NATO’s at bat – if they won’t or can’t save humanity in our time of need, the West has wasted trillions of dollars only to be slaughtered by evil men – published December 20, 2025

I am very sorry to have to report to you that Putin is determined to slaughter at least 4 billion innocent people, including everyone in America, Europe, England, Canada, Israel, Japan, most Middle East countries, Greenland, Iceland, South Korea, South and Central America, most African countries, etc. Anywhere in the world in 2025 where a girl can complete high school and college, and that country is West-allied, Putin expects, not plans, but expects, to kill nearly everyone in that country. Chinese and Indian girls will receive carveouts because Modi and Jinping are helping Putin flip the world order. It is my understanding that the only people in West-allied nations who won’t be killed are descendants, underage or adult, of foreign-born Russia-controlled operatives, but even that is not guaranteed. I believe the SVR covertly assassinated a high-profile American foreign-born Russia-controlled operative to threaten her adult children, who’s names you know. American operatives entrapped by Putin and the SVR who self-identify as pro-Kremlin, or who’ve been led to believe our legitimate American government has entrapped them, will be killed, as will their descendants, because Putin doesn’t trust people. After the dust settles, in this example, let’s assume West-allied governments don’t effectively defend themselves, and ten or twenty years from now it’s obvious to everyone that Putin has seized control of our species, Putin refuses to spend the rest of his life stamping down endless rebellions paid for by the wealthy descendants of his operatives. 

I’ve no proof. These are my opinions based on 55+ years being covertly attacked by the SVR and extrapolating out Putin and the SVR’s strategy. Their strategy, which Putin and/or his regime renamed New Russian Warfare, is based on the early 20th century Russian Military Deception doctrine which cons civilians (including police), and children into self-harm by deploying trusted authority figures Russia’s SVR has covertly compromised to get targets to cheat, lie, steal, etc., thus enslaving the victim.  Victims have no idea the people influencing them have been compromised by the Russian Mafia and the KGB's international arm, the SVR. Compromised authority figures/influencers/dominants aren’t permitted to explain their behavior to their loved ones/friends, thus leaving behind destroyed relationships and nations. The foundation of nations are families and trust-based, rule-of-law relationships. When families and relationships are covertly destroyed by New Russian Warfare, the nation crumbles. That's what's being done to democracies worldwide. Putin lies and says democracies like America are corrupt. What he fails to say is he and the SVR are corrupting targeted nations worldwide, and destroying children, worldwide.

The dysfunctional world we live in has been built over the last century by the Russian communist party, Stalin, various Russian leaders, and Putin. Putin is the Closer.

Putin and the Soviet Union are responsible for the climate catastrophe

What Putin also doesn't want you to know is he and the Soviet Union leaders before him, are directly responsible for the climate catastrophe. In the 1950s and 1960s when scientists first began warning governments that earth was heating unusually rapidly, the USSR, and decades later Putin, decided to double-down and let the disaster play out in order to seat Putin as king of the world. If the Soviet Union allowed the world to know the climate was getting too hot, the Soviet Union knew they'd be unable to enter into formal business deals with targeted governments they expected to exploit to flip the world order. Stalin had established Disinformation as a weapon by 1923. Decades before the climate began to display difficulty, he knew Disinformation had legs, had real potential to enslave humanity under Russian dominance. Had the Soviet Union allowed the world to learn about the climate problem when scientists first learned of it, the Soviet Union knew the world would immediately seek alternative, climate-friendly fuels. You'll recall former President Carter installed solar panels on the White House roof and that former President Reagan removed them. I believe one of the reasons the Soviet Union covertly removed President Carter, as in didn't allow him to win re-election by creating multiple problems to politically bury him, was because they knew he'd lead the world away from petroleum-based products. The Soviet Union offered cheap petroleum-based products to hungry-for-growth third world nations like China, India, etc. Once a legitimate trade relationship was established with those and other governments, the Soviet Union unleashed New Russian Warfare against the nation's leaders. Without cheap petroleum-based products, the Soviet Union had no way to form legitimate major trade relationships with nations. The other products they had on offer, timber, vodka, etc., other nations could produce themselves. To the Soviet Union, their petroleum products and New Russian Warfare, formerly known as Active Measures, were the one-two punch Russia needed to own the world. Some of these decisions were made by Stalin in the 1920s and pursued by subsequent Russian leaders. A century later, earth's atmosphere holds 425 ppm in climate warming gases, when 350 ppm is the number we need to be below. The planet is heating faster than scientists predicted, meaning our species will increasingly struggle to feed itself. Stalin, the Communist Party, and Putin are to blame. Because Putin and before him the Soviet Union control the world's media, Putin publicly blamed and shamed America. To this day, most Americans believe we're responsible for the climate catastrophe while the culprit sits in Russia plotting the deaths of half our species.

