Civilians, prepare – published September 25, 2025

Expect Putin and the Russian Mafia to make planes fall from the sky – hackers have apparently figured out how to stop plane’s fuel systems from working and cause them to crash. Expect fires from overloaded electrical lines – hackers have apparently figured out how to overload electrical lines, cause a short, destroy the line and have the hot wire fall into the foliage below to cause fires. Expect emergency services to be unreachable because hackers will block your calls, if emergency services haven’t already been off-lined by hackers. I’ve experienced some of these attacks, which is how I know they exist. No one told me. I lived them, off and on, for years, as the Russian Mafia and their allies tested their control of our grid, internet, electrical, and phone systems. Because the attacks happened out of the blue, there was no way I could anticipate them or prove they occurred, except by keeping the household appliances destroyed by the Russian Mafia and their allies.

Anything people rely on that can be hacked and off-lined will be hacked and off-lined. People won't be able to pay bills, i.e. rent/mortgage, receive or cash their paycheck, buy groceries except with cash, use credit cards, buy gas, call for help, rely on deliveries shipped on planes, etc. Most people have little disposable income but if you can, scrape together a rent/mortgage payment and buy a money order or cashier’s check that will cover your rent/mortgage. Keep it with you and keep it handy in case of a national grid and bank attack. Stash $100 or more away in small bills in case the grocery store and/or market’s systems are down and debit/credit cards won’t work. If you can, put at least a month of food aside, foods you enjoy eating as well as pantry stables i.e. beans, rice, salt, oil, canned protein, and comfort foods you enjoy. Shelf stable is best, assume the grid will be down. 

Think about alternate ways to prepare food if your stove won’t work. Fortunately freezers will keep food cold for several days without electricity. If you can, buy a new or used pressure cooker. They take much less time to cook meals so are more efficient. You can cook a big pot of beans or a cut up chicken in half an hour using a pressure cooker. Because I’m warning you this is coming, prep your food going forward. If you normally buy whole chickens when you find a good sale, cut up those chickens for easier meal prep during a grid down, stove out-of-commission situation, when clean water will be harder to come by. If you’ve had food in your freezer for years that’s seriously freezer burned, a trick that works is to rinse off the item. You’ll be amazed that just by rinsing off the freezer-burn the food becomes eatable after cooking or reheating. I learned this through trial and error. If you love coffee or tea, lay in a month’s supply, if you can. If you have pets, stock up their food too. If you take medications, ask your doctor to write a 6 month or 12 month prescription. If they ask why, tell them you’re concerned about the state of the world. If they offer your tranquilizers, courteously decline their offer unless it’s a mild medication you feel comfortable taking. Take only the medications you absolutely need to take.

Hybrid attacks against civilians will be deployed to weaponize civilians to apply pressure against our own governments to back off containing Putin and the Russian Mafia in their attacks against Ukrainians. Putin is working to “flip the world order,” which is Putin-speak for genocide against all people in West-allied nations, stealing the targeted nation’s land, their resources and their wealth. Putin still expects to build his dynasty on the bones of America, which is why he isn’t leading off with nuclear war but with an internet, phone, grid, water, and bank off-lining attack. (Pressure cook your water if your nation is hack-attacked or at least boil and chemically treat it, even if you’re told it’s safe to drink. Putin plans to kill a couple billion people. He’s 72 I believe. At some point he intends millions of people to die and that won’t happen by itself. Treat, pressure cook, boil your water.) 

Putin’s order to hack our grid doesn’t mean nuclear war isn’t in our future, it means Putin strongly prefers to not deploy nuclear weapons against America because he intends to steal our country for himself. There isn’t much he can do with a nuclear war bombed nation in his lifetime so for the time being he’s holding off on nuclear war. New Russian Warfare, which is what the Russian Mafia call this war, is at heart a wealth and land theft. It’s not about hegemony or any other lie Putin and the Russian Mafia spiel. Putin and the Russian Mafia covet our land, infrastructure, resources and financial power. They’re working to steal it for themselves. They intend to murder everyone in America and Israel, and very likely most, if not all, of our other allies. But they think it counter-productive to warn targets since warned people tend to defend themselves. Putin and the Russian Mafia are big on killing but not big on getting killed themselves. So they avoid warning their targets.

