adore) & the First Lady, former presidents & their families, along with as many firefighters, First Responders, police, doctors, nurses, and medical staff nationwide as possible. The fires were to be blamed on a nationwide infrastructure fail. I understood former President Carter (who I loved) could not bear to have his extended family & our govt wiped out at his funeral. I sometimes wonder why I anticipated this attack and not others worldwide, not 9/11, not the recent floods in Nepal. I think its because I genuinely love my people, my govt & our leaders and this attack was huge in scale. I love our Intelligence & military leaders & our allies Intelligence & military leaders, and West-allied soldiers, who work tirelessly to protect the world. I could not let them fall on my watch without doing something, even though I didn't know what to do besides writing my govt & describing the attack, which I did promptly as soon as I understood the shape of it. I described how our systems would be weaponized although I didn't understand how our systems worked. Fortunately, our govt knows how our systems work.

Former President Biden & his Adm stopped the attack. I helped by warning them. They were already on heightened alert but I did not know that. Putin intended 100 million of my people to die. He intended a shell of our govt to remain, a shell he owned, like the shell he now owns in Iran called the Iranian govt, whose leadership he used American & Israeli militaries to kill under cover of war. Putin keeps using these strategies because they keep working. Putin's allies aren't allies, they are prey & tools to help him enslave and destroy humanity. When he dies the RCP will continue their genocide against Homo sapiens. This century the West, Africa, the Middle East & the global south. Next century or possibly later this century, China, India, North Korea, mop up against humanity. 

People in leadership positions in most countries have been put into office by the RCP or allowed to reach public office either because Putin can control them &/or they're pacifists terrified of nuclear war Putin knows won't initiate hot war against him, unless he bombs them. He has no need to bomb targets when he can exploit chain-of-command and install easily manipulatable or naturally cautious people into office. Many quality leaders are naturally cautious so facilitating their rise to power doesn't require putting substandard leaders in play. When especially quick, fine, uncorrupt leaders get into office who are willing to defend their country from Putin, leaders like former PM Starmer, Putin removes them.

Putin did not intend for Mr Trump to be sworn in for a second term. I can prove almost none of this. The seizure of Iran by Putin we've witnessed in 2026, Putin planned a variation of that for Americans in 2025, intending to blame failing infrastructure for the nationwide fires & knockoff impacts. After I warned my govt, I and my company were attacked, as was my mother who has since died.

Putins allies would probably say "Putin considers America his enemy," so wouldn't be surprised about his planned massive covert attack against America. But Iran is supposed to be Putin's ally. He preyed on them anyway. BRICS nations need to pay attention. Putin owns Jinping. Probably the Triad (China's mafia) too. I don't know how China will survive Putin. Jinping does nonstop purges, supposedly for corruption, probably because Putin tests Chinese official's loyalty to him. When he finds it wanting, he probably has Jinping remove them. Not all Chinese officials are loyal to Putin. Those who aren't are removed &/or killed. Putin considers China his. He doesn't tell Chinese people he owns them. 

NATO knows enough to know we must re-arm, but the RCP conned us into demilitarizing, supposedly after the Cold War ended. The Cold War did not end. WW2 ended technically. In reality it went underground. Since the 1920s the RCP has increasingly hunted and marked Homo sapiens for destruction. Homo sapiens must respond.

What hybrid warfare micro-attacks look like on the ground: swarm attacked by teenagers & their teachers at a bus stop

I've taken school &/or city buses most of my life. I've never once blocked a disabled person's access to a bus entrance. The couple dozen teens swarming me behaved abnormally. France and other govts need to understand how Putin and the RCP bully and intimidate civilians & children under the radar. 

The harassment and intimidation are real but deployed in a way civilians & children struggle to articulate, explain & recognize as coordinated attacks. Targets, using my personal experience as an example, have never seen the proxies before. Why would strangers harass them? Since targeted civilians & children don't know who or why, they don't report the attacks to their govt, is my experience. An op tried to kick me in the head while I sat on my mobility device on a city bus a few yrs ago. Fortunately I saw him lift his leg to aim his foot at my head so I leaned back as far as possible to avoid the kick, which would've killed me had it landed. The op exited the bus not long after. I didn't report it because I couldn't describe him beyond his sex and ethnicity. Govts must assume these micro-attacks are occurring in their democracies and are unlikely to be reported if the assault caused no major damage or didn't land because the target evaded the assault. This means govts don't understand how Putin attacks civilians & children in their own nation, under the nose of their govt, nor do civilians learn the attacker may have been an op.

Putin isn't just leaving unexploded packages in plane holds, he and the RCP are covertly attacking civilians and children in ways the targets have no way to report to their govts. Targets know they're being harassed and mistreated but not why or that its coordinated harassment or that Putin working to extinct Homo sapiens.

Besides these covert harassing attacks, the RCP orders physical attacks. I was stomped on, sexually assaulted, my path blocked by ops many times, i.e. by children used as beards by their enslaved parents. I was kicked, hard by an op at a college graduation. On the city bus when the kicking op tried to kill me the RCP would've reported my death as another unfortunate attack by someone with mental disease, failing to report the attacker was owned by the RCP. I've lost track of every attack because I didn't write them down as they occurred. I knew I was being harassed &/or attacked but had no idea the attacks were ordered by the RCP. 