What New Russian Warfare looks like on the ground

New Russian Warfare is the only weapon I’m aware that targets children, families and civilians of an enemy nation rather than prioritizing attacks solely against the military and political system of an enemy. Parents are forced to enslave their children, spouses are forced to enslave their husband/wife, doctors are forced to enslave their patients, siblings are forced to enslave their brother/sister, police are forced to enslave other police, who are forced to launch entrapment attacks against unsuspecting civilians, often parents so the parents can entrap their children. It’s a trojan horse weapon aimed at civilians, children and law enforcement, that exploits human hierarchy, chain-of-command and the trust most people are trained to feel for authority figures from birth. Historically, trojan horse attacks are aimed at the enemy military but New Russian Warfare aims trojan horse attacks at civilian children, parents and domestic police. The attack works because parts of the targeted nation's domestic law enforcement are entrapped so when uniformed police arrest and charge civilians, lay out the case against them, and offer them a deal to stay out of prison, there's no way civilians can know their law enforcement have been commandeered by the SVR. It’s nearly impossible for children, adults, or police officers targeted for entrapment to know that a beloved grandparent, school friend, or trusted commander they served with in the military has been entrapped by a foreign belligerent mafia-government hybrid and are being forced to entrap whoever they're told to entrap. Yet that's Putin’s New Russian Warfare in a nutshell. Most civilians don’t know about New Russian Warfare because Putin and before him the Soviet Union have controlled the world’s mainstream media for 65+ years. New Russian Warfare is a genocide weapon. Looking at it plainly, the weapon prioritizes the destruction of its enemy's children and families. Putin intends West-allied nations to not recover from New Russian Warfare. To survive, we must save ourselves. I must warn you, you must believe me, and the world must launch an effective offense. We must put aside our terror of nuclear war, which terror Putin and the USSR propagandized. If we refuse to set aside our terror of the weapon that will save some of us, Putin will kill all of us.

Why haven't our governments warned us?

Currently, multiple West-allied governments have pro-Kremlin officials heading them or pro-Kremlin individuals employed in them. It isn't in Putin's interests to warn civilians he plans to kill them. As you see in Ukraine, when innocent people are overtly attacked, they launch a defense. Putin has worked to seize Ukraine for over a decade. I've read that Chinese, North Korean, African, Indian, Cuban, and other soldiers are fighting alongside Russian infantry.  When you're invading another nation for imperialist reasons, as Putin is invading Ukraine, it's harder for Putin to get Russian nationals to enlist, hence Putin's need for mercenaries.

West-allied Intelligence didn't warn us Putin was targeting our children because they didn't know. As far as I know, I'm the only adult survivor of attacks started in childhood by the SVR. I’ve evaded many entrapment attacks by compromised American law enforcement, remained unentrapped, made the connection the attacks are orchestrated by the SVR, and warned my government. The SVR doesn't tell you they're attacking you. They use proxies. I estimate I've been harassed/attacked at least 3,000 times the last 55 years. None of those attackers identified themselves as SVR. When victims don't know who's attacking them, they can't tell their government who's attacking them. Local proxies, meaning Americans harassing, attacking and/or torturing me under order of their handlers, themselves have compromised American handlers so there was no way for U.S. Intelligence to know. Law enforcement rely on a victim’s complaint to know an attack has happened. Entrapped victims aren’t allowed to complain, apparently that’s part of the plea deal. Former Russian ops who requested asylum in America the last 70 years or so failed to report to the CIA that New Russian Warfare kills America's children. It’s inconceivable they didn’t know that which suggests to me the asylum seekers were deployed by the GRU to target our CIA and assess it’s strengths/weaknesses. Our Intelligence leaders knew something was wrong but didn't know how our people were being attacked, couldn’t know without victims. West-allied governments, functioning democracies, don't attack children and civilians so it didn’t occur to the American government that New Russian Warfare targets our children, families and domestic police. New Russian Warfare reimagines warfare as a "whole culture" wipeout, aka genocide, something most democracies don't pursue. Our government needed a survivor and a witness. I'm a survivor and a witness. I published my book detailing how I was attacked on 10/5/2023. On 10/7/2023 Putin and the SVR started their proxy war against Palestinians, the Israel-Hamas War. That shifted my government’s focus from my revelations about Putin destroying American children to the former Biden Administration working to contain the Israel-Hamas War and prevent WW3. If you study SVR strategy, Putin often deploys an emergency in the Middle East to refocus American leaders' attention from where he doesn't want it to where he wants it. We keep getting played. That'll have to stop if we intend to survive Putin. I think Intelligence, Security, military and political leaders now better understand Putin's agenda. But they couldn't know until they knew.