Because Putin and the Russian Mafia are extremely sexist and racist, they intend to murder at least several hundred million poor and brown people worldwide, by letting them starve. Women are a primary target but also brown people. American and European Caucasian people are also a major target. Putin and the Russian Mafia hate West-allied people, including civilians and consider civilians, i.e. children, far game. They don’t consider it their responsibility to declare war but instead attack covertly and lie routinely to everyone, i.e. children. Putin and the Russian Mafia consider ambush and lying fair, even in an undeclared war, even against civilians who have no idea they’re under attack. They believe that murdering children is fair in war but don’t consider it their responsibility to inform children that a foreign enemy, mafia-government hybrid is at war against them. That’s how the Soviet Union and later the Russian Mafia and Putin have gotten this close to flipping the world order: by attacking and destroying children with no warning. I was 11 when they first attacked me, which is why I know they attack children.

Civilians i.e. children are the low hanging fruit of our species, the soft underbelly Putin and the Russian Mafia attack. Civilians must be warned Putin will exploit us, our elderly and our children, and use us to pressure our governments. Putin and the Russian Mafia have a history of deploying unknowing civilians to remove individuals Putin doesn’t want in office (i.e. former President Biden), and install individuals Putin want in office (i.e. President Trump). President Trump is opposing Putin’s Russian-Ukraine War so Putin wants President Trump gone and has no problem attacking our infrastructure and Americans on President Trump’s watch. The reason President Trump is disliked by millions of Americans is because Putin set him up, set the Trump Administration up, and is setting Americans up, to destroy all of us. Putin is big on setting people up. He calls his weapon New Russian Warfare. He inherited it from the Soviet Union, who built the psychological warfare-based weapon and called it Active Measures. Putin and the Russian Mafia are trying to close New Russian Warfare.

Putin is confident Jinping and Modi are in his corner which is why he’s picking fights with NATO, repeatedly sending drones and planes into NATO nation’s airspace to expand and escalate the Russian-Ukrainian war. Putin and the Russian Mafia are extremely entitled. Putin sees himself as god’s chosen son. He’s surrounded himself with hawks who think the rest of us are subhumans to be enslaved, i.e. all people of color worldwide and all Caucasian people worldwide who aren’t Russia’s ruling class. Putin and the Russian Mafia think they’re all that because they inherited an effective, unusual weapon, Active Measures, which attacks humans based on our genes, evolution, hard-wiring. As with all effective weapons, the first targets are easily slaughtered, which is how Putin got so close to flipping the world order. But like all weapons, New Russian Warfare has weaknesses. Once civilians understand how it works, they’ll be able to protect themselves against it. I figured it out and I’m no brainiac. If I can understand it, most people can. 

Essentially, New Russian Warfare covertly attacks authority figures (like parents, law enforcement, teachers, employers, landlords, doctors, people you love or value) to entrap and/or radicalize you. Entrapping a person is setting them up to cheat someone or something, usually the government or a company, and then charging the perp with committing the crime. Targets, now called perps are so stunned they usually have no way to defend themselves because someone they know and/or trust sets them up. They’re ambushed and often have no way to know the person they trusted set them up. Before the Russian Mafia deploys authority figures it entraps those authority figures, i.e. accuses them of a bogus crime the victims don’t know is bogus. So for example, if you’re a police officer, your trusted police officer supervisor or police officer coworker sets you up, or it might be a lover who sets you up. If you take drugs, that’s an easy attack for Putin and the Russian Mafia. Addicts can’t think clearly because of the drugs and/or alcohol. That’s why Putin and the Russian Mafia, and before them the Soviet Union, tried for decades to give me drugs of my choice; tried to get me to become a drug mule. It’s super easy to covertly murder an addict. Our society turns away from addicts, has no way to understand the addict was a hit. Treats them like they’re disposable, like homeless.

The nation we are in 2025 isn’t the nation we’d be had we not been attacked the last 75 years by the Soviet Union and the Russian Mafia. The world wouldn’t be as it is now. We’d have lifted everyone in America and most of the world out of poverty. That’s where our heart was, Active Measures/New Russian Warfare.

Entrapment (continued)

I only know one entrapped police officer and he’s not at liberty to tell me how he was entrapped. It’s essential to entrap law enforcement because entrapped and arrested civilians must be convinced they’ve been arrested by our legitimate government. Our legitimate government doesn’t know the Soviet Union and the Russian Mafia illegally seized control of our entrapment system decades ago. I know someone who was entrapped in 1972 by the Soviet Union. The Russian Mafia has controlled our policing systems for many decades, I suspect they began taking control of some of our police in the 1950s via the KKK.

