Stalin's evil effectiveness

Something we’ve not seen on this scale. Evil hinted at by the Nazi’s who were unable to fully bloom because they were killed. Their once ally, Stalin, switched sides and the world as it presently exists is his and his government, of the RCP’s making.  By WW2, Stalin had been developing his flagship psychological warfare weapon Disinformation/Active Measures for nearly 20 years. Hitler had no idea Stalin had built a psychological weapon that ran circles around him. Once you understand Disinformation had largely bloomed by WW2, we need to revisit what we think we know about why Hitler attacked Russia. Given what I know about Active Measures and how I’ve seen it deployed against me and my people, I’m inclined to believe Stalin set Hitler up to attack Russia to give Stalin an opportunity to switch sides. My theory is Stalin accessed Hitler as a far more serious threat to him than the West was and so used the West to help him destroy Hitler, then went to work destroying the West. This is my working theory of the Stalin/Hitler breakup. I think Stalin set Hitler up and set the West up. If I’m right, the world has been played and an enslaved human species, hundreds of millions of innocent people starving, and a destabilized climate are evidence Putin and the RCP are the last mafioso/government to hand the reins of humanity over to.

I know the RCP has been in America attacking families and children since at least 1971 because that’s the year they began attacking me. Assessing the world’s current leaders in America, China, India, Israel, France, Iran, England, etc., most of whom are men and who are proKremlin, based on what I know from the attacks over most of my life by the RCP, I believe the leaders of America, China, India, Israel, France, and Iran have been put into their positions by Putin and the RCP to facilitate Putin flipping the world order. Again, flipping the world order is genocide against humanity. Stalin removed Hitler because he knew Hitler was a far greater threat to him than the West. The RCP has since 1923, probably earlier because they were gathering intel before Stalin named his weapon, been destabilizing the peoples and nations around them and expanded out and are now prepared to take the world.

There is no way President Trump could know this, no way he could know as a child he was being attacked by the KGB. The KGB needed men in most of the world’s countries they could groom and radicalize from childhood. President Trump’s father knew he as a businessman used mafia-controlled workers to get projects completed but I doubt Mr. Trump senior knew mafia in the New York area were KGB-connected. I’m positive Mr. Trump senior didn’t know the RCP was in America hunting children, including hunting his own children, but that is what I believe the KGB was doing here, and in China, India, Israel, and increasingly worldwide.

Talking to the RCP won’t help. They’ve been successful too long and are poised to seize control of the world. They’re 100% convinced they are gods chosen people because Active Measures has worked so well for them. Active Measures is a psychological warfare weapon. Here’s an analogy: a government builds a new highly effective weapon targeting human chain-of-command, children, families and infrastructure most people use – housing, grocery stores, energy, employers, doctors, teachers, lawyers, etc. Because the weapon works so well, the government convinces itself it is gods chosen people in human form.  They built a weapon and decided to enslave humanity with it, starve humanity with it, destroy women with it, and destabilize our climate. That’s how the RCP decided to use their power. No one forced them to. They chose to. The effectiveness of their weapon has convinced them they are masters of life on earth, the rest of us their slaves. They don’t see their evil. They’d see it if we flipped it against them but we’re not killing their children and destroying their families. 

The RCP can’t be reasoned with because they control the people who have access to the weapons that can destroy the RCP. Meaning the RCP has bricked China, America, Israel, France and England, any government with weapons the RCP knows can kill them, the RCP controls those governments or can stop the attacks. Prime Minister Starmer isn’t owned by the RCP but his ethics stop him from launching an unprovoked nuclear attack against the RCP. The RCP facilitate the placement of ethical and/or pacifist leaders into enemy countries as a fallback, when the RCP doesn’t have preferred individuals ready to install in that government. I call these leader placeholders. Former President Biden was an unknowing placeholder to Putin, acceptable to Russia because he’s anti-nuclear war, acceptable to the Democratic party, and beloved by millions of Americans because he was an outstanding, capable, hardworking, quality leader. 

The RCP Woo’s the GOP

I believe President Trump is a placeholder president to Putin because the RCP hammers the President in American and the world’s mainstream media, daily accusing President Trump of corruption, mental instability and/or allegations of involvement in the Epstein scandal. To me, the RCP is doing everything they can to convince President Trump to step down, i.e. price spikes from the US/Israel-Iran War. Fertilizer is being used by the RCP to woo the GOP, along with Putin-facilitated rampant gerrymandering and a very pro-GOP friendly Supreme Court majority. The GOP is being asked with “gifts of power” if they’re willing to destroy our democracy for Putin and the RCP. I urge the GOP to read a quality report about the Stalin/Hitler alliance before Stalin switched sides, to talk to uncorrupted Intelligence, Security and/or military leaders about the Sinwar/Putin alliance, to study how the RCP has turned the Israel government’s existence into a nightmare, and to consider that despite decades of the now deceased Supreme Leader’s service to the RCP, Putin threw him, his wife, his grandchildren, his son and his son’s family under the bus to provide a notch in the belt of America and Israel. The GOP needs to think about whether they really want to be the same as Israeli settlers in the West Bank attacking Palestinian civilians. I know power is supposedly everything to some people, but really guys? If you take power gifted to you from the RCP, they’ll take it away, along with your lives, your children’s lives and our country. Look at President Trump. I’ve never seen a man more eager to leave “power.” 

That’s because I suspect he now knows he never had it. Putin had it and he made President Trump’s terms a nightmare, is my opinion. Additionally, if the GOP thinks the RCP won’t force them to throw our military under the bus, they’re wrong. Our military, our Intelligence and Security are a problem for the RCP and the RCP knows it. Chain-of-command is a highly effective weapon and putting our Intelligence apparatus under another proKremlin US president Putin selects spells the death knell for our democracy. Look at Israel. Putin will deploy America and Israel to hunt the world then seize America and Israel, making them take the blame for lost lives, not dissimilarly to how the RCP forces China to take public blame for fentanyl drug flows into America the RCP controls. If I was in the GOP I’d give power to the noncorrupt part of my government rather than being put in power by the RCP because I wanted power. Look at the world. Does the GOP really want to be Iran, Israel, China, Russia, the UAE, North Korea, Mexican drug cartels, forced to throw our miliary under the bus, forced to throw their children under the bus, etc.? Since the RCP is wooing them the RCP thinks they’ve got the GOP. It’ll be interesting to see if the GOP takes Putin’s bait, despite all the evidence showing them what the RCP is. 

The GOP, wooed will be forced to surrender everything they value for faux power. The GOP can look at President Trump, saddled with Covid the RCP facilitated, which I can’t prove, then saddled with Project 2025, ICE, tariffs, etc. I suspect but can’t prove the RCP put names on a list for the president to pardon. Does the GOP really want what they see Putin gave President Trump in both terms of his presidencies? If they accept the deal, it means they think they’ll have a better chance than President Trump did, Israel did, and the now deceased former Supreme Leader did. Look at Israel, see what the RCP has done to them. They’re stuck in forever wars surrounded by enemies who are proxies of the RCP. Israelis are good people and their quality of life has been destroyed. They’re terrified because the RCP more easily manipulates terrified people. It’s hard to miss what the RCP has done to the quality of life of Israeli and Palestinian civilians, not to mention Lebanese, Iranian, Sudanese, Ukrainian, Yemeni and Haitian civilians. 

The RCP played Sinwar to throw his own people under the bus to please Putin. The RCP assassinated him anyway. The only thing the deceased Supreme Leader wouldn’t give Putin was Iran’s children. Now Putin has them. The GOP needs to ask itself, now, before a deal they won’t be able to forfeit, if they’re willing to hand over their children to the RCP. If you think similar skin color means anything to the RCP, you are mistaken. The RCP wants Caucasian leaders it’s wooing to think the RCP values skin color. The RCP doesn’t. They use it as a Divide & Conquer strategy. I only know this because the RCP has tried the last 50 years to flip me to racism, sexism and homophobia. The RCP uses authors as influencers in my opinion. I believe but can’t prove they’ve entrapped at least one romance author and use that author to write books psychologically undercutting women. To do that, the RCP covertly murdered one of the author’s loved ones. I can’t prove it but that’s how I think they flipped the author who doesn’t seem to understand she writes anti-woman romance fiction to her primarily female audience.