Stalin named the psychological warfare-based weapon Disinformation in 1923, and it was significantly updated and expanded from the 1920s on. The USSR later renamed it Active Measures. The weapon covertly and illegally destroys the children and families of the Soviet Union’s enemies, usually by illegally entrapping the parents and forcing them to psychologically destabilize their children. Other favorite attacks include hooking children on drugs, installing sex ops into children’s bed, deploying compromised school personnel/school children/teens to bully and attack targeted children, and/or deploying compromised siblings to bully children. I’ve experienced all those attacks and many more, which is how I know they exist. I’ve not read about these attacks; I’ve experienced them personally. I’ve also witnessed or been told by other victims of similar attacks they endured.  

Despite several thousand attacks by strangers, employers, coworkers, landlord, grocery store employees, doctors, and extended family, I’ve managed to remain psychologically stable, managed to evade multiple drug entrapment attacks, multiple sex op (seduction) attacks, multiple sexual assaults, and many entrapment attempts. Unlike other coups where civilians are allowed to survive a government overthrow, that isn’t Putin’s plan for our species this century, so people must be warned. Genocide against West-allied civilians is Putin’s endgame. That’s about 2 billion people. The other 2 billion are people who live in Southern Hemisphere countries who Putin will allow to die when he orders the world’s petroleum and gas producers to immediately stop producing petroleum-based products, on pain of death to them and their extended families. World trade as we know it will end and poor people, on an overheating planet with plummeting fish populations, unable to buy cheap fertilizer and other necessities shipped in to sustain them, will die. Putin will do this to stop the climate catastrophe he and the Soviet Union started in order to install Putin as king of our species. To stop the climate catastrophe Putin will kill half our species and frame it has him destroying the countries who caused the climate catastrophe. He’ll tell the world that, tragically, collateral damage to countries in the Southern Hemisphere resulted in unforeseen and unpreventable loss of life. Carveouts likely exist for some other BRICS nations but they and Putin know their agreement. Putin caused the climate catastrophe but will blame the innocent people he slaughters, if we let him get away with it. To me it’s obvious to the world that West-allied nations are on our back-foot. Putin and the SVR won’t tell us his plans. He’ll simply kill us.

It’s up to us to be hard to kill. We have the genes for it. We're tougher than we think we are. Putin is evil. Our children's lives are on the line, as is our species' future. We'll find our inner ninja. We just need to speed it up a little because Putin expects to end this soon.

Putin is picking us off one country at a time. Unless we band together and deploy nuclear weapons against Putin and his regime, yesterday, West-allied nations and hundreds of millions of other innocent people worldwide have no chance of surviving Putin. West-allied nations insist on behaving responsibly, defensively rather than offensively, logically, not proactively, not aggressively, apparently believing that rule-of-law, which means nothing to Putin except for what he can exploit to control our options, will save us. Putin is exploiting our rules, our laws, even our genetic pre-disposition to avoid fighting a dominant by weaponizing our hardwiring against us. We behave as if we live in peace time because Putin won’t tell us what he’s doing. We know Putin embraces ambush. Hybrid warfare and grey warfare are ambush. 