It’s easy to entrap people, i.e. law enforcement, when people don’t know they’re being hunted. New Russian Warfare works because civilians don’t know it’s a thing, don’t know they’re being hunted, don’t understand people are pretty much the same under the skin. Putin and the Russian Mafia, and before them the Soviet Union, have controlled the world’s mainstream media since at least the 1960s, so tells our species what Putin and the Russian Mafia can use to flip the world order. In human culture, mainstream media functions as a trusted authority figure. People are hard-wired to trust authority figures. New Russian Warfare works with our hard-wiring to manipulate and lie to us.

Human evolution

About a million years ago our ancient pre-human ancestors experienced a severe climate catastrophe that’s believed to have reduced their numbers to about 1,300 individuals who could mate. Everyone alive today is descended from those 1,300 humanoid peoples. Modern humans look different and sound different from one another because our distant ancestors spread across the globe and the different environments changed their skin, eyes shape, lip shape, body shape, etc. The food availability changed how tall or short they were. But we’re pretty much the same under the skin.  If that wasn’t the case New Russian Warfare/Active Measures wouldn’t have worked for Putin and the Russian Mafia.

Fully modern humans have existed only about 70,000 years, first appearing about 160,000 years ago from a pre-modern humanoid version of us, and evolving to lock-in “modernity” about 70,000 years ago. Neanderthals died out about 40,000 years ago. Our ancestors mated with them. All of us carry neanderthal DNA. We are primates, we belong to the great ape family and call ourselves earth people. We’ve had written language only about 3,200 years and most of that time kings, queens, their aids, and religious leaders controlled access to literacy. It’s been only about a century, the 1900s, since ordinary people began to increasingly routinely be taught to read and write. In 2025 over a billion people worldwide are illiterate. 

We’re a baby species, an infant species who had the very bad luck of birthing an anti-life mafia-government determined to rule us and return us to a slavery based model. That’s because Putin and the Russian Mafia are terrified of women, terrified of people, terrified of anyone not them, and loathe people. They’d rather destroy their species than help us learn, grow and mature beyond them. They’ve only gotten away with it because they inherited a highly effective new weapon, Active Measures, that attacks our hard-wiring. Because we’re a baby species, most of us aren’t aware we’re hard-wired. The Soviet Union and Russian Mafia threw earth habitability under the bus to install Putin as king of the world, a man who hates humanity. It’s unimaginably stupid to install someone in charge of a species who hates that species. When you do that, you kill the species and duh, humanity has been on a Soviet Union, Russian Mafia, Putin induced decline for 75 years.

It’s stupid to destroy your own climate and your own species to install a king who, at most, will live 120 years, if that. Putin is an intellectually subpar king, at that. An infant species makes that kind of mistake. An infant species is slow to correct that mistake. New Russian Warfare destroys humanity by destroying the basic deal between the two cornerstones of our species: that authority figures (like parents) keep subordinates (like children) safe, and that subordinates can trust authority figures with their lives. Destroying that evolved agreement destroys the foundation of our species. Putin and the Russian Mafia offer no acceptable replacement. They offer only death. Why in the world would we let morons kill us and destroy earth? Instead of doing that, let’s give our people information to better defend themselves against New Russian Warfare. Instead of surrendering our lives and freedom to Putin and the Russian Mafia, let’s deal with them and move on. The climate they’ve bequeathed us will take us thousands of years to repair. We’ve no time to waste. Killing them will cost us our innocent’s blood. That will be excruciating but if we let them do as they clearly intend, they’ll slaughter us. While smiling. Their joy at our death won’t work for us, nor does death mesh with the future we still expect to achieve for ourselves among the stars. There is no reason we can’t be space explorers. We educate all the world’s people. We feed all the world’s children. We keep civilians safe, unthreatened, allowed to live their lives in safety and peace. Allowed to thrive, encouraged to thrive. We educate women. Gay people, trans people have equal rights to straight people. All people have good quality food in sufficient quantity. Quality, effective medicare care. People live anywhere in the world they want to live. Fair laws apply to all of us, no matter wealth, poverty or status. We all have quality housing, no one in the world is homeless unless they want to travel and be without a home base. We reconfigure our diet and we adapt to a warming planet to become effective and efficient earth stewards. We’re only 70,000 years old. Let’s aim for 1,000,000 years to start. Let’s find the life forms and wealth that await us in our universe. Let’s diversify, spread to the moons and planets awaiting us. Let’s dream big. First, we must deal with Putin and the Russian Mafia. 

Putin and the Russian Mafia make no sense unless you view them through the lens of their ego. Their ego is everything to them. They don’t care that they’re destabilized our climate and that it’ll take us thousands of years to repair it, if we can repair it. And while we’re repairing it, we must change everything about how we live, our energy consumption, the food we eat, everything about us must change to fix our climate. Putin doesn’t care that he’s made himself a threat to earth habitability. The rest of us care. We must self-correct.