People in France and elsewhere are experiencing a version of these attacks and unless the attack lands, and even when they do, civilians don't report them unless medical care is required or the attack is particularly terrifying or causes pain. The man who tried to kick me in the head on the bus, another man who stomped on my foot in the bus, both attacks while I sat on my mobility device, weren't reported to police because the attacks happened so fast I didn't get a good look at the assailant, I had no vehicle to go to the station to file a report, compromised police had been used to harass me & I didn't know what was going on. Attackers didn't attack me and say " this is from the RCP."  11The ops attacking me were 95% Americans, 5% immigrants, rough estimate. Of the 95% Americans, I estimate 20% of the harassing and intimidation attacks were done by uniformed and plain clothed law enforcement, and/or plain clothed and uniformed store security at stores where I bought groceries. Uniformed police in police cars parked near me as I sat on my mobility device at bus stops and stared at me. Before the RCP sickened me in 2010, when I worked, uniformed police sat in their cars watching me after I got off work and waited at bus stops to stare at me. These harassing attacks most frequently occurred in downtown Los Angeles & in Santa Monica. I witnessed a uniformed police officer in a police car force a young male op harass me in West Los Angeles on Wilshire Blvd when I was in my late 40s. In my late 40s, between 46 and 49, police briefly walked off the job to strike. For a day I was not attacked, police managed the harassing attacks against me. Their walkout was short. As soon as it ended, the harassing attacks recommenced.

Plain clothed police began walking &/or jogging into me in groups or as individuals when I worked in downtown Los Angeles, starting, rough estimate, after Paul died (my atty supervisor who committed suicide), so I maybe 45. I took the bus to & from work. Plain clothed police walked into my path on the sidewalk as I made my way to or from work, once forcing me to step down into the street cars were using. After I took a full time job as a legal secretary in West Los Angeles about two miles from where I live, groups of plain clothed police followed me, walked into me &/or harassed me as I walked to the apt from work or to the bus stop. They harassed me so unrelentingly on election day in 2008, following me, nearly walking into me, pursuing me, they prevented me from voting for Mr. Obama. I'm African American & former President Obama was the first major party candidate of color whose proposed policies I supported. The RCP harassed me so unrelentingly, I didn't make it to the voting station. In 2008 the RCP used men I believe were plain clothed compromised law enforcement in Santa Monica to make it nearly impossible for me to vote. This didn't happen in 1934 Mississippi. It happened in 2008 Santa Monica, California, a supposedly pro-Democrat state. Since that attack I've voted by mail. 

When I worked in downtown Los Angeles, I sometimes worked nights. I took the bus after I got off work to get to this apt. A uniformed policeman got on the bus and walked the length of the entire up and down. The bus driver and myself were the only people on the bus.

I have extended family enslaved by the RCP and had two doctors owned by the RCP. Of the approximately 3,000 attacks, intimidation, threats &/or torture I've experienced, I think maybe two of the attackers were paid sleeper ops, they looked like pros. They crowded me in the local grocery store but didn't assault me. Everyone else appeared to me to be civilians enslaved/entrapped by the RCP, including law enforcement. My father is a retired police officer. He too was used to try to entrap me, misdirected me, influenced me & belittled me, under order of his handler. Not one of the several thousand attackers told me they worked for the RCP. Observing the owned people in my family, I don't think they know Putin owns them. I tried to discuss the subject with them. When I wrote and published my first book, I sent it to most of my family and tried to discuss it. Not one family member, all who tried to entrap me, would discuss it. 

In America, covert micro attacks against civilians & children is how Putin &/or the RCP built: 

MAGA - Putin built MAGA to install President Trump. Putin is using President Trump to help him flip the world order. To Putin flipping the world order includes extincting Homo sapiens. President Trump does not know this. No one outside Putin & his inner circle knows flipping the world order means extincting humanity. Because Putin & the RCP look like Homo sapiens, everyone thinks they are. I believe they're an offshoot of Homo sapiens, a close cousin. Evolution is part behavioral choices, part physical changes, part expanded abilities. The first modern humans evolved 300,000 years ago. Our species spent 250,000 of those 300,000 years behaviorally evolving, and 47,000 more of those years creating literacy. Then it took us nearly 3,000 years to share literacy with the masses. I can warn you because I was taught to read & write. My maternal great grandmother, born in the same century as me, died illiterate.

Putin and the RCP plan to install VP Vance as president. With Mr Vance as US president for 10 years Putin believes that gives him enough time to complete flipping the world order.

Drug Epidemic - Putin &/or the RCP created the drug abuse epidemic to speed up destroying our families, kill our future soldiers & our future war strategists before they discovered their military career. My unscientific rough estimate is the RCP removed 100,000 soldiers from the battlefield in the last 20 years by introducing drugs into the potential warriors lives when they were children. America has lost over a million of our people to drug overdose the last 20 years. The RCP covertly kills as many children & civilians as they can get away with.

Homelessness - The RCP has covertly facilitated homelessness here for decades. They made me homeless in 1972 & have made at least 5 extended family members homeless. Putin's primary use of homelessness is to show Americans our govt is useless, a similar strategy to how the RCP uses apts without air conditioning to convince low-income French people a centrist gov is useless and encourage embrace of a proKremlin party. The homelessness crisis is to facilitate a coup here, to cheat Americans out of our democracy and con us into accepting a new govt covertly owned by Putin. Putin's working a similar strategy against French people, using lack of air conditioning for modest income people.

Birth Rate Crash - Putin's covert destabilization of our families & quality of life has crashed our nations birth rate. Children bullied at home &/or at school by RCP-controlled slave ops inside & outside their families are too traumatized by abuse & often too poor to start families. The abuse messes with their health as children experience increased rates of obesity amid mixed messaging about nutrition; 

Student Test Scores - crashed our K-12 test scores. I went to school from age 4 to 21, then off & on over the years, as recently as 2023. The difference in how teachers teach is stark. Teachers, recently, in my experience, appear to teach without actually teaching. Tests are ambush, not a fair, straightforward assessment of what students are taught and learn.