What the EU and other West-allied governments didn’t know before I told them is that Putin, and before him the Soviet Union, attacks our children, that New Russian Warfare at its core, destroys the world’s children. I’m telling the world that I’m an adult survivor of the Russian government's covert attacks by the SVR from 1971 to the present. I survived through God’s grace and luck. And I had an amazing and excellent mother before she was entrapped by the SVR. She taught me ethics at a very young age which helped protect me from New Russian Warfare. New Russian Warfare cons victims into agreeing to lie, cheat, and steal from the government and/or businesses, using people the victim trusts to order the victim to lie, cheat, steal, etc. without telling the victim the trusted authority figure has been commandeered by the SVR. Apparently, I’m the only childhood victim who survived to adulthood unentrapped and willing to warn the world. If you saw me, you'll see it hasn't been easy. 

While most children survived New Russian Warfare physically, I believe they’re entrapped by the SVR and not free to reveal the attacks they've endured. Also, the SVR doesn't tell victims they're entrapped by the SVR. In America, Americans are led to believe our legitimate government has entrapped them. No one I know is willing to admit they're entrapped so I've no way to prove New Russian Warfare is deployed against others here. I know it's been deployed against me. The only reason I'm free to discuss the attacks is because I evaded the entrapments. I suspect individuals in the MAGA movement are entrapped slaves owned by Putin. No doubt Putin and their ops can produce many MAGA saying they’re not enslaved, but I’m saying Putin owns tens of millions of people in America who’ve apparently been told our legitimate government ran a sting operation against them and offered them a plea deal to stay out of prison. When it comes to parents being forced to entrap and groom their own children, I've no idea how the SVR lies to all targets to tell them our legitimate government discovered their adult child is trying to defraud the government, but here's how they deployed my mother overtly against me: I think it was December 2010, my mother, unknown to me, was entrapped. She came to pick me up from my apartment to drive me to her apartment to spend Christmas with her. During the drive she was forced to order me to lie to Social Security Disability. Mom flat out told me to lie to Social Security Disability. She raised the subject and gave the order. I refused, speaking softly, confused: "but you always told us not to lie." My mother said: "yes! I knew my kids don't lie." Her statements confused me because she really had told me from toddlerhood to not lie, had actually incentivized her children from a young age to not lie. Her beloved grandmother raised her and was an ethicist. Her grandmother worked as a maid in a hotel and signed her name with an X because she couldn’t read and write. She abhorred liars and lying and raised her granddaughter to tell her the truth, no matter what. When my mother was a child, she read the newspapers to her grandmother. She adored her grandmother and raised her children the way her grandmother had raised her, before her grandmother was killed when my mother was 12 and was forced to live with her abusive mother and her mother’s abusive boyfriend.

Yet in December 2010 (I think this conversation was in 2010) my mother was telling me, unprompted, to lie to Social Security Disability, a subject I’d not raised. This was the first time in my life she’d told me to lie. I was shocked. I sat in the front seat with her, looking at her as she drove, confused by her behavior. I noticed a police car who'd been pacing near us, a couple car lengths behind us, two lanes to the left of us, in the fast lane. The officer, after my answer and my mother’s response, suddenly moved from the fast lane to the exit lane and exited the freeway. Based on that experience, and others, apparently the SVR lies to entrapped parents, telling them their children are suspected of defrauding the government, and forcing the parent to participate in entrapping their own child. Had I agreed to do as my mother ordered, the police officer driving near us would've immediately pulled us over and arrested me. My mother wouldn't have been allowed to explain her behavior to me. She wouldn't have understood the strategy of New Russian Warfare because her handlers wouldn't have explained it to her. To them she was a pawn used to entrap me. By December 2010 the SVR had been hunting me since 1971, nearly 40 years. I've no idea what would've happened to me had I obeyed my mother's order, beyond my immediate arrest and being charged with multiple federal and state offences including conspiracy to defraud the state and local government. During the drive, I had zero idea my poor mother was being deployed to entrap me. It wasn't until she returned me to my apartment, I think January 2011 that I understood my beloved mother was somehow involved with whatever was being done to me (I'd been covertly harassed and attacked by strangers since 2003). After I realized my mother was involved, I was terrified for her. In January 2011 I didn't know my mother was entrapped by the SVR or by anyone. I'd never heard of the SVR and although I now know I'd evaded SVR entrapment attacks for decades by 2011, I didn't know I'd been evading their attacks. 