Putin’s placeholder leaders

Minimally, the leader Putin installs in an enemy country must be anti-nuclear war and 100% uninterested in bombing Russia. The RCP has been installing leaders into enemy countries since they covertly assassinated former President Kenney, probably even earlier in countries with low news coverage. Prime Minister Starmer, former Presidents Biden, France’s President Macron are anti-nuclear war and were allowed into office by the RCP because the Putin knew those men wouldn’t bomb Russia unless Russia bombed them directly. Given the success of Active Measures, there’s no need for Putin to directly bomb an enemy. Putin bombed Ukraine to seize control of Ukraine’s food, fertilizer and resources production to help Russia corner the fertilizer export market ahead of Putin’s US/Israel-Iran proxy war. Russia controls 20% of the world’s fertilizer export market. Had they successfully consumed Ukraine, they would’ve added Ukraine’s quota into the mix, figuring they could bring NATO to it’s knees using fertilizer and food security alone. 

Active Measures and the cost to humans for the evolution opportunity the RCP is forcing on us to create new genes that will help our descendants defend against covert warfare

The RCP is beyond pissed Ukrainians are effectively defending themselves so have now unleashed chain-of-command warfare against Ukrainian families and systems. In my opinion, destroying an enemy’s culture and families is far worse than hot warfare. Ukraine is now being subjected to the RCP’s bombs as well as family destruction, because Ukrainians dared to defend themselves. Covertly destroying families and institutions triggers no defense from people because our genes don’t recognize the behavior as attacks. Because (1) our genes struggle to recognize covert attacks, and because (2) we rely on our genetic hardwiring to help us navigate attacks, and because (3) the genes we inherited from our prehuman ancestors doesn’t provide the information we need to help us evade the RCP’s covert attacks, the RCP is manipulating our species into genocide. In the short term, the RCP has America buying their fertilizer after Putin manipulated the US, Israel and Iran into a war that benefits only the RCP. The US/Israel-Iran War is expected to starve 45 million more people than the millions RCP is already covertly starving, having manipulated America into closing it’s USAid program in impoverished nations.  The RCP doesn’t care how many people and nonhuman earth lives they starve, the more the merrier. Unfortunately, I’m telling you the truth. When a life form doesn’t care that it’s killing many millions of it’s own species, and is willing to destabilize it’s own climate to facilitate it’s ascendency, something is seriously wrong with that entity. 

The RCP uses camouflage and civilians lack of knowledge about warfare to destroy civilians & our govt

In an active shooter attack, law enforcement or brave bystanders tackle and/or kill the shooter, removing the threat to the innocent. Because the RCP uses stealth, ambush, camouflage  (by dressing as conservative bankers) and project feigned friendship to targets (like mass murderers present themselves as nonthreatening as possible to targets), and because the RCP has been embedded in most of the world’s nations for decades, shaping nation’s policies across the board, the RCP has positioned itself to just start killing us using our institutions, without warning us, of course. They’ve been in our domestic law enforcement for decades, my theory is by meeting police in the KKK last century. They then seized control of our domestic police’s entrapment system to not only entrap civilians to destroy our families and children but to entrap our police. 

Jackson-Vanik & the expansion of the RCP’s enslavers in America

In the 1970s the RCP blackmailed individuals in Congress to pass Jackson-Vanik, a law allowing the immigration of hundreds of thousands of Soviets into America. The RCP set up former President Nixon with Watergate to be impeached after he refused to authorize the passage of Jackson-Vanik. The passing of Jackson-Vanik allowed the RCP to move hundreds of thousands of Soviet immigrants into America with no oversight from our government. Only the RCP got to approve the immigrants who came here, not our government, so the RCP included mafioso, operatives, and/or slaves I suspect they were forced to entrap as many people in America as possible. (Red Mafiya: How the Russian Mob Has Invaded America by Robert I. Friedman (Little, Brown and Company, 2000). Using sex operatives against civilians makes it easy to enslave them because civilians don’t know their lover is owned by the RCP so they don’t know their sex life is owned by the KGB. You can hook civilians on drugs, con them into participating in crimes, get them to accept stolen property, so many things sex ops, even friends of targets, can be deployed to incriminate and destroy innocent people in America. I’m positive the RCP doesn’t limit these covert attacks to just Americans. I know the RCP deploy these attacks against children. Ask me how I know. Lived it. Witnessed it. Family members lived it. 

Hunted by the RCP’s ops

I evaded entrapment by the skin of my teeth because I didn’t like the sex ops presented to me – they felt strange: unauthentic because, unknown to me but known to them, they were lying to me but prevented from telling me they were placed into my life by people who forced them to be there. People ordered into your life feel different than casual acquaintances. Their interest feels unauthentic – they are into you for nothing you’ve done because they don’t know you but are forced to fake interest by people who own them. In essence, they’re slaves but can’t tell you they’re slaves. It’s easier when ops can fake they’re sexually interested in you but even then, even if a man doesn’t mind being ordered to have sex with you, and knows he’ll get a payday for doing so, he knows it’s not his idea or your idea to have sex, and he shows you, if you pay attention to his behavior. It’s hard to explain. Interest is...unauthentic. 

What I think I responded to was the ops pain. Their sorrow at being forced into someone’s life. It wasn’t something they wanted to do. I think I felt their sorrow but I didn’t know that’s what I was feeling. I didn’t want to be around them because they were in pain. The pain of slavery isn’t something people can stop feeling. Their handlers can’t order their pain away, in fact their handler’s orders deepens the pain, reminding the slave that their life isn’t their own.

RCPs Sex Ops

The sex op knows their interest isn’t authentic and overcompensated, they are too intense. I guess, when people are genuinely interested in one another, they’re much less forceful, more tentative. That wasn’t my experience with sex ops. In my experience, sex ops sicced on me, all ops owned by the RCP sicced on me are focused, determined and intense, because they’re under order to get the target into bed. In a normal wooing there’s more hesitation. My theory is sex ops are wired and are given orders based on how the target responds so the next meeting the sex op knows what he’s going to do. I’m trying to describe how it feels from the targets point of view. In my experiences I had no sense my conversations with sex ops were recorded but they were. The first sex op forced into my life the RCP ordered my mother to force me to date him, after I’d declined his invitation to go on a date. He was my first date and I hadn’t wanted to go. His handlers needed him to seduce me, not rape me. They weren’t trying to get him arrested for rape. He worked for them, they owned him, he wasn’t someone they were trying to punish with prison. I was 15 and had zero knowledge he was owned. I wasn’t interested in him. I didn’t trust him but didn’t know why I didn’t trust him or why I didn’t’ like him. Had my mother not forced me to date him I wouldn’t have thought about him because I was busy and working and trying to hold my stressed family together. The only reason I remember him is my mother made me date him and she didn’t know him. That was weird.

I don’t remember much about him 50 years on, but his interest in me was too intense given he didn’t know me. After I showed no interest to him, to his handlers listening in on our conversations or to my mother, the RCP let me escape him so they could use him against another target. Sex ops are rapists but not in the traditional sense. More precisely, they are tools of rapists. The rapists are the RCP.

Nearly all operatives owned by the RCP felt weird to me. I sought to avoid them. I didn’t know they were owned but they knew it and apparently I felt their knowledge, meaning they told me without meaning to tell me and without me understanding they told me. There was a silent transfer of information from them to me I didn’t ask for and they didn’t volunteer but which I got anyway. The information made me want to avoid them, so I did. Not liking drugs, not liking lying, cheating or stealing, my personal preferences helped me evade the RCPs entrapment attacks so I’m able to warn you. I’m not perfect, I made a few mistakes, one at 19 or so, another at 23 or so, but I self-corrected, I didn’t repeat the mistakes which I knew were mistakes because they made me feel bad.  I write about them in my book which I couldn’t afford to have edited. I learned from my mistakes the kind of person I wanted to be. I don’t expect perfection from myself but I expect self-respect and to respect other people because that’s comfortable to me: it’s how my mother raised me. Had I been sleeping with a sex op he might’ve convinced me to override my natural inclinations. I suspect that’s how sex ops work. Between them and their handlers, the KGB, civilians don’t have a chance because the RCP has been destroying governments and people since at least 1918.