Putin’s mindset

Putin and the Russian Mafia are pissed off because Ukrainians are daring to defend themselves by attacking Russia’s oil industry. They don’t commend Ukrainians for avoiding bombing Russian civilians. They’re enraged because Ukrainians are slowing Putin’s war machine, have the audacity to think strategically and to cause real damage to the enemy attacking them. Putin and the Russian Mafia are big on attacking but not big on being attacked, even though it’s their oil infrastructure targeted, not the Russian people, not civilians, being targeted.

So in the near term, depending on who is involved in shooting down Putin’s provocations over NATO countries, Putin will attack that nation. Putin is also pissed off at President Trump because President Trump is stronger than Putin wants him to be. President Trump has refused to bow to Putin’s blackmail attempt (Epstein scandal), so although American planes probably won’t shoot down Putin’s drones and/or planes launched against European-based NATO countries, expect Putin and the Russian Mafia to attack Americans and our systems. Expect Putin and his hawks to be determined to teach us a lesson. They’re breaking the law but in their mind, they’re the world’s masters, we’re their slaves daring to defy them. They’re like a cult, a closed group of imperialists who refuse to recognize individual rights. New Russian Warfare, the success of it, has allowed them to keep their worldview. It’s impossible for them to see people as a beautiful and magnificent life form brimming with untapped potential. They see obedient, or disobedient, slaves.

Covertly and for decades, Putin has impoverished civilians across nations using a variety of strategies. The Russian Mafia and before them the Soviet Union install operatives into a targeted civilian’s bed, set innocent targeted people up to commit a crime, steal their career, their home and their health; hook the family on drugs; deploy employers to harass targets at work; deploy entrapped teachers or professors to attack the target and stop them graduating; entrap parents and force them to entrap their own children then reveal the betrayal to the child in order to destroy the family, etc. I’ve lived through and/or witnessed some of these attacks, which is how I learned they exist. I can discuss the attacks, when others can’t for fear of death/imprisonment by their handlers, because I evaded the entrapment attacks. Apparently, I have a sensitivity to covert attacks I didn’t know I had until late 2024. I benefited from the sensitivity while being completely unaware I had it. However, the Soviet Union and later the Russian Mafia have been aware that there was something different about me since 1971. At that time they harassed me and the group of young children I was playing with. I was the only one who defended another child who was physically attacked. I hit the attacking child, once, then left. I believe the attacker was slightly older than me. He was a boy, I’m female. The Soviet Union deployed an even older boy to threaten me. I defended myself. These were out of the blue attacks. I had no experience with strangers threatening me for no reason or a playmate hitting another child in front of me. I believe the Soviet Union and the Russian Mafia roam the world running these testing attacks against the world’s children, to test for strength in children across our species, to destroy children most likely to become the nations leaders. Apparently, by roaming the world, the Soviet Union learned that you can spot future leaders from childhood and began testing/attacking children. Since I was attacked/tested in 1971, the Soviet Union knew what to look for in children by 1971. They even re-tested me while I was 11 to confirm their finding in the first attack/test. 

Destroying their enemies by destroying their enemies children and families

The Soviet Union and the Russian Mafia are the government-mafia hybrid with the longest history of destroying their enemies children as a strategy for destroying their enemies. Getting in on the ground floor, so to speak. When I became an adult and spoke to the police officer I now know is compromised, but didn’t then know was compromised, and asked his advice about entering the military and law enforcement because he’d served in both, he strongly discouraged me from doing so. That police officer was an authority figure in my life who the Soviet Union/ Russian Mafia compromised to discourage me from entering the military and law enforcement. I doubt that happened just to me. Who knows how many children in America wanted to enter the military or law enforcement only to have a Russian Mafia-controlled American operative advice them to not go there.

Children with strength in nations the Soviet Union and later the Russian Mafia intend to destroy, those children are covertly attacked using drugs, corrupt teachers, bullies, compromised parents, raped, etc. Strong children in nations Putin intends to weaponize, those children are cultivated, formed into leaders, corrupted, etc. The Soviet Union met me when I was 11. By the time I was 12, the Soviet Union had made me and my immediate family homeless, and had covertly destroyed my mother’s career. I don’t believe our family recovered.