Entrapment attacks most people who aren't drug or alcohol addled would've evaded

Here's an example of an entrapment attack lobbed against me in my 30s: I'd just clocked out from work at a West Los Angeles law firm where I worked as a legal word processor. A handsome stranger approached me as I headed to my old VW bug and asked if I'd be willing to help an immigrant in trouble get a green card by marrying him. I'd be financially compensated. I said no. I didn't know this was a sting. I said no because I didn't want to lie to the government, which I thought I'd have to do if I married an immigrant for money. Most people wouldn't have taken money to marry someone they didn't know, whether they were pro-immigrant or not. I'm pro-immigrant. I don't take drugs, drink or smoke so I have no addictions impacting my brain. I worked, sometimes multiple jobs, and paid my rent. When I or my extended family needed more income, in my 30s I temped or worked an additional part time job. I doubt most people would've agreed to marry a stranger that required them to lie to the government. Here's the kicker: for decades I felt bad for being unable to help an immigrant in trouble, not knowing it'd been a setup. Also, the undercover officer didn't tell me I'd have to lie to immigration. I had to think of that for myself. I refused to lie to the government for money, but I didn't explain that to the plain clothed officer because (1) he was a stranger approaching me in a parking structure, and (2) his request was bizarre and probably illegal so I was disinclined to explain my no.  At the time and for decades, I didn't know he was a plain clothes officer. If targets are on drugs/alcohol, if they hate the government, if they have some reason for agreeing to such odd suggestions, maybe that's why the SVR tried it. Or it might have been because by my mid-30s the SVR had been actively hunting me about 25 years and had gotten no traction. Maybe by that point they were throwing anything at the wall. They aimed a few attacks at me in my 30s, some I wouldn’t want to experience again. Because the SVR is here illegally, they couldn't ask me how I was evading them. Would you, common sense reader, have agreed to that request, assuming you could work, assuming you weren't drug/alcohol addled?

Here's another entrapment attack: at the job after that I worked at a law firm in downtown Los Angeles and in my paycheck I got this huge amount of money. I forget how much. Say I was entitled to $2,000 every two weeks and I received $15,000 one payday. I don't remember the amounts, this was two decades ago, but in one check I got way more than I was due. I reported the overage to the payroll department without touching the money. I didn't know it was a setup. I thought it was a weird accounting snafu.

Here's another setup I thought was odd at the time, but whatever: at the last law firm I worked I was a legal secretary. I got the job working as a legal secretary to one of the name partners and part of the job, I was told, included me buying gifts for clients, shopping for client gifts using the partners credit card, buying whatever I wanted, no one would review the credit card statement but me and I could buy what caught my eye. I'd worked for partners before, I'd never been given the partner's credit card or told only I'd approve the purchases, and that no one but me would review the credit card statement. I was explicitly told that, and could think of no reason why my boss, HR or the accounts payable department shouldn't review the credit card charges. I was very busy preparing documents as his secretary. I used the card when he explicitly asked me to buy something. I think I bought one, maybe two gifts for his clients. Apparently, the SVR hoped I'd use the company credit card to buy items for myself. Of course I didn't. Would you have evaded that entrapment attempt? I think most people would've. Especially given the precise but weird instructions.

I'd been hunted by the SVR since 1971. I didn't know the SVR had set this elaborate entrapment up to occur in my 50s after they'd failed to entrap me when I was 15, deploying my mother to order me to date a sex op, through my mid40s, with the credit card embezzlement entrapment. Strangers harassed me on the street, in grocery stores, on the bus, including macing me, kicking me and stomping on me, but no one told me why, or who they were. Harassment against me on the street began in 2003 and was bad when Schwarzenegger was California's governor. I was able to verify police were managing the attacks against me because during the Governor's terms, there was a police walkout. For a day or so, neither police nor their ops harassed me. It was a short walkout and as soon as police returned to work, the harassment recommenced. 

Parts of America’s entrapment system have been compromised by the SVR and have been for decades. I can’t tell you in detail because I’m not entrapped. I know the system from the trap setup, what it looks like from the outside, which I hope will help civilians worldwide as I describe the setups, but entrapped people know how they're treated once entrapped. Since I know at least two entrapped people who were forced to try to entrap their child, I think of entrapped people as slaves, not allowed to protect their own children. And of the approximate 1,000 thousand adult operatives with their children in tow, at least several entrapped Americans were forced to harass me using their newborns as beards.