Putin prepares America for destruction

Entrapped law enforcement have been deployed to hunt me for decades in my own country, police who’s salaries I paid through my taxes harassed, intimidated and/or ordered entrapped Americans to harass me. I witnessed this, saw a uniformed police officer force a young Caucasian man to harass me. The officer didn’t care that I saw what he did. With Jackson-Vanik the RCP got their 600,000+ immigrants here and are now pulling up the drawbridge so most law-abiding immigrants from other nations can’t easily immigrant to America and some Americans with means are fleeing because they no longer recognize our government. Racism is a Divide & Conquer play to the RCP: they’re using our administration to remove law-abiding immigrants because Putin plans a hot war against us and if America can ask 10 million immigrants to serve in our military in exchange for citizenship, we’ll have more than enough soldiers to help us defend ourselves from Putin. Putin doesn’t tell our government immigrants are persons non grata because he intends to steal our nation, murder our people, and the fewer soldiers we have, given we’re an aging nation the RCP has deliberately sickened over decades, the easier Putin’s coup-genocide will be for him. 

The RCP weaponizes America’s medical system against it’s own citizenry

For years, I’ve had health issues due to covert attacks and sought help from licensed doctors from world renowned medical institutions in Los Angeles, CA. Our government would be genuinely stunned if they saw for themselves the major hospitals controlled by the RCP in America. I sought obesity help for decades, could quality for nothing effective despite having medical insurance or paying cash. Medical providers were eager to convince me to have an unneeded hysterectomy. My now deceased mother was conned into getting an unneeded hysterectomy to repair a uterine prolapse. It’s my opinion if you’re female in America our compromised medical system will do all they can to persuade you to have a hysterectomy. Got a hangnail? It’s probably from a hormonal imbalance: a hysterectomy will fix it. I’m exaggerating but the RCP has forced our medical systems to become shills, and apparently force medical centers security departments to order doctors to try to entrap a patient, in my personal experience. I’m positive my legitimate government would be surprised to learn that general practitioners encourage patients to cheat Medicare. Normally, you don’t expect a licensed doctor to encourage their patient to cheat the government but that’s not been my experience. One doctor from a world renowned medical center based in Beverly Hills tried at least three times to get me to cheat Medicare. Additionally, when I had a medical emergency caused by a RCP op who harassed me into a 200 bpm heart rate I couldn’t slow down by myself, I called 911 and was taken to an ER not of my choice/request. An entrapped ER nurse there encouraged me to ask my general practitioner for weight loss meds, after she initiated a conversation with me in my emergency medical state. 

My government won’t believe the RCP deploys owned Americans to double, triple and quadruple-team a target to get a hard-to-entrap target, me, entrapped. Both my entrapped parents were deployed to get me to lie to Social Security. I refused. My mother and half-sibling were deployed to double-team me to get me to cheat (1) Medicare; (2) Social Security Disability; (3) and an insurance company. When I refused my brother’s demand, I called my mother to complain while he was still here. She told me to do as he asked. I refused. We three didn’t speak for a while. I may have been 51 or 52, so I was middle age. Imagine if an 18 year old is double or tripled teamed by an enslaved relative or a 21 year old is double-teamed who’s confidence has been destroyed for years of bullying by the RCP. There’s a reason many children dislike attending school and it’s because the RCP deploys bullies against targeted children targets can’t escape. The RCP prefers children to be targeted and bullied and groomed as young as possible. 

I evaded their initial entrapment attacks by multiple sex ops in my teens, three sex ops between 15 and 17. I suspect the RCP was entrapping Americans at record rates in the 1970s through 1990s and I was quiet living. With tens of millions of victims to entrap in America alone it took the RCP a minute to get back to me. By the time they did, they had a TA in electrical engineering school harass me so I dropped out of school. They destroyed my quality of life by pushing me out of jobs and deployed hit and run ops against me, but they couldn’t entrap me. As they ticked off victim after victim and I remained unticked, in my late 20s and 30s they went after me. After I evaded back-to-back entrapment attacks and two operatives they’d finally gotten into my life as work colleagues, I quit a job to escape their ops because they felt strange. The compromised police hunting me lost their temper and went loud against me. I was 42 and was stunned, having no idea I was being hunted until they showed me.

The RCP’s sticky ops - I avoided them because they were sticky

I didn’t want to be around the women ops and was willing to find another job with a longer commute to get away from them. If you know anything about Southern California freeway traffic you know it’s unusual for someone to chose a job with a longer commute to get away from coworkers. Avoidance isn’t the response the RCP want their ops to trigger. That’s when the RCP’s American police ops went loud on me to punish me for escaping their ops it’d taken them harassing me out of the word processing department and into a legal secretarial desk to establish in my life. Apparently, compromised law enforcement thought I knew they were puppet masters in my life. I had no idea. I only knew I didn’t want to be friends with these two women. I didn’t know they were ops. They were nice, too nice, too interested, too determined to stay in my life though we had nothing in common except we worked at the same law firm. One sat next to my desk at work: she worked as a file clerk, I was a legal secretary. The other op was a legal secretary I met at the bus stop in front of the law firm after work one day.

On the surface they were ordinary American women. Underneath they were determined to maintain a relationship with me that made no sense because we had little in common except we worked at the same law firm.  Their interest in me wasn’t sexual, just overly determined to stay in my life. By 42 I’d been hunted by the RCP for 30+ years, had had many awful things happen to me but was working and helping my family. An op in her mid30s working as a legal secretary who said she was married. The other operative worked as a file clerk, had two children, and a younger on again off again boyfriend. She was in her early 50s and appeared to find me fascinating for no reason I could understand. I thought to myself at the time that it was like I was head cheerleader in the 12th grade who had somehow acquired two freshmen cheerleaders who treated me like a hero for no reason. I was an ordinary woman. At 40 and for years later I had no idea I’d been evading the RCP since I was 15. I’d had a difficult life but didn’t know it was orchestrated by belligerents hating Americans. 

Now I understand the ops handlers forced them to maintain a work friendship with me. We were all middle age. As you move into middle age, you get more tired, I did. If I worked multiple jobs the last thing I wanted was to socialize after work. Despite them having family and having to take care of hearth and home, they wanted to socialize with me outside of work. Their unexplained interest made me leave the company to get away from them. At the next company the RCP tried to insert another operative into my life. Somehow, I knew it and evaded her. I didn’t consciously know I had a puppet master hunting me, but I knew a plains clothed police officer was in the elevator with me when I shouldn’t have know that. I knew a pretty woman who seemed to be in the elevator whenever I was, was put there but I didn’t know how I knew. It was just the way I thought. I’d always thought this way, it was normal to me. I have feelings and opinions, like I assumed everyone else. Some things I knew but couldn’t prove. I assumed most people have opinions they can’t prove but believe.

At 43-46 I’d been hunted for decades by the RCP, was evading them without knowing it and without knowing they were there. They deployed ops I disliked and so avoided. Apparently, the RCP believed I knew they were putting people in my path but I didn’t know. I disliked their ops perhaps because I subconsciously felt their handler’s harmful intent. This wasn’t top of mind. This was feelings and instinct. The RCP’s police may have thought I was evading their ops because I recognized them as ops but that’s not what it was. I didn’t know enough about the RCP to know they were there. I sensed the RCP’s intention, is the best way I can describe it, without knowing the RCP was there. The people I kept running into meant someone was hunting me without telling me why. People who smiled at me who kept turning up where I was, I smiled in return but I evaded them because they should’ve have been there, should’ve have been seeking me out. I’d just escaped two women at my old job and had no intention of reproducing that experience at my new one.