The state of humanity

Approximately two billion people worldwide live hand-to-mouth, paycheck-to-paycheck (in West-allied nations i.e. in America), are food insecure (North Korea, Afghanistan, many African, South and Central American nations), and/or are being starved (in Gaza, Sudan, Yemen, Haiti, many African nations). When civilians can’t access the little money they have to buy milk, eggs, etc., can’t pay their rent, you can imagine the worldwide chaos that will cause. Putin and the Russian Mafia expect to cause and harness that chaos and aim it at West-allied governments to stop them from pressuring Putin to stop bombing Ukrainians. Think of this grid off-line attack as a soft bomb attack, highly effective against democracies who’s cornerstone is ensuring the basic needs of their people. Putin and the Russian Mafia don’t believe nuclear-armed governments will bomb Putin and the Russian Mafia for these grid offline attacks. It’s possible Putin and the Russian Mafia won’t take public credit for the attacks. If they do take credit, and they probably will to showboat in front of Jinping and Modi, Putin will frame the grid and off-line attacks as defending themselves after NATO shot down their planes. 

Putin and the Russian Mafia have many compromised people embedded in nations with nuclear capability. Putin and the Russian Mafia don’t think anyone can surprise them with a nuclear attack. There are a whole bunch of pro-Kremlin folks throughout NATO countries and governments. Putin and the Russian Mafia know the weapons systems nuclear-armed nations have. 

My take

Our species won’t survive if we let Putin and the Russian Mafia take the saddle. From about 1950 to the present, the Soviet Union, the Russian Mafia and Putin have degraded our species beyond recognition. There are multiple nations worldwide where civilians are slaughtered and/or threatened with slaughter, with impunity and Putin and the Russian Mafia are covertly involved in the slaughter and/or destabilization of the innocent civilians. There is zero reason to believe Putin and the Russian Mafia will improve our species chances of survival, or improve their treatment of our species, if we let them control humanity. They consistently lie, cheat, steal, enslave, murder, degrade people i.e. civilians, women and children, and run drugs. Enslaving people won’t work for our species but that and death is all Putin and the Russian Mafia can come up with. They excel at killing but not much else. They inherited Active Measures, they didn’t create it or build it. The Soviet Union did.

While relatively few modern West-allied military’s fear the Russian military, Putin and the Russian Mafia have now “borrowed” China’s military, and China’s hundreds of millions of civilians Jinping controls. Putin believes he owns Modi and Jinping and all the people they control. Putin is a slave master. He thinks in terms of slavery.

Additionally, Putin and the Russian Mafia have the backing of the Chinese mafia: the Triad. They also coordinate with many other mafia’s, cartels, and gangs. I cannot prove any of this, yet it’s true.

Civilians warned now who take action may have time to put a Plan B and C into place. Maybe. Whatever civilians decide to do, know this: if we cave to Putin's shock & awe infrastructure hack attacks, West-allied nations won't survive. When Putin and the Russian Mafia unfurl this attack, if Americans, who have been manipulated into hating President Trump, use the horror of the attack to impeach him, the American President Putin has in store for us will make us wish for death. I won’t tell you his name because he’d sue me, but I will tell you he’s not President Trump, and he is the American version of Sinwar.  Sinwar was the Palestinian Putin had tortured in Israeli prisons for years, then installed as Hamas’ leader. Putin assassinated Sinwar but before he did, he conned Sinwar into throwing his own people, Palestinians, under the bus in the Israel-Hamas War. I can’t prove this. Putin doesn’t give victim’s proof of his criminality at this phase of his coup-genocide against Americans, our allies, and the rest of the world he plans to seize control over.

We must deal with Putin and the Russian Mafia, despite the cost, whatever the cost, including our deaths. Putin and the Russian Mafia are a species-level threat to all species on earth. If we won't neutralize the threat, we won't survive.

Instead of pressuring our leaders to get the internet up and running when Putin hacks it and the grid and the world’s other systems, we must redouble our advocacy to West-allied governments to deal with Putin and the Russian Mafia in a way Putin and the Russian Mafia cannot recover from. We face a life & death attack, though on the surface it won’t initially appear to be so. In the immediate aftermath of the attack, after we get water up and running, power as best we can, put out fires as best we can, get food basics as best we can, we must urge the world’s governments who can do so to destroy Putin and the Russian Mafia, else we can expect a series of attacks ending with our deaths.

The future of our species is at stake. Earth habitability is under threat by Putin and the Russian Mafia. Putin won’t tell you, but he and the Soviet Union threw our climate under the bus so Putin could flip the world order. We're the only species who can remove the evil our species birthed: Putin and the Russian Mafia.

Humans are the top-dog species on earth. To whom much is given, much is expected.  If we refuse this duty and responsibility, humanity will go extinct. This will be hard for us, but it’s necessary. Let’s fix this.