Mass shootings & violence in our children's schools & in our nations public spaces are Putin-pushed, to convince us our democracy is ineffective, that our people are too damaged to live peacefully. I'm saying the RCP emotionally destabilizes our children at home and school then triggers them.

Climate Catastrophe

Putin built MAGA to install President Trump, a temporary placeholder although Putin heavily reported in 2024 mainstream media that Mr Trump was his choice. Putin did that because he intended to kill Mr Trump on 1/9/2025 (at President Carter's funeral) & didn't want West-allied govts to suspect the nationwide infrastructure fail Putin planned for 1/9/2025 was a coup. That intended assassination was stopped by the Biden Adm. Putin got Mr Trump re-elected in order to place Mr Vance into the vice presidency. According to Musk in 2025, Putin supports a Vance presidency. As stated earlier, Putin is in the process of covertly removing President Trump from office, using multiple strategies. Putin believes he will flip the world order within a 10 year Vance presidency. When Musk publicly said in 2025 Putin supported a Vance presidency, VP Vance said he supported the Trump Adm. 

If Putin can put Mr Vance into the presidency, install proKremlin parties into Germany & France, Putin believes he'll own the world. He already controls China, India, Iran & N. Korea, among others. The US, EU, UK, etc. are hanging on by a thread that's fraying. Homo sapiens survival rests on our ability to understand how Putin is attacking us & stop those attacks. This email to you is me trying to explain the mechanism so you help people in France & worldwide effectively defend themselves from Putin.

I'll use my own life targeted from childhood as an example. My mother was in her late 20s when she was attacked, set up by a RCP-owned American sex op. She was divorced, worked as a surgical technician, was buying her first modest home, received no spousal or child support from her former husbands, was raising her 4 children alone. She'd relocated across the country from our fathers after she'd received a job offer from a hospital in Riverside, CA in 1969. I was her oldest child, age 9 when we relocated. I was 11 when the RCP installed a sex op into her bed. 

He didn't initially tell her he was a heroin addict. The RCP are the worlds most powerful drug cartel, hook people to use as disposable ops without telling them they're disposable. The sex op & a friend robbed a gas station while my mother & another woman waited in the car, expecting the men to pay for gas & buy snacks, not rob the station. 

I suspect but can't prove the RCP used compromised law enforcement they met in the Klu Klux Klan (KKK) (a pro-racism organization in America) to accuse my mother of participating in the crime. The neighborhood where my mother bought her house was frontloaded with the KKK, information she wasn't given before she bought the house. I was threatened by a child from a family in the KKK when I was 11, my younger brother was struck by another child whose family was in the KKK. The attacking children didn't tell me they were KKK families. The attacking children were older &/or bigger than us. The RCP worked with &/or without the KKK against me &/or my family from 1971 to the present. The RCP used children with enslaved parents to attack targeted families with children, was my experience in 1971. Children, based on my personal experience, aren't told their parents are slaves.

My family was slammed out of the blue, our mother, 28, had no idea a belligerent of our country had targeted her for enslavement. The RCP worked covert attacks targeting families in America for decades, enslaving parents then forcing them to groom, harm, misdirect &/or entrap their own children. Enslaved parents in America aren't told they're owned by the KGB or whatever the KGB calls itself now. My best guess is they're told they were charged during a sting carried out by the US govt. This sticks because uniformed law enforcement arrests entrapped victims & set up confidential plea deals new slaves take to stay out of prison & to keep their minor children out of foster care. I'm theorizing this process based on so many entrapment &/or harassing attacks I've lost count, and based in my parents behavior. They admitted nothing, but tried to entrap me. Entrapping their children isn't normal operating behavior for parents.

There is no upside for a democracy to enslave its citizens. The RCP lies to enslaved parents here. My theory is compromised police are the enslaved parents first handlers. My mother was enslaved over 50 yrs. I don't know the names of her handlers, she never told me she had handlers. I know she was forced to obey them. I've experienced "force" by the RCP. It includes physical, psychological & sexual assaults. In my experience its also included torture.

Though my mother told police she'd not been involved in the 1972 robbery, she was in the vehicle the heroin addicted sex op used to commit the crime. He hadn't initially told her he took drugs, I suspect to get her to fall in love with him. And he didn't tell her she'd been deliberately targeted, that he'd been installed into her life under false pretenses, which, to me, means the RCP raped her. My mother had been an abused child, beaten by her mother, sexually threatened by her mother's boyfriend. She narrowly escaped rape by begging her great aunt to let her come live with her. Between the ages of 12 and 16, when she lived with her mother, her life had been one long nightmare she barely escaped whole. At her great aunts, she could be an ordinary teen. A pretty teenager, teenage boys discovered her and after years of beatings, she found she liked being liked. She didn't know about sex but a teenage boy talked her into experimenting and before she knew it she was pregnant at 17 and a first time mother at 18. She knew nothing about birth control. In her family pregnancy meant she was forced to marry. She liked my father, the teenager slightly older than her she'd been dating, but they were too immature for marriage, argued over which cereal to buy. The marriage floundered. Another young man pursued her, impregnating her so they married. My mother spent her late teens and early 20s learning to be a mother and a wife to young men who were barely adults. One cheated on her so she ended the marriage. By the time she was 27 she'd been married & divorced 3 times, had four children under 10, received no child or spousal support and had completed a surgical technician training course to support herself and her children.