If someone had told me when I was 43 the RCP was hunting me I would’ve said, who? People were beginning to harass me on the street, on the bus, in grocery stores, and in big box stores. Walking on the sidewalk to and/or from work a plain clothed police officer walked directly into me, forcing me to step down off the sidewalk into the street where buses road not that far from sidewalks. After work I walked into a store and a plain clothed policeman walked nearly into me, forcing me to step out of his way. Plain clothed police began jogging into me. I can’t tell you how frightening it is to have four or so police officers in civilian clothes jog into you and say nothing. I either got out of their way or they would’ve knocked me down. They sicced skateboarders on me after I got off work and walked to the bus stop. One walked the length of the bus when I was the only passenger after getting off work late one night; don’t ask me why. I’d walk to the bus stop after getting off work and groups of plain clothed police would be at my bus stop staring at me. Uniformed police in police cars would stare at me as I walked to a bus stop or stopped in front of me as I sat on my mobility device at a bus stop. A policeman in plainclothes rode his personal hog motorcycle along side the bus as I looked out the window one night after work. I worked a full time and a part time job. I had no idea what was going on and no one would tell me.

I told my police officer father and mentioned the harassment to a half sibling. My father told me to ignore it, he said stores were experiencing a lot of shop lifting. I told him I’d spent a lot of money in the big box store. He snapped at me that they wouldn’t know that. I didn’t’ see how they couldn’t know it. I dropped the subject and did my best to ignore the harassment. Now I think my father knew I was being harassed. I knew strangers were focused on me but I didn’t know how I knew and I didn’t know why they were interested. I’m the most quiet-living person I’ve ever known yet I was increasingly treated like a criminal. It was truly bizarre. When I read the transition German Jews experienced when the Nazis came to power that’s the closest analogy to my experience. I was an ordinary citizen in my country until my community began treating me as if I was a criminal. By the time I was in my late 40s you would’ve thought I was running a cartel, police were all over me. The RCP sicced them on me because I’d evaded decades of entrapment attacks and they needed to entrap me so I couldn’t do what I’m now doing: warning my people.

Subpar medical care I received for decades

Then there were the times the RCP didn’t want me to get medical related services. I’m insulin resistant and Medicare pays for test strips. I use a mobility device Medicare will replace the batteries for. I have high blood pressure and have a prescription component to Medicare. I pay for these services. I got the appropriate approvals from the general practitioner who tried to entrap me into Medicare fraud but couldn’t get the battery from a compromised medical equipment store. If you have health problems you know medical suppliers are thin on the ground in areas. I tried for years during Covid to get a battery and ended up buying and installing it myself because despite having a prescription and despite Medicare covering it, the medical supply business refused to order the replacement battery for me, even when I got a Medicare rep on the line with me and the medical supply business.

The prescriptions I got for blood test strips were almost always mangled by the pharmacy I had to go to who fulfilled Medicare blood test strips. I got the prescriptions filled maybe three or four times if I remember correctly. The compromised general practitioner didn’t end the prescription; the pharmacy constantly had a problem fulfilling it. The prescription was for blood test strips. The RCP didn’t want it documented that I routinely test my blood sugar so they did something between the pharmacy/Medicare, I don’t know what, so even though I had a prescription and the diagnosis and Medicare covered the expense, I couldn’t get my prescription filled at the one pharmacy in my area who fulfilled blood test strips covered by Medicare. Not all pharmacies process blood test strips from Medicare and the one who did in my area kept having problems until I stopped asking after months of trying.

I have sleep apnea and went to be tested at a world renowned medical center in Los Angeles. I’d told the doctor what had been going on in my life that police were harassing me and asked for her help. She miswrote what I said in her doctors' notes and recommended I take psychotic drugs. When I read her notes I pointed out her errors and asked her to correct them. She refused. I asked the hospital to have her change her notes. They refused. I filed a complaint with the State of CA. It was not a monetary complaint but one stating what had happened. The hospital said that changing her notes wouldn’t change my sleep apnea diagnosis. 

The RCP piped sleeping gas into the test room to put me to sleep so my sleep apnea wouldn’t be diagnosed. I couldn’t smell or see the gas, but I felt it. I hadn’t been able to sleep normally for years because the RCP deliberately interrupted my sleep to torture me, mostly using the ops who used to live in the apartment above mine, but also by deploying other ops nearby. I could tell you horror stories about how the RCP has attacked me but this article would end up 100 pages long. As the tech hooked me up to wires I suddenly felt very sleepy, which was not normal for me at that time. I hadn’t felt sleepy in years.  I knew something was very wrong. Terror helps targets fight sleep making gas, something I hadn’t known until I experienced it, impossible to put the target to sleep. I was so terrified even the gas couldn’t get me to sleep. A world-renowned medical center throwing a test to cheat me out of medical care, was something I didn’t know was a thing. The RCP has corrupted our medical care to such an extent that our systems are set up to entrap patients and cheat them out of medical care, not to help them survive. In my experience the RCP owns our medical care system. I hadn’t known a hospital could behave that way until I personally experienced it. The fact that a world renowned medical center was set up to cheat patients out of a diagnosis, had sleep-making gas piped into a room to throw a sleep apnea test, terrified me. Because I could not sleep the test was a fail. When I returned to be retested the medical center put me into a different room without gas and my sleep apnea was diagnosed.

Our legitimate government has no clue how deeply embedded the RCP is in America, which makes it easy for the RCP to run scams including Covid scams where they lie to civilians and then apparently convince our government Americans are a bunch of grifters. What’s actually happening is the RCP is running hybrid warfare against civilians in America and against our government, Divide & Conquer attacks. For governments who suddenly find themselves facing spikes in fraud cases, question the accused. Ask them what they were told by the employees in the program. Since Covid, the RCP has deployed many workers to lie to me about federal programs, the worse was Housing Is Key, where the RCP changed the program’s rules midstream to try to entrap me and apparently didn’t tell the workers answering the phones the program had been amended. Maybe the workers are world class liars but what I believe is the RCP lies to workers, through the workers supervisors, so workers believe what they tell the public. Then the RCP moves in for the kill. By the skin of my teeth, I evaded the RCP’s Housing Is Key Covid fraud entrapment attack. A programmer added a click feature to the RCP’s newly added language on my updated application. Housing Is Key didn’t tell me they’d added new language. A click feature (a click box) that hadn’t been on the original hard copy application but was added to the revised online application without telling me. My previously completed online application had been kicked out of it’s “your application has been submitted,” queue, I was told by Housing Is Key employees after I’d called for weeks asking why my application hadn’t been taken up for review and was told for weeks that my completed application had been received. The RCP runs sophisticated scams, double and triple team civilians who think they’re applying to government agencies trying to help us when civilians are being set up by the RCP who has seized control of government programs and systems to entrap civilians who think they’re applying for programs they quality for. 

The RCP demonstrates it’s control of America’s domestic systems with Housing Is Key

Covid is when the RCP exploded their scam across America. For decades they controlled our law enforcement. Then the RCP created and/or facilitated Covid to kill our and the world’s innocent, something I believe but can’t prove. I suspect Putin deployed Triad to force scientists in China to create and unleash Covid worldwide. The disease was meant to destabilize West-allied countries. 

Putin deployed Covid to convince the US federal government to expand ICE. Domestic law enforcement has significantly slowed it’s targeting of people of color thanks to efforts of former Presidents Obama and Biden. Putin needs law enforcement systems in America he can control and ICE serves at the pleasure of the president Putin installs. Putin wants President Trump out of office but if we make the irreparable mistake of accepting Putin’s replacement, that new president will have ICE to deploy as well as a presidential administration Putin hand selected. As I began typing these words the RCP used phone scammers to call me. The RCP has attacked me with phone harassment for years. I’m typing offline but the RCP wants me to know they have access to my laptop even when I use it offline.

That click feature on the changed Housing Is Key program was the only way I knew the RCP had changed Housing Is Key rules. All the workers I spoke to, I don’t know how many I spoke to but there were many over about 6 weeks, reassured me Housing Is Key had received my completed application and since I’d qualified for two months and I told them my qualifying circumstances hadn’t changed, I could expect to be approved for subsequent months. Initially, Housing Is Key was described to me by the person who helped me complete the application in person as a three month rental aid program to those who qualified. I qualified, but the RCP gave me two months and had me told to reapply online for the third month. When I asked why and explained I had been told I’d receive three months aid if I qualified, Housing Is Key employees told me the program was so popular, more people than expected had applied so they decided to give two months of aid and have people reapply for third and subsequent months. By November or December 2021 the RCP had Housing Is Key employees telling me I could expect to receive 6 months rental aid. I was surprised, but pleased. I didn’t know the RCP had them lying to me. 