The many entrapment attacks I evaded were to get me to cheat the government and twice, a company. The entrapments weren’t to get me to lie and cheat individuals but to lie and cheat the government at the state/federal/local level, and/or to cheat companies, which suggests to me the SVR has compromised our country’s entrapment system and law enforcement, who knew to get a conviction against me for conspiracy, they needed to charge me with defrauding the government and/or businesses.  I was a legal secretary but I worked in business law. I knew nothing about criminal law, entrapment, etc. I had to learn about conspiracy and entrapment attacks years after I’d evaded them when I was trying to understand what was happening, after so many family members were used to try to entrap me. When I tried to talk to my father about it he misdirected me and/or became agitated. He’s elderly so I stopped discussing it with him. What's terrifying is how deeply the SVR is embedded in our domestic police. California has a reputation for being a blue state, but I've lived in California 57 years. In my experience, the SVR controls law enforcement here as well as security in grocery stores and a whole bunch of Californians, thousands, including many children. The SVR has shown me this country is their’s, the American people are their’s to use like we’re garbage. I refuse to let Putin be right about that.

I didn’t know what entrapment was until my mid-50s, when I read an article about it. By the time I read that article, I’d been evading SVR entrapment attacks 44 years. One family member was deployed to entrap me to cheat CA unemployment, CA temporary disability, federal disability, social security, and Medicare after the SVR deployed her to recommend a law firm who represented citizens denied by social security disability. Other extended family member operatives urged me to appeal; else I wouldn’t have known that appealing was a viable option. I knew I could appeal because that was in the documentation but since I was sick and Social Security Disability denied me, I didn’t see what appealing would do. The law firm the slave in my family recommended took my case. I was grateful because I was sick and had no idea how to navigate Social Security Disability after they denied my claim. Social Security Disability is my sole source of income. The SVR has put me on notice, covertly, that they will remove my Social Security Disability before I reach full retirement age, ten months from now. I'll be sure to report that if/when it happens but because the attack is being hidden within the current Administration's review of Social Security Disability it'll be impossible for me to prove the SVR has pushed review of Social Security Disability to target me specifically. I can take early retirement but like many seniors, I can't live on $2,000 a month with prices projected to rise as I age and with no savings. This is how the SVR covertly attacks. Fortunately, there's a squatter's camp in the California desert and I have a tent. I’ll be destitute so I’ll qualify for Welfare which I believe provides about $200 a month in food stamps and maybe $100 a month cash. As a squatter in a tent in the desert I can buy enough food for the month on Welfare but you better believe the SVR will have me physically attacked in a squatters camp. California is offering at least two programs for people experiencing housing insecurity but those programs have deadlines and I’ve no idea when the Social Security Disability reassessment will drop. I have a credit card so I can cover a months rent with that if my Social Security Disability suddenly stopps.

New Russian Warfare – the invisible weapon

On my blogs I go into as much detail as possible because it’s a tough old world, Putin is very proactive, and the SVR is deeply embedded here. To the best of my ability I tell you what I know so if I’m not here you’ll have enough information to defend yourself, to recognize what New Russian Warfare looks like on the ground, to not blindly trust a loved one or authority figure who recommends you do something illegal. If you learn nothing else from my blogs/articles understand that in New Russian Warfare Putin uses compromised dominants against people in the dominant’s circle. Practice seeing yourself as a subordinate, a receiver of needed goods/services. A dominant provides goods, services, skills and/or is employed by a business or institution who provides such services. In any situation you’re in, ask yourself who’s the dominant in the tableau and understand that in New Russian Warfare, that’s the person Putin and the SVR is most likely to have compromised to use as a trojan horse to harm you. Don’t freak out about it, just practice thinking of yourself as a subordinate/receiver of desired goods and services and ask yourself who’s the dominant. Begin to train yourself to identify dominants in whatever you’re doing. When you’re grocery shopping the store and store employees are the dominants and someone as innocuous as a cashier can be deployed to entrap you, the easiest way is for them to not scan all your items. Double check your products are scanned before you leave the store. If you’re a bus rider, the driver is the dominant. I’ve had a few times entrapped bus drivers were unnecessarily rude to me, I’ve experienced the same with grocery store employees. When you collect your prescriptions the pharmacy is the dominant. If you’re a renter, the landlord is the dominant and I’ve had multiple experiences where I’ve been attacked by the landlord. As a tenant, other tenants have harrassed me and as a tenant living in a building next to where they worked, compromised workers harassed me for years. Workers who you don’t think of as powerful are powerful if you’re in a dominant/subordinate relationship with them, say you’re a student. At the city college at least three teachers were entrapped and deployed to reduce my test scores, facilitiate my dropping the class, and ensured I learned as little as possible in a basic programming course. I bought a hot spot from a company and a worker there was deployed to shut it down although it was paid up for months, just as I worked to get ahead in a beginning programming class. That attack was perfectly timed, during Spring Break 2023. I got an A in the class but did miserably on the midterm. That class the SVR worked overtime to get me to drop. They forced me to go to the ER they harassed me so unrelentingly. Something about math classes and programming classes the SVR does not want me learning those subjects.