The sex op was inserted into her life when she was 28. He destroyed her life when she was 29. He'd been very kind to her, had been introduced to her by her new friend in California named Mary, who my mother didn't know was owned by the RCP. A man who treated my mother kindly was very appealing to her, after the death of her grandmother who'd raised her from birth to 12, and the abuse she'd suffered at the hands of her mother when she was 12 to 16. Eventually the sex op, Carl, told her he took heroin. As a medical care professional my guess is she lost permission to work as a surgical tech, after being charged as an accomplice in a robbery & knowingly having a drug addicted lover. She lost her beloved career, her home, she became ill, we became homeless in California in 1972-1973. Around that time all her teeth had to be removed because of extensive dental decay. She was released from jail after she took a deal that allowed her to keep custody of her children. She wasn't allowed to discuss the deal w/me, admit she'd taken a deal, or discuss the concept of plea deals with me. I'm assuming her Section 8 apartment was micced and she'd have been arrested and believed she'd be sent to prison had she discussed the deal with me, even in her 70s and 80s. The RCP terrorized her in her 20s and terrorized her until her death. She did not have a peaceful death, although she obeyed the RCP over 50 years. When I look at proPutin & proKremlin people I want to warn them. That's one reason I'm writing this even though most of them won't believe me, even though their handlers lie to them. No matter what proKremlin, proPutin people expect to get from Putin, they'll get death instead. He'll kill their children and steal the families wealth, which he considers his. Doesn't matter if the individual is a multi millionaire, how tight their security is or the weapons they have. The problem is Homo sapiens don't understand the threat level, because the RCP are ambush predators who instinctively lie and hide their endgame. The only way Homo sapiens will survive this "survival of the fittest" pop quiz by Evolution is to destroy the RCP. If Homo sapiens won't go on the offense, we'll be extincted.

Iran gave Putin drone technology to keep him in his Special Operation against Ukraine. Despite that essential weapon & technology, Putin repaid Iran by helping America & Israel kill the heads of Iran's govt under cover of war. Iran is a long time "ally" of the RCP, meaning alliances are disposable to the RCP. Putin didn't let the US & Israeli militaries decapitate the heads of the Iranian regime to show President Trump & PM Netanyahu he backs their govts, although Putin encourages the men to believe this. By using the US & Israel to attack Iran despite Iran not attacking the US & Israel in a hot war, Putin:

(1) is focusing Iranian civilians blame onto the US & Israel for Iranians food insecurity & for decades of subpar quality of life. This means the 30 million Iranian children born this generation and the 30 million Iranian children born the next generation will be raised by parents more inclined to hate America & Israel. Despite PM Netanyahu's ambition that Israel be a regional power, Putin's explosion of focused hatred against Israel and America isn't intended to bring world peace. PM Netanyahu may be thrown a bone of regional power by Putin before the PM exits the world stage but Putin's setting the world up to implode during his lifetime;

(2) Putin gets a disposable Iranian military he's already used to bomb West-allied nations in the Middle East and destroy the fertilizer production capacity of his fertilizer export competitor, Qatar. Putin's attacking Ukraine in part to sit on Ukraine's fertilizer export capacity. Putin's giving every indication he's moving to control Homo sapiens food production. Putin doesn't make those moves unless he intends to expand weaponizing food against humanity. 

The US is buying more Russian fertilizer than we used to and with the diesel deal Putin's establishing control of Americas food capacity and domestic transportation. When the EU bought most of its energy from the RCP, the RCP weaponized those sales. I understand the current US Adm doesn't think well of the EU &/or NATO, but ignoring Putin's trade behavior because the US Adm considers NATO &/or EU nations militarily weak ignores Putin's behavior and his reputation. Putin encourages targeted govts to trust him and encourages targets to ignore when he throws allies under the bus. Sinwar and the Supreme Leaders were terrorists, so ignore that Putin threw them under the bus after lying to them, sometimes for years. Just because he lied to them doesn't mean he'll lie to us, right? Wrong. The only reason I can see why the US Adm & Israeli right-leaning officials believe Putin favors them is because, I suspect but can't prove, the KGB has covertly attacked &/or brainwashed individuals for years, without the targets knowledge or permission. Mind rape. Blackmail. Threats. The mafia way.

Because the EU is considered militarily weak by the US Adm doesn't mean the US Adm should ignore that Putin screwed the EU over so badly, they're cutting energy ties with the RCP as fast as possible. Putin encourages the gullible, the desperate and the hopeful to ignore his reputation. Putin covertly argues its sour grapes complaints by losers. That's not what it is. The complaints are the voice of experience victims of Putin are trying to share with their species, to halt the RCPs predation of the innocent. The RCP has done variations of the same attacks for over a century. Its unfortunate when yet another targeted govt falls for the okey doke;

(3) With ownership of at least 60 million Iranian children between this generation and the next, Putin will use those children as terrorists, Intelligence, police, teachers, doctors, lawyers, heads of state, etc. President Trump has implied the current Iranian govt is difficult to negotiate with. By the time Putin or the RCP train the children into adulthood, West-allied nations won't be able to negotiate with Iran. Bombing Iran won't help. They're a tool of Putin, a variation of his manipulation of the US & Israeli militaries as unknowing proxies. Destroying the RCP must be the goal. My saying this may be why my Instagram posting privileges have been removed for life. You can go on Instagram and complain about President Trumps alleged corruption until you're blue in the face, because it serves Putin's desire to remove President Trump from office and replace him with Mr. Vance. However if like me you describe Putin's hybrid warfare attacks against children in America, posting privileges are removed because Putin can't afford for civilians to know about his attacks against the worlds children.

Putin uses racism to convince people he's groomed to become racists, to accept Putin's "White Mans Burden" play, his "antisemitism" play, his "anti-Latinx" play, etc.  The RCP is running a "divide & conquer" play against Homo sapiens. He pushes fear of limited resources, fear of sexual orientation difference, fear of women, fear of the other. Whatever anxiety the RCP can facilitate labelling other groups as the threat, the RCP does. To Sinwar and Iran's deceased Supreme Leader Putin pushed antisemitism by using the Israeli military as brutal proxies, after making Israelis fear for their lives. Fear is a highly effective weapon in Putin's hands. 