In 2021 my sole source of income was Social Security Disability. It was insufficient for my needs but too much to qualify for nearly all programs for poor people in America. To actually qualify for a government program never happened after I qualified for Disability. I think Housing Is Key’s financial cut off to apply was about $60K annually, meaning lower middle class people could apply for a government program if they could prove Covid directly negatively impacted them. Housing Is Key was supposed to be a medical emergency related program not limited to poor people. Social Security Disability gave me $30,390 annually in 2021, paid out over 12 monthly installments, minus the monies I paid directly for medical insurance. I think the federal government gave taxpayers $1,200 in 2021 to help civilians cover Covid-related expenses. I used that money to start a company to warn the world about the RCP’s covert warfare against us and I shared the money with my mother after I learned other family members where claiming her as a dependent on their taxes. Dependents weren’t allowed to receive Covid payments from the federal government so I gave her hundreds of dollars from the two Covid checks I may have received in 2021 (the government gave $600 more to taxpayers but I don’t remember if they gave it in 2021 or 2022). My mother lived in a different county and city than me. She was so poor she relied on food pantries for basic necessities. Those food pantries closed when Covid hit so she had no affordable access to food. I shared my Covid money with her and sent her money from my Disability income.  I hadn’t known family members were claiming her as a dependent. I believe they might have paid her car insurance and bought her food, to be able to claim her as a dependent.  I bought her food and gave her money but didn’t try to claim her on my taxes. Because they claimed her she wasn’t able to receive the $1,200, $1,200 and $600 I believe the federal government gave to help people cover Covid expenses when they were unable to work when businesses either closed or went into hibernation. 

Why I believe Covid was a grey warfare attack by the RCP

No one will believe Putin orchestrated Covid as a grey warfare attack against us. I only know it because of how the RCP used it. They’ve had many people charged with Covid fraud, particularly Somali-Americans while Putin simultaneously wooed the Somali government, I think to con them into selling Somali poor to Putin he’ll use in his future, disposable merc militia. The RCP used Covid to put our country into even more debt, and hunted me using Covid. My applying was unexpected to the RCP. They had to work fast to entrap me using the program so they were messy. After I applied and qualified, they changed the program midstream to disqualify me, then used many workers to lie and tell me the program hadn’t been amended. The RCP weaponized Housing Is Key’s website against me by removing my completed application from the websites submitted designation to pending, about six weeks after the website accepted my completed application and designated it submitted. The RCP then added new language to my application used workers to stall and lie to me when I called them for weeks asking why my application wasn’t being reviewed. Workers told me over the phone my completed application had been accepted and was awaiting review by, I think they called the assessor a social worker. These conversations occurred in October, November and December 2021 so I don’t remember every word workers told me as I type this article on May 22, 2026. 

A reason I might get people to believe me is because I didn’t defraud the government nor could the RCP accuse me of doing so, though they gave it their best shot by changing the program rules midstream to make me ineligible, of course without bothering to tell me and by preventing the workers from telling me, if they even knew. Many workers insisted the program hadn’t been changed, meaning their supervisors hadn’t told them the rules had been changed in my case. It’s illegal for government programs to declare qualifiers then change the rules when someone applies they don’t want to apply. In my case, my legitimate government wanted anyone who qualified to apply, my government didn’t know the RCP seized control of Housing Is Key and was impersonating the federal government, and/or owned the supervisors and program directors, etc.

The RCP was unable to accuse me of defrauding the government. I have physical proof I was negatively financially impacted by Covid. It’s physical proof in my possession the RCP couldn’t destroy before I submitted a copy to the woman who helped me complete my paper application. To entrap me using the program, the RCP had to change the rules midstream to accuse me of defrauding the government and they had to change those rules without telling me. To do that, they used Housing Is Key workers to tell me the program hadn’t been amended when I asked. I asked and was lied to by the RCP who control what workers know by controlling chain-of-command. In other words the RCP own supervisors and tell them what they can and cannot say to subordinates. Subordinates told me what they knew, which is information they were told by their supervisors. The RCP owned the supervisors.

How did I know workers on the phone were lying? The woman who helped me complete the paper application explained the program to me when I went to the food pantry seeking help. Housing Is Key used the food pantry location to help individuals complete the application. The woman looked at the proof I showed her, helped me complete my paper application, and told me she believed I qualified based on her understanding of the rules. I had to prove income, proof I’d been negatively financially impacted by Covid, etc. Housing Is Key approved my application. After that, things got weird because unknown to me the RCP weaponized slaves it owned at Housing Is Key to change the rules with regards to me while not letting workers tell me. The RCP had workers tell me many lies, one was the Housing Is Key program had been expanded to six months, that I likely qualified since I’d already qualified for two months rent aid. Workers on the phone didn’t guarantee me I’d get four more months of aid, they implied I’d receive extended aid since I’d already qualified and received two months rental aid and my financial situation hadn’t changed - I wasn’t suddenly earning $70K which would’ve meant I no longer qualified. For low income people who aren’t destitute, it’s unheard of to get rental aid. The RCP has been in our country manipulating our systems and businesses for decades. They’re well aware what someone receiving $30K a year can access. I could go to food pantries to get food aid but the food pantry I knew about in 2021 was a long bus trip away. I have no car. Before Housing Is Key, I had no way to qualify for rental aid because $30K was considered too high an annual income for assistance, though if you ask people receiving that amount they’ll tell you it’s insufficient for their needs, but survivable. In my case the RCP deliberately attacked my apartments electrical system destroying multiple household appliances I’d bought when I worked and who’s quality I couldn’t afford to replace. Two blenders I’d had for years. The RCP destroyed them, my frig, microwave, food processors. They destroyed my two lithium mobility device batteries by having ops follow behind me and destroy them using a handheld device. The RCP destroyed my vacuum when I made the mistake of leaving it plugged in and going to buy groceries. When I returned to finish vacuuming, it had been fried. I wrote my first book detailing their attacks in September 2023. They deployed the op who lived upstairs to warn them so they could fry my laptop before I could publish the book. My laptop survived their electrical attack the morning of 9/29/2023 because they’d destroyed so many of my appliances, I knew not to leave anything plugged in unless it needed to be plugged in. They destroyed my old VW by having an op hit & run, then had an op at the mechanic I took to for repair destroy it while refusing to compensate me. If I’m lyin, I’m dyin. I have no way to prove these abuses and allegations. I had one mechanic for years. The RCP had an op buy him out and I inherited that mechanic. That mechanic’s nephew totaled my car, a nephew I’d not given permission to drive my car. 

I bought a cheap knockoff food processor and blender because that’s what I could afford after the RCP destroyed what I had. They don’t work as well. Before Housing Is Key, people earning $60K didn’t qualify for housing aid. The RCP used the approximately $60K floor to enslave more people, to widen their net. They didn’t know I’d apply until I applied. I told my family about the program. None seemed interested. Maybe their handlers warned them not to apply.

The RCP manipulated the Housing Is Key website and lied to the employees who passed those lies on to me. My theory is the workers had no idea the RCP was manipulating them, I doubt most people in America no what the RCP is. Civilians don’t expect belligerent enemies of our country to order Chinese criminals (the Triad) to create a disease, create programs to enslave civilians in America, then con our federal government into believing Americans are committing massive fraud, while the RCP manipulates our government into spending billions to support our businesses and our nation because of a national emergency the RCP created. Most civilians can’t conceive of a mafioso, forget a government, can be so evil as to covertly kill beloved grandparents and grandchildren because they’re American. Civilians don’t know the RCP caused the 2025 California fires or that they assassinated former President Carter in his sick bed. Civilians don’t understand the RCP. That must change if we are to survive. Most of what I believe they do I can’t prove they do. I know they manipulated our government, the Israeli government and the Iranian government into starting the US/Israel-Iran War but I can’t prove it. Disclosure is not the RCP’s thing; ambush is their thing. If you expect fair play from the RCP, you’ll die waiting

I qualified for the Housing Is Key program, received two months rental assistance and gas bill assistance paid directly to my landlord and to the gas company. I evaded entrapment barely, by paying attention, but I barely evaded the attack. I qualified for the program but the RCP changed the program’s rules and wouldn’t let workers tell me, even though I asked multiple time.  That’s the through line with the RCP. Telling targets they’re under attack is not the RCP’s thing. Telling people they’re being hunted is not the RCP’s thing. Targets not knowing they’re under attack serves the RCP’s endgame of slaughtering us. They will slaughter us if we let them. I’m not trying to convince you from prison. In general most people don’t believe someone saying they were set up if they’re in prison. I’m telling you the RCP has seized control of systems in America and weaponize them against whoever the RCP wants enslaved or imprisoned. I know this, not because someone told me, but because I evaded a trap where the RCP impersonated a federal Covid program to enslave civilians in America and to defraud our government. To this day, five years later, civilians in America nor our government knows the RCP deployed Covid against us and against President Trump, putting our nation even further into debt (like their putting our government into further debt using the US/Israel-Iran War). Americans don’t know the RCP killed our people and many people worldwide using Covid, and accused innocent people of fraud using Covid because our government doesn’t know the RCP has figured a way to impersonate our government by seizing control of whichever institution and system it wants here. I’m saying America, our allies and our species has a major problem in the RCP.

By the time I applied for Housing Is Key in 2021, the RCP had been hunting me 50 years, first attacking me in 1971 when I was 11. They expanded the Housing Is Key program to attack me when they saw I’d applied for the program. Although they had many employees lie to me many times, one lone programmer added a click feature to the trap the RCP had set for me. By adding that click feature the programmer let me know new language had been added. I couldn’t resubmit my previously submitted application without clicking that I’d read the new language. Because I hadn’t been told new language was added, had in fact been told all I needed to do was press the submit button again, I didn’t carefully read the newly added language, only hurriedly scanned it as I was trying to catch a bus to pick up my prescription. I pressed submit and went to the bus stop, having zero idea I’d entered a trap. During the bus ride something bothered me about the application and I couldn’t ignore it and I didn’t know what it was. I tried to remember if the newly added language had been there previously and having briefly scanned it, I tried to remember what the new language was. I began to be concerned about the new language because I think it meant I no longer qualified for the program. I called Housing Is Key on the bus if I remember correctly but couldn’t’ get through. While waiting in the pharmacy line I called multiple times but was put into voicemail, during regular business hours. I couldn’t get through to Housing Is Key, I was deliberately put into their voicemail when I hadn’t even known they had a voicemail. This was during regular business hours. I took the bus back to my apartment and kept calling Housing Is Key. I think this was a few days before Christmas 2021. As a last resort I called a different department in Housing Is Key, got a live person and asked the to transfer me to the appropriate department. I don’t know if people will believe me but the RCP controlled my phone, who I could call, who I could access. They’ve done this for years, blocking my access to my doctors office when I tried to get high blood pressure refills, forcing me to choose a different doctor because I could never reach my general practitioner’s office. At the new general practitioner, he was deployed three times to try to get me to cheat Medicare. If I’m lyin, I’m dyin.

When I got through to Housing Is Key, the RCP put this extreme echo on my phone where when I spoke I heard what I said back but the Housing Is Key employee said she didn’t hear an echo. I asked her and other employees if Housing Is Key changed their rules. Every employee told me the program had not changed it’s rules. I told them I was concerned and asked the employee I was speaking to to cancel my application. She told me I couldn’t cancel my application to Housing Is Key and sounded as if she was laughing at me. I asked her to cancel my application since she said I couldn’t. She said she couldn’t cancel my application either. I told her, okay, that after Housing Is Key paid my landlord I’d promptly return the money to Housing Is Key. I’d read their rules and in them they said people who refused the aid could do so by returning the funds. The operative at Housing Is Key stopped laughing. Apparently the RCP listening on the phone knew I could do that. This was a few days before Christmas 2021. The day after Christmas, a weekend, I think Sunday, I called Housing Is Key again and asked that may application be withdrawn. This time I got a different worker. By this time, the RCP knew I could evade the trap by returning the money. The worker asked me if I wanted to do that, that someone was working on my application even now. I asked that my application be withdrawn, and that’s how I evaded imprisonment and a fraud conviction at the hands of the RCP using Housing Is Key, a federal grant program they seized control of and entrapped I don’t know how many people. I tried to file a complaint with the attorney general or someone who looks into these things. I filed something but don’t know if I did it right. No one ever followed up with me. I only learned I wasn’t the only person being entrapped by the RCP using Covid fraud after President Trump accused Minnesotans of Covid fraud. Five years later our administration doesn’t know and may not believe Putin ordered Covid by working with China’s Triad. It’s not like I can prove it. That’s how close the RCP got to enslaving me in 2021. In 2025 the RCP tried to enslave me with a FEMA disaster fraud scam. Our government and our people must be warned. 

My senior citizen mother’s Covid experience

The individuals in her family who claimed her as a dependent to my knowledge didn’t share the money with her they received by claiming her as a dependent. I asked her. I’m the only one I know of who shared their Covid payout with our mother. Mom was poor, kept so by the RCP. Her upward mobility destroyed by them in 1972 when they destroyed her surgical tech career. She was only allowed on Section 8 by the RCP because they used her to try to entrap me. She didn’t know that was the reason. She had five adult children when Covid hit. My half siblings I was raised with are owned by the RCP. I don’t know if their handlers wouldn’t let them share their Covid windfall or if my half siblings blame her for their enslavement. The RCP uses enslaved parents to enslave their own children and doesn’t allow the parent to tell their children they were forced to entrap them. Most of my mother’s children appear to me to be angry with her. It’s possible they blame her for entrapping them. I don’t have the rage of enslavement because I’m not entrapped but when a person is enslaved you better believe they hate it and blame whoever the RCP wants them to blame. That’s how the RCP destroys families in America, that’s why humanity’s birth rate is falling. Families are the ribar of governments: no families, no government needed to serve them. Like Stalin said decades ago and I’m paraphrasing: “no people, no problem.” My half siblings aren’t allowed by their handlers to admit to me they are slaves. They lie to me when I try try to discuss the subject. The only reason I know my half siblings are slaves is because they’ve worked to entrap me, some multiple times. Behavior is loud to me, louder than words. Pay attention to behavior, not just the behavior you see someone in your life do, but the behavior they tell you they do. 

I’ve never tried to get someone to cheat anyone. It’s not normal for civilians to try to get individuals to cheat the government or companies. When someone you know encourages you to cheat the government, tells you without prompting they pay for a movie then sneak into other movies in a multiplex without paying, put free movie apps on your phone without your permission giving you free access to movies in theaters, and encourages you to apply for programs you know you don’t qualify for: stop. That person is owned by the RCP. Don’t let them convince you to get a roommate, a dog, don’t let them access your life, whether they’re your beloved family or acquaintance. When the RCP is grooming targets, they use their ops to present lying, cheating and stealing as harmless. This is the RCP learning your opinion, if you’re going to be easy to enslave or hard to enslave. Civilians don’t know and must be told the RCP is enslaving our people pre-coup and post-coup intends to kill us. Because most modern people haven’t experienced genocide we can’t imagine it. Putin and the RCP imagine it and expect to achieve it. The RCP were once allies of Hitler. Historians say it was a marriage of convenience. I believe it was a marriage of simpatico world views between Hitler and Stalin and that Putin and the current leaders of the RCP share those world views: kill and/or enslave everyone not them. China and India are being wooed by Putin. If Putin succeeds in flipping the world order, Chinese and Indian citizens will regret it next century because the RCP will turn on them. How do I know? The RCP turns on everyone. They enslave everyone they don’t kill. That is what Active Measures is: enslaving humanity, or slow/quick killing child targets outright. Slow murder is attacking, grooming and radicalizing children for leadership positions then deploying them to deplore their country and/or installing them as business heads or seizing control of a target’s successful business. Quick murder is hooking a child on drugs and/or installing a sex op into their bed, then unleashing the now compromised adult victim against themselves or their family.

Genocide against humanity is acceptable strategy to the RCP. Our species must be told so we effectively defend ourselves. Currently, we’re not defending ourselves. That must change

My modest disability is enough to pay rent, medical expenses, electricity/gas and food, but little beyond that. The RCP has attacked the electrical system in my apartment for years, has destroyed many appliances I can’t afford to replace. Maybe they used my apartment as a test ground to learn how to pinpoint a specific individual. I have no way to prove it but I’ve kept all the destroyed appliances in case my uncompromised law enforcement agencies questions me.