To proPutin right-leaning Israeli leaders &/or settlers in the West Bank, Putin's pushing "Jewish Mans Burden." In the KKK in America the RCP pushed "White Mans Burden." Putin & the RCP have mastered Divide & Conquer attack strategy. Doesn't matter the proPutin slave is Caucasian. Putin uses racism to con racists, then he kills them. Currently I believe proPutin Caucasian individuals have been led to believe Putin favors them because of their lighter skin color. In my family, enslaved ops of color have been manipulated to believe their ethnicity makes them more deserving of resources than other ethnicities of color. I've seen the RCP manipulate Caucasian people and people of color in a divide & conquer extinction play built around ethnicity and skin color.

When my mother was enslaved at 29 she evaded my 12 year old questions when she was bedridden. Given her devastation, obvious health problems, her distress when I questioned her & my love for her, I stopped asking for clarification & focused on helping her & my family survive. As a 12 yr old who adored her, I sought to understand what had happened, not judge her. She wasn't allowed to say much, not allowed to explain in detail. She was set up & arrested after she'd sent us kids back east to visit our fathers & grandparents. The RCP made sure her children were out of town, deliberately removed from the scene, while the RCP enslaved her. She and her boyfriend were on a car trip, I want to say to New Mexico but I don't remember her saying her destination. When she sent us kids back east I don't think she said she'd be out of town herself. By the time we returned she'd been warned to tell us nothing about a deal to stay out of prison.

What happened is the RCP set her up with a sex op, destroyed her career, & over the remainder of her life forced &/or manipulated her to entrap her children. She had five. She died in 2025. As best I can tell, I'm her only adult child not enslaved. In my teens her RCP-controlled American handlers forced her to beat me for no reason, forced her to force me to date a sex op, & when her minister-friend tried to flirt w/me when I was 16 & he was around 60, & I told her, she was not allowed to protect me from him. 

In my late 40s the RCP used her to help get me over extended into credit card debt because they had a bankruptcy entrapment setup planned for me. I did not know about the setup, I simply resisted filing for bankruptcy. She bullied me to file personal bankruptcy throughout my 50s. In my 50s the RCP used her to try to get me to cheat Medicare, Social Security, commit insurance fraud, defraud the federal govts low income phone program. In her late 70s or early 80s her handler forced her to put a laxative into my food when I was visiting her over Thanksgiving (US holiday), & forced her for years to smoke around me so she could give me cancer via second-hand smoke exposure. Their pressure on her caused her to smoke like a chimney, to try to self-calm herself. One of her children told me she'd given him poor advice when he'd sought guidance in his late teens, early 20s about college. He said she'd encouraged him to drop out of college, which he did. My mother wasn't allowed to explain her choices or behavior because they were dictated by her handler, who she couldn't admit to having. I offered her, free of charge, a long-term disability plan that would've let her enjoy a financially comfortable retirement. Her handler wouldn't let her accept it because the money would've allowed her to have a decent quality of life in retirement. She couldn't explain why she didn't fill out the paperwork. I pleaded with her for months, I was 42 or 43, she was in her early 60s. Her handler allowed her to accept cash from me instead. I don't remember the amount, maybe $1,000. Had her handlers allowed her to accept the gift, she would have received thousands per month for six years. She was forced to take early retirement, age 62 I think, because she had a bad back from working at a factory where she lifted heavy equipment after she lost her surgical tech career. 

The RCP doesn't just enslave parents and force them to enslave their children. The RCP controls the slave's finances for life, controls the quality or lack of quality medical care they receive or not, control how the enslaved parent is treated by their extended family. My mother didn't have close relationships with many of her grandchildren because of how the RCP used her as a weapon against her children. There's a reason I say Homo sapiens face an extinction level event at the hands of the RCP, and its not because I hate Russians. Family is the foundation of Homo sapiens culture. From family we build community and govts. The RCPs Active Measures destroys Homo sapiens families. Without family trust there's no culture or govt.

My father, a retired police officer, tried to get me to commit Medicare & Social Security fraud in my 50s. I've no idea when the RCP enslaved him. When I decided to write a book outing the attacks against me & children, I'd witnessed being exploited, he was used to ridicule me & pressure me to not write the book- at that time I didn't know the belligerent's name. I knew they controlled law enforcement, thousands of families, & multiple businesses. 

Govts must understand President Macron, that Putin uses proxies. Putin does not tell children and civilians he's targeting them. American law enforcement &/or store security harassed me for decades. My extended family, two of my doctors, a cashier at a big box store, a coworker, employees of local & federal aid agencies as recently as 2025, tried to entrap me. There is no way civilians can connect the dots between (1) hostile, corrupting &/or subversive authority figures in a targets life, (2) subpar living conditions, & (3) low income, to the RCPs hybrid warfare against Homo sapiens because Putin uses the people & systems in place on the ground in the targeted nation to attack innocent children and civilians. In much of the world, Russian foot soldiers aren't in targeted children & civilians faces. In the targets face are proxies of the RCP, i.e. enslaved parents, teachers, employers, police, landlords, doctors, mentors, friends - authority figures living in the country, who are already owned by the RCP. 

Enslaved ops might now know they're owned by Putin. Sleeper ops know, enslaved civilians may not know. In America, as best I can tell, slaves believe they've been entrapped in a sting by our legitimate govt. When I tried to discuss this with enslaved ops in my family, they wouldn't discuss it. 