Housing Is Key Covid Fraud Entrapment Attack

To actually qualify for a government program that would pay three months rent had never happened before. The program also offered wifi aid, and utilities aid, which I applied for. I received aid to pay my gas bill, the payment was sent directly to the gas company to cover my gas bill account, but I wasn’t given aid for my electricity bill, which I requested. I’m not complaining about the program that ended years ago, I’m describing how it worked. The RCP didn’t have total control of the Housing Is Key program, was working out the bugs in real time, would afford to do so because our legitimate government didn’t know the RCP was here, impersonating them. 

Working a Covid fraud attack by seizing control of a government program may have been one of the RCP’s biggest attacks seizing control of our systems after they assassinated former President Kennedy. Had I not applied, I’d not have been attacked and learned how far the RCP has come in taking over our government. Housing Is Key sent rental payments directly to the landlord but the landlord received and accepted the payment on behalf of tenants. Citizens were asked to buy specific supplies to protect ourselves from Covid, items low income people couldn’t afford: N95 face masks we couldn’t affordably source, cleaning products, etc. I visited a food pantry at least once before Housing Is Key if I recall correctly. I didn’t have money for expensive anti-Covid gear.

Housing Is Key is where the RCP demonstrated it’s ability to seize control of America’s government aid systems without our government catching on. The federal government didn’t catch on because the RCP hid what they were doing. The federal government is designed to work in partnership with state governments. States are semiautonomous. The federal government doesn’t micromanage them. The RCP knows this and exploits it, have I suspect done what they can to put daylight between the state and federal governments, the most obvious way by gerrymandering many southern states while facilitating the seating of democrat presidents. Divid & Conquer, neither side knowing they’re being played.

Housing Is Key employees never admitted they’d changed their rules nor did they allow the many employees I spoke to tell me. I qualified for the program. The RCP saw an opportunity to entrap me and took it on the fly, demonstrating a flexibility and adaptability to hunt specific targets our government and our allies must be told.

I was finally told after weeks of being told my completed application had been accepted that in fact my application needed to be resubmitted. I was told I need only click the submit button again. I told the workers I’d done that weeks ago. Were it not for an ethical programmer who added a click feature to the newly added language I’d have never known I’d been set up, that the programs rules had been altered to entrap me. In the original application, there was no place I had to check a special box with the language the RCP subsequently added. 

The RCP is running all kinds of scams against the American people and against our government and our government doesn’t seem to know. It’s a problem when a belligerent government who’s been destroying governments since 1918 is hunting your country in 2026. My theory is the administration believes America is full of American scammers, when that’s not true. The truth is we’re experiencing a coup-genocide and we’re not effectively defending ourselves. In my opinion, Putin is smiling, preparing to rename America “Putin’s Dynasty.” Our current administration isn’t being told the RCP is using them to destroy their own country. To our administration, they’re “strengthening America.” As far as I know, Caucasian South Africans are pretty much the only group who can easily immigrate to America.

How Active Measures works on the ground and how it circumvents our nation’s defenses

The RCP is in America illegally so they aren’t about to report what they’re doing to our Intelligence, Security, military or government. The reason we’re not stopping them is because their weapon, Active Measures, is designed to circumvent our genetic-based defense instincts most civilians don’t know we have and don’t understand. We must be taught because the RCP is using our innocent against us. The RCP figured out sometime around the 1920s that people “see” overt attacks and defend against overt attacks but are blind to covert attacks. Think of our defense system as color blind.  Instead of being unable to see certain colors, we can’t see attacks unless they’re overt, in our face, announced. That’s why the RCP didn’t let Housing Is Key employees tell me the program had changed it’s rules. Had I been told that I wouldn’t have wasted my time applying to a newly configured program I didn’t qualify for. The RCP wanted me to believe I still had a program I qualified for. They had employees tell me the program had been expanded and to lead me to believe I might qualify for 6 months of rent aid, rather than the 3 months I’d initially been told I qualified for. I received 2 months rental aid from Housing Is Key and I later applied to a Covid program for city college students. That program helped me buy a laptop, if I remember correctly. I’d been borrowing a loaner from the city college.

The RCP embraces ambush, which they’ve formally named Active Measures

If you stand next to most people who’ve had no self-defense training and you’re wearing a business suit, if you whip out a knife and start stabbing them, most people will die in shocked horror, screaming in agony with many defensive hand wounds, though they’ll try to flee. If the victim isn’t wearing heels, most will flee if the stab wounds haven’t destroyed something vital in the first seconds of the attack. Governments punish perps for these kinds of attacks by killing them if law enforcement gets to the scene quickly, and in most countries police prioritize stopping active shooter attacks as quickly as possible so most civilians don’t carry defensive or offensive weapons as everyday carry. From an attacker’s point of view, ambush, with no warning to the victim, then fleeing before police arrive, is much more survivable than if a victim is prepared to defend themselves. Perps know they can be killed and most avoid it. A sadistic mass murdering government like the RCP, who attacks the world’s children under the radar to destroy the future of their enemies governments, know if they told the enemy nation they were killing that nation’s children, the victimized nation would bomb the RCP, so Putin and before him previous RCP leaders don’t tell their enemies. The RCP is nuclear war avoiding but not so much they’ll stop covert attacks they’ve been getting away with for most of their history. Destroying the children of their enemies is central to Active Measures, the RCP’s flagship psychological warfare weapon. Killing and/or enslaving the children of their enemies and/or allies is the RCP’s secret sauce, is how they’ve seized control of China, India, all BRICS nations, have placed proKremlin and/or pacifist individuals in their enemies nations, and how they’ve enslaved parents of children in targeted nations to degrade the quality of life for children in West-allied nations and destroy the quality of life of children and their families in impoverished nations. The RCP is responsible for most of the world’s starvation and most of the world’s wars because they destabilize governments not them, either to seize control of the nation’s resources, like China, India, etc., or to destroy the targeted nation, as they’re currently doing against NATO-allied nations. I’d describe the current US and Israeli governments as proKremlin, but I’m positive the US administration nor the Israeli government believes the RCP targets children in their nations. If they current administrations believed it they wouldn’t be pro-Kremlin. Most countries see their birth rates falling but haven’t connected the dots to Active Measures. It’s important humanity knows the RCP is committed to enslaving the world and destroying as many of the world’s children as they can. Central to their endgame of owning the world, culling half our species and enslaving the survivors, the RCP won’t stop killing children. Covert murder of NATO-allies children and starving children in impoverished nations is the RCP’s secret sauce. Murdering children covertly is how they’ve destabilized the world the last 100 years and is right up there with exploiting chain-of-command by installing compromised or pacificist individuals in targeted nations to help Putin Close Active Measures. The RCP won’t stop killing children so humanity must deal with the RCP. Because West-allied governments would never consider targeting Russian children, families and civilians for destruction it is inconceivable to NATO governments that the RCP is covertly killing our children and destabilizing our families. NATO governments see the RCP is destabilizing our NATO but the attacks against our children and families are hidden, victims aren’t allowed to speak, I doubt many understanding the RCP has destroyed their quality of life because the RCP uses proxies, camouflage and Trojan Horses to totally confuse children and families. The RCP confuses soldiers by corrupting their commanding officer and use the corrupted commanding officer as a weapon to force soldiers to commit war crimes. I’ve read of these attacks against Israeli soldiers in the Israel-Hamas War. The RCP did similar attacks against American soldiers in the Vietnam War. The RCP deliberately gives soldiers PTSD by having their commanding officer mess with them by ordering them to kill innocent civilians, cause the soldiers to hate themselves, then release them back into the targeted nation. I don’t think the Israeli government understands the RCP is deliberately destroying Israel by giving Israeli soldiers PTSD and releasing them back into Israeli society. I don’t think the proKremlin leaders in the Israeli government understands the RCP hates Israel and is working to destroy Israel. Putin’s not big on disclosing his endgame against nuclear armed targets. He is big on conning governments into believing he’s their ally. Currently, the Iranian government believes Putin’s their friend. After all he fed them accurate military intel in the US/Israel-Iran War. The Iranian military doesn’t understand Putin let America and Israel’s military kill the Supreme Leader, I believe because the Supreme Leader wouldn’t let Putin enslave Iran’s children. The RCP is there with a helping hand with military intel but hides that they use proxies to attack whoever Putin wants attacked. I’m saying Putin runs a Divide & Conquer strategy and too few of the governments he’s manipulating are catching on, which lets Putin enslave that government, destabilize it and/or destroy it. I doubt the Iranian government believes Putin will throw them under the bus if it lets him destroy America and Israel. I doubt the Iranian government will believe the RCP destabilized their currency to trigger the Iranian government to kill Iranians which Putin used to trigger President Trump to want to aid Iranian civilians. The US/Israel-Iran War didn’t happen organically. America, Israel and Iran were shoved into the war by the RCP. Putin now owns Iran’s children some who he’ll use as terrorists. He used the war to further divide NATO, which is a defense system uninterested in a war of aggression against Iran. Putin ordered Iran to destroy Qatar’s fertilizer and natural gas infrastructure which let Putin corner the fertilizer export market and make a play for the GOP in America. We’ll still to learn how that goes. Putin put 45 million more people at risk of starvation. President Trump helped stop the war so I pray that reduces the number of people who will die of starvation because of the war.

The current US administration has publicly criticized NATO. I’m hoping that ends as leaders understand how Putin is destabilizing the world and causing mass starvation because that’s who the RCP is and that’s what the RCP wants. As an adult on May 24, 2026 I swear under oath and on the bible that I was a child victim of the RCP starting in 1971, and am an adult victim of the RCP.  We’re in deep shit because the RCP has had nearly a century headstart destabilizing targeted nations, has infiltrated governments for decades to shape many policies in West-allied nations. Defensive systems don’t’ work when an enemy is destroying our families. Offense must be used unless else we won’t survive.

The RCP prioritize killing their enemies, while their enemies prioritize defense instead of offense. This didn’t happen organically. The RCP infiltrates it’s enemies countries and governments over decades and shapes their policies without telling their enemy they’re inside gunking up the works, i.e. destabilizing the targeted nation’s medical systems, food systems, ensuring civilians have little idea what to eat for health and nourishment because the RCP weaponizes marketing to muddy the water and exploits our medical system to do the same. The obesity problem in America didn’t happen organically, the RCP is targeting civilians, not only here but worldwide. 

When at all possible, the RCP offshores war against their enemies, meaning they use proxies to pick fights with the RCP’s enemies, not only to exhaust the RCP’s enemies but to deplete the RCP’s enemies resources. Ambush by proxy, lies, chain-of-command, Trojan Horse, etc. is the only way the RCP can “flip the world order” in Putin’s lifetime, his euphemism for genocide against most of humanity. When someone says “I’m going to kill you,” that terrifying information triggers our self-defense mechanism, triggers us to run or defend ourselves. People who defend themselves against a perp can kill the perp. The RCP is well aware they can be killed just like everyone else. It’s why Putin spends much of his time in bunkers as the world increasingly sees his success with Active Measures.

The RCP built Active Measures to exploit our species problem recognizing covert versus overt warfare, and our reliance on chain-of-command organization, so the RCP need only install corrupt leaders into a system to compromise the target. If we keep letting the RCP ambush us, they’ll kill us. The reason Putin calls the Russia-Ukraine War a special operation and not a war is because telling victims you’re at war against them triggers people’s self-defense instincts. Saying you’re engaged in a special operation triggers confusion, not the self-defense instincts nearly all people have. The lies also manipulate Russian civilians. Declaring unprovoked war against a nonviolent neighbor triggers opposition from your own people. When the Trump Administration announced it’s unprovoked war against Iran, the announcement immediately triggered opposition from Americans, which opposition Putin intends to weaponize to remove President Trump from office and replace him with the man Putin wants in office.

Putin uses the phase “flipping the world order” because it generates confusion. If he said “I intend to kill 99.9% of people in West-allied nations, cull half of the rest of humanity, and enslave the other half,” that would trigger billions of people to defend ourselves against the RCP. The RCP knows that so won’t tell us. Instead, Putin attacks and destabilizes us without telling the world or most Russian civilians what he’s doing or his endgame. By not declaring their intentions, the RCP is saving the lives of many of their infantry, generals and the KGB. If you intend to slaughter and/or enslave humanity, not telling us is the way to do it because our prehuman ancestors hardwired us to respond to overt threats and overt is when someone tells us they mean you harm, or does foreshadowing. 

In my opinion, you learn the most about the RCP by watching how they treat people they don’t’ value. Low status Russians, people of color around the world, Ukrainians, women, gay people, children. To the RCP, lying is the way to go. Unless they’re admitting to you they’re about to kill you or beat you, their words are usually lies. To them, telling targets the truth, that the RCP intends to kill half our species, just creates headaches for the RCP by making their endgame harder for them to achieve. They have every intention of killing us so warning us makes life harder for them, is the way they think.

We got our prehuman ancestors genes and they evaded animals with teeth. Humans see animals with teeth chasing them as a threat. We’re not hardwired to see our own species as a threat. Look at cows, look at groups of the same life form. Except during the rut when males compete, most life forms don’t routinely attack each other.

Hot war - bombs - trigger a defense response in people, that response is hardwired, gifted to us from our prehuman ancestors who faced saber tooth tigers a million years ago. Teeth, claws, bullets, humans get it: we’re under attack and we respond. 

Active Measures doesn’t trigger us because it’s covert, ambush, stealth, Trojan Horse warfare deployed against children and civilians who’ve not had animals actively hunting us for thousands of years. It’s not only that people are tame, it’s because earth life is hardwired to not kill within it’s species. Our first ancestors, bacteria and prokaryotes, are pro-life. They exist on earth today, here since they seeded life. They lived peaceably together without predation. Predation evolved here but even with predation our first ancestor’s laws hold sway – you do not kill your own species. The RCP has turned itself into cancer against it’s own species, into an autoimmune disorder like when a person’s body attacks itself and requires replacement gene therapy or medication to stop it’s body from destroying itself.  People have no framework to grasp such a fundamentally anti-humanity concept on earth where we’ve always lived and haven’t had predators hunting us for thousands of years. That a government of our own species is murdering our children doesn’t occur to most people because it’d be like a species committing suicide. 

The murders aren’t for food, which would be horrific enough, but for power. The RCP will die. They can’t live beyond 130 years because so far that’s the outer limit for human life this century. Nonetheless they’re using their time on earth to murder the children of their own species. They aren’t just evil, they’ve broken a fundamental law of our most ancient ancestors in order to gain transitory power, a power so brief it rarely survives centuries.  The RCP has made itself a cult chasing godhood, making the mistake in thinking that by enslaving humanity, the RCP will achieve godhood. Enslavement isn’t godhood. People aren’t meant to be gods and no matter how many slaves sadistic mass murderer own, they’re not god. What we’d consider gods aren’t human and humans have no way to transition into godhood during our infancy, which is what modern humans are, infants, at only 70,000 years old. Godhood requires a knowledge base we don’t have and may never have. Maybe, if we survive another couple million years like our prehuman ancestors did, and remain sane, we can revisit what godhood is.

Humanity caught a break when the dinosaurs went extinct. We’ve got a relatively big brain. If we’re careful, are willing to learn and can learn to respect life on earth, including our own lives, we can reach the stars and seed the near universe. Our prehuman ancestors lived millions of years with a much smaller brain so it should be no problem for us to explore the nearby planets and moons after we grow enough technology. But first, we have to get a handle on ourselves. Master/slave and predation are dead ends. We’ve got the brains to hack ourselves, meaning we’ve got the mental capacity to decide what we want to be and to change ourselves. Had the RCP chosen to share their information about chain-of-command instead of working to destroying us, humanity would have been much further along, but they embraced slavery and mass murder of children. We’ve got the plants to show us what you can do outside of predation. The RCP has turned themselves into cancer to destroy half their species to rule the world, then they’ll die, having caused irreparable damage to our species only habitat and to humanity, not to mention the trillions of nonhuman earth life they’ve destroyed.