Putin isn't just installing compromised or pacifist leaders to head govts, the RCP controls authority figures throughout society. I tried to get student loans while at city college. I qualified. The RCP destroyed my credit in my late 40s, early 50s and didn't want me to rebuild it. Financial aid at city college wouldn't let me get loans, I tried for months. It wasn't until I complained to the now largely destroyed Dept of Education that I got the loans. Putin is determined people in America, and our govt's options, are increasingly constrained. It's not just President Trump Putin is squeezing with the midterms and near endless press about corruption allegations. Nearly all of us are being covertly attacked by the RCP and Putin.

The Trump Adm doesn't understand what's its doing & overseeing: destruction of America by Putin. You can tell they don't understand Putin's endgame because they're working within his attack strategy not realizing he intends to kill us, even proPutin accolades. Its impossible to prove this to people until Putin's actually bombing them. Sinwar and Iran's deceased Supreme Leader learned this the hard way. I want no one else to learn this truth the hard way. 

People at all levels have been covertly attacked by proxies, fed lies about Americas supposed Deep State, which deep state is the KGB. I can't prove it. Putin is in America illegally, the RCP has been deeply embedded here since 1971 in my personal experience, and I suspect since the 1920s. If Homo sapiens let Putin extinct us, the RCP will seize earth. Its incomprehensible to Homo sapiens that we face an extinction threat from Putin. If pressed, most people think the Cold War has entered another phase. Currently, Putin & the RCP are taunting & destroying targets under the radar.

Starting in the 1970s, using Jackson-Vanik, a law the RCP pushed through here which allowed them to get 600,000 Soviet immigrants here, an unknown number who were sleeper ops, mafioso, slaves, spies, etc. That large influx of of assets allowed the RCP to install ops nationwide, install supervisors in a wide range of companies, institutions, agencies. In America our K-12 education system is listing. That's not an accident. I've attended school in this country, off & on, from 1965 to 2023. The drop off in quality teaching is staggering & loud when you take classes, not merely listen to the education systems intentions. In my early 60s I attempted several basic programming classes at a city college. Those courses were designed to get me to fail. The RCP used an op in my extended family to discourage me from enrolling in a city college basic programming class so the RCP was already aware of my interest. The first programming class I took, C Programming, the teacher didn't assign a textbook. In a beginning class. The first quiz he gave, he'd never lectured or given assignments on the two programs he asked us to write, so unless students new to programming had learned programming basics elsewhere, the first quiz was designed to get as many students to drop as possible and/or to discourage interest in programming. The teacher struggled to write accurate C programs during online lectures. Think of it like basic arithmetic. A teacher is supposed to teach First Graders how to add 5 plus 8, but the teacher can't add 5 plus 8 on the board. I'm not exaggerating. I spent hours studying and asking programming tutors for help. This subquality teaching was to discourage me from taking more programming classes, and this teacher was just the RCPs opening round.

In another basic programming class about 700 pages of text and code were expected to be read & learned by students. For one class, over about 4 months. Seven hundred pages of code & explanations of code isn't like reading other complex subjects - its dense and requires hours per day for reading and learning concepts and completing assignments. Students were also strongly encouraged by the city college to take more than one class. While I attempted &/or completed those online classes the RCP deployed ops above & around my apt to noise harass me while I did homework and took exams. I can imagine why French students, at the end of a miserably hot summer, with hot class rooms and substandard teaching the RCP undoubtedly facilitated to frustrate students were so easily triggered by Putin to protest. During a 2023 Final the RCP deployed my landlord to noise harass me, & earlier in the same semester used ops to shutter my Wi-Fi during Spring break, making it impossible for me to complete planned school work inside the apt. In that class during the Midterm test, one of the programs either had not been taught before the Midterm or our homework hadn't been graded by the teacher & returned before Midterms, so students had no way to know if they learned the concepts before Midterms. Classes the RCP wanted me not to take weren't designed for students to have been taught concepts and demonstrate competency during tests. Instead, basic programming classes were designed to discourage students from learning programming language. As a young child in the 1960s, I was taught to read, add, subtract & multiply. Teachers spent time teaching concepts & assigning homework until most students got it. In my early 60s taking basic programming city college classes online, classes were designed to discourage students from delving into the subject more. In my case, the RCP deployed ops to swarm harass me with noise attacks at the apt where I live during tests, homework, Finals. The attacks were so bad one necessitated an emergency room hospital trip with a 200 bpm heart rate in May 2023.

Unless you are a student enrolled in the class you can't see how basic programming classes are designed to get students to fail. The schools presentation is one thing, the actual course is something else altogether and people looking in from the outside don't see the problems. To see the problems assessors must enroll in the course incognito, do the homework, go to office hours, read the textbook. I'm not at all surprised about the massive student protests across France. My experience as a student in America in the last several years is the RCP is deeply embedded in our education system, in a way designed to shut down students interest in becoming the quality of workers our nation needs.

In my early 60s, the RCP deployed one of my doctors to try to get me to commit Medicare fraud on multiple occasions. In my teens, my high school guidance counselor accused me of theft when I went to her office seeking guidance about how to attend college. My high school grades were good, my immediate family was low income. When I went to engineering school in my mid20s, a teaching assistant removed me from class during an exam, saying he'd seen another student cheating off my test. I told him I'd not been cheating, which he admitted, but removed me anyway. The perps were owned by the RCP, which I did not know. The RCP did not want me to become an electrical engineer, to join the military, to become a police officer or to complete my legal secretarial career from age 50 to 67. In my 60s when I attempted programming as a career, the RCP shut that down as well. 

Not a single RCP-controlled op who harassed me in America told me the RCP sent them. Nearly all the ops noise attacking &/or physically assaulted me were American.

The RCP attacked & sidelined me on all those fronts. Instead of paying my govt hundreds of thousands in taxes as an engineer, the RCP ensured I cost my govt in Disability payments from about age 52 to nearly 67. It's no accident the US is $40 trillion in debt. I believe its no accident France is in debt. The RCP worked that attack against America, I'm one example of unknown numbers of people here & possibly elsewhere whose careers the RCP degraded to weaken the financial health of a targeted nation. 

In my extended family, the RCP has deployed an enslaved op to aid fraudulent tax returns of individuals in my family Putin attacked from childhood. It was communicated to me by the supposed tax savvy enslaved op extended family member & my enslaved half sibling that he would help me file a fraudulent tax return. I showed no interest but at least one nephew was conned. He'd been made homeless by the RCP as a child, I think was charged somewhere for something, smokes a lot of pot the last I heard & has no way to support himself comfortably that I'm aware. 

The RCP attacks children young here, especially but not exclusively children of color, derails their life to make them financially insecure, always scrambling to get by, always vulnerable to scams. The RCP has worked variations of these attacks against Americans for generations. In my family, I count 6 generations negatively impacted &/or hammered by the RCP, which attacks against America I believe but can't prove were begun by Stalin in the 1920s. I believe Stalin prioritized attacking families of color first because complaints of minorities are ignored by the dominant culture. Its a hardwired flaw in Homo sapiens the RCP exploits to embed itself deeply into a targeted nation years before the targeted nation knows its under attack. Stalin embedded into the entertainment industry, joined & strengthened the KKK, before branching out to attack all ethnicities, etc. 

MAGA are mostly Caucasian Americans, meaning the RCP has now moved into prioritizing destabilizing Caucasian Americans without telling them an enemy govt is responsible for bullying their child at school, hooking their teenager on drugs, or that their kids teacher deliberately fails to effectively teach, under order of their RCP-controlled American handler. 

Putin controls the worlds mainstream media. Between (1) Putin's media control, (2) govts not understanding the timeline and scope of the RCPs attacks, the chain-of-command, authority figure weaponization delivery mechanism, (3) civilians & children knowing nothing about psychological warfare or that they're targets & what that means on the ground in their lives, & (4) Putin's use of proxies, sex ops & drugs, Active Measures has been a huge win for Putin. Homo sapiens quality of life nearly worldwide show we're being pummeled.

For decades uniformed & plain clothed police in Los Angeles & Santa Monica have covertly harassed me. At my jobs I was harassed from one job to the next by individuals, supervisors & coworkers, owned by the RCP, as the RCP tried to entrap me. My landlord harassed me so unrelentingly in 2023, I was forced to go to the hospital due to an elevated heart rate. Upstairs RCP-owned neighbor ops noise attacked me for over a decade when I tried to sleep &/or entered/exited a room in the apt, starting when I was about 52. This has been my lived experience. When I went to file a police report against my landlord in June 2023 after my 200 bpm heart rate from being attacked, the Santa Monica Police Dept desk officer said they don't accept harassment complaints of the noise attack I described. I was told I could file a lawsuit. 

President Macron, most of my life has been one long covert attack by the RCP. America & democracies have no mechanism in place where civilians & children can report abuses or grooming attempts by enslaved authority figures, so West-allied govts keep getting caught flat-footed as Putin covertly attacks civilians & children in targeted nations who have no way to understand these are hybrid warfare attacks by the RCP and have no idea how to effectively protect themselves. When my parents tried to get me to cheat the American govt, there was no system in place to accept reports of corruption attempts by authority figures. 

Civilians & children don't recognize hybrid warfare on the ground because proxies are used & the proxies are usually people known to the target. When someone's grandmother or trusted mentor tells them to lie, cheat or steal to get something, there's no govt agency the target can report that suggestion to, even if the target recognizes it as a grooming attack. 

There's tens of millions of these micro-attacks govts don't know are taking place so when Putin organizes a conflagration, mass nationwide violence, the targeted nation & its law enforcement are surprised, shocked, stunned.

West-allied nations, maybe most nations worldwide, are being hit by hybrid warfare & don't know because the RCP covertly destroys families & schools that are supposed to be our children's safe space. Putin is destroying those safe spaces by entrapping parents, educators, law enforcement, doctors, employers, store management & security, landlords, etc. & using those authority figures against subordinates, including children, students, civilians, patients, employees, customers, tenants, etc. Countries wake to find their nation on fire because the RCP launched millions of covert micro attacks against civilians & children who had no way to report the attacks & grooming attempts to their govt, then Putin covertly triggers mass protests.

Its no accident the RCP facilitated this violence the end of summer, when people have broiled in the unbearable heat for months. Putin & the RCP caused the climate catastrophe by refusing to let humanity know a climate problem existed until around 2015. Putin flooded mainstream media with the info publicly to distract the West from his 2014 theft of Crimea. 

Putin & the RCP are using the climate catastrophe to covertly kill as many people as they can, & to trigger societal unrest. The violence France is enduring is Putin-caused. The heat-drought-extreme weather cycles Homo sapiens are experiencing are due to the RCP deliberate destabilizing of our climate & preventing us from responding effectively, using climate denial and divide & conquer strategies. Putin's choices & strategy point to their intention to extinct Homo sapiens, in my opinion. 

This is hybrid warfare. It's what happens when civilians are attacked under the radar & have no effective, easy access to their govt to report attacks, or the knowledge necessary to recognize & understand they're being attacked. The RCP has been deeply embedded in West-allied countries for decades. In America I know from personal experience they've been embedded since at least 1971 because that's when they first attacked me. In America I believe they've shaped our policies to our detriment. There is a reason our legitimate govt doesn't know our nation needs a civilian complaint hotline, fully funded. There's a reason children don't know they have recourse if their parent beats them for no reason, if their parent forces them to date someone the child refused to date, if their parent tries to get them to lie, if their doctor tries to get them to cheat the govt.

Govts aren't gathering info their citizens know because civilians don't yet understand or recognize psychological warfare & govts don't know the RCP is attacking children in ways designed to be invisible to the targeted govt. I suspect Putin plans to spark nationwide protests in America as he works to remove President Trump & install VP Vance. 

There's a world of micro attacks by Putin & the RCP targeted govts aren't meant to see because the RCP are ambush predators. Targeted govts must punch through this wall Putin is maintaining to talk to their people. When my mother, who believed deeply in ethics before the RCP enslaved her, tried to get me to cheat the govt, the govt had no one I could call to report it, had it even occurred to me to do so. Govts must start a public service, public awareness campaign educating their people about psychological warfare, how it works, what it looks like on the ground to an ordinary person. 

Most families or friends wouldn't consider reporting their grandfather trying to get them to lie to the govt, so govts have no idea Putin is using families to destroy targeted nations from within. Families must be told how Active Measures works because civilians, children & their govts don't understand how Putin is using it to attack them. He's exploiting instincts & chain-of-command, the power given to parents & other authority figures through evolution & social conditioning. Our enemy is weaponizing how Homo sapiens organize ourselves. Civilians & children must be told. If Homo sapiens doesn't up our game, the RCP will extinct us, while smiling.

He's doing everything he can to ensure humanity doesn't effectively defend ourselves. I thank President Macron for his support of NATO. President Macron's fulfillment of promised support is why I believe Putin triggered the violent protests. Putin is nuclear war avoiding. Had he bombed France he would have triggered WW3, putting him at risk of death. Putin intends to live decades longer and destroy Homo sapiens every step of the way. His actions show us, his words lie.

In my personal experience, Putin ensures targets are harassed while getting a full blast of the US racist past, this is usually done using social media and mainstream media. To the casual eye, someone monitoring my phone who isn't African America, the articles & feeds appear to be history, because they are. They're also covert undermining of our democracy, telling targets, based on ethnicity, that the US is a lie. Reporting past wrongs is essential but context matters. Dropping racist past articles in peoples of color social media feeds is standard operating procedure by the RCP, & in my opinion is intended to destroy people of colors allegiance to our democracy.

Homelessness is another weapon Putin covertly uses to undermine democracy & is aimed at civilians & children. The covert argument to targets is, if your democracy is so great, why are there millions of homeless. Homelessness doesn't just attack the homeless in America. It's an under the radar argument by Putin, psychological warfare aimed at civilians who don't know they're under attack by the RCP. Our gov has little idea about how Putin is priming the revolution pump against ordinary people, so I'm telling them. I'm progressive, female and African American so they might not believe me. Hardwired into us and most advanced earth life is the belief that our own species won't try to destroy us. Because the RCP looks human govts assume they are. My argument is by chasing a military advantage in the 1920s, Active Measures, and deploying it against children, the RCP behaviorally evolved. There are multiple ways to evolve, behaviorally and anatomically are the ones I'm aware of. My theory is the RCP did not know Active Measures would spark speciation but I believe that's what it's done. 

A species does not destroy its young. The RCP targets and kills Homo sapiens children, believes its exploiting a resource its competitors & enemies wont: human children. Children & families worldwide are the RCPs edge, their perceived advantage, & will be exploited & weaponized to serve the RCPs purposes as long as the RCPs exists. This means no child or family is safe from attack. It means the RCP hides these attacks to avoid being bombed. Because Homo sapiens govts don't use civilians & children of nations as weapons & Putin does, govts under attack keep underestimating & missing Putin's endgame. I believe if I questioned every leader on earth to ask them what they thought Putin's endgame was, not one would say extinction of Homo sapiens. Even Ukrainians, who Putin has been covertly and/or overtly attacking, on & off, since last century, believe Putin wants them dead, not that Putin wants all Homo sapiens dead. 

Hardwired into us is the belief that individuals who look like us is our species. In the case of the RCP, that's not the case. They are a cousin species. They built a weapon, based in part, on parasitic slave making ant strategy and is using it against humanity. That decision caused them to behaviorally evolve, to begin the process of speciation, which Stalin did not know would happen. Putin & the RCP don't care or don't know. 

Homo sapiens face a new type of attack from a new enemy, as modern ants first faced their ant version of this enemy 15 million years ago. We can remain in denial or defend ourselves, its up to us, even though Putin manipulates human organizational systems, even though the RCP has over a century head start. If we refuse to let the RCP slaughter us, and use what we have, we have options. Poor options, many innocent will die, but Homo sapiens will survive if we want to.

All prey facing a newly evolved predator with effective weapons are wiped out &/or weakened in the first waves. You see it in disease and when one side builds an effective weapon against a less effective one. Homo sapiens have the capacity to adapt if we stop denying this new predator exists and get on with defending ourselves.

In America, Putin is considering nationwide protests. He ignited Europe first to punish France for backing NATO. Here, Putin's considering multiple triggers: (1) food & cost of living spikes, minimally 25% price increases nearly across the board, maybe as soon as Thanksgiving 2026, maybe beginning early 2027. He'll use mainstream media to blame President Trumps policies; (2) terrorists Putin owns purporting to be proIranian bombing the US &/or our allies using nuclear warheads &/or traditional weapons - Iran has already warned us they're going wider this time; (3) Epstein scandal drop; (4) the Trump Adm may use small nukes against Iran. That's a bad idea and I hope they don't. Putin would like it because he could use terrorists to aim small nukes at us, and blame President Trump.  Protests will be designed to focus American civilians blame against President Trump & force him from office. If Americans let Putin put his next US President in office, Americans end.