Not all authority figures, care givers, grocery store cashiers, employers, bus drivers, landlords are compromised but Putin deploys the subordinate/dominant structure because it’s invisible to victims. Putin and the Russian Mafia are ambush predators who rely on you not thinking of yourself as a subordinate and you not identifying dominants. You have no problem recognizing overt threats, that’s a gift hardwired to you from our ancient ancestors, but people struggle to identify covert threats because they’re hidden.

New Russian Warfare is invisible. Putin compromises people who have access to you, people who don’t even know Putin owns them, people who don’t want to harm you but are forced to because they’re slaves and will be killed/imprisoned if they don’t do as ordered. Putin’s intention is to harm you but he can’t appear himself in front of you because he’s a war criminal and can’t enter this country legally, yet, so he attacks by getting someone you trust who has access to you to offer to, tell you to, or order you to do something illegal.

One of my doctors offered to lie on my behalf to Medicare when I expressed interest in weight loss jabs he told me my medical condition didn’t qualify for. He didn’t make it sound like he was breaking the law, though he was, or as a crime, which it was. He offered it as something to help me. No doctor is supposed to be offering to lie to Medicare for you, especially when you didn’t request they lie. Ask yourself this: why would someone who spent years in school to become a doctor risk their license to cheat the government. When a doctor offers to cheat for you, that’s a red flag. When someone with access to you offers you something of value to you but lets you know they’ll need to lie on your behalf for you to get it, that’s a red flag. In other words, they let you know they’ll defraud the government if you ask them to. If you ask them to, that’s conspiracy to defraud Medicare. I learned that the hard way. One of my half siblings tried to set me up for insurance fraud, state disability fraud, federal disability fraud, and Medicare fraud.

For the first time in my life I was ill. In my 50s I’d applied for disability and been denied. I had little money. He’d come visit me every couple months, buy me a little groceries, give me a little money, maybe $50 in food and money combined. More valuable to me he drove an hour just to see how I was. After several of these trips he asked if he could take a life insurance policy out on me. I was surprised but said okay. He explained he sold insurance at his job, that he had a new job and it would help him get establish. He’d pay for the premium. He said I’d have to tell the insurance company I was in good health. I was stunned he asked me to lie. He’d never known me to not work, I’d told him my health issues, I told him I’d applied for, been denied for, and was hoping Disability would change their mind. I told him he could take a policy out on me but I wouldn’t lie about my health status. He said he’d get the best rate if I said was healthy. I told him I couldn’t lie to the insurance company and tell them I was well and tell the truth to Disability that I was sick. I refused to lie. I called my mom to complain and she told me to do as he asked. I refused. We three didn’t speak for a while. I was astonished he’d ask me to lie so he could get an insurance policy. I’d never ask a person to lie, ask a person with health problems to lie and risk their Disability just so I could get an insurance policy. I was flabbergasted; it would never occur to me to ask someone to do that.

After he asked me to lie to his insurance company, I understood why he’d been so nice coming to visit me and giving me a little money. I had no problem with him taking out a life insurance policy on me if I could tell the truth, but he insisted I lie. Who even does that, what relative does that, what kind of person does that? Although I know nothing about how Disability assesses applicants, I was pretty sure they must investigate applicants and must have ways to learn if people tell them one thing and tell an insurance company something else.

I didn’t know he was entrapped. I eventually figured it out a few years later but I lived this nightmare, it wasn’t suddenly “eureka”!, I get it. My 50s were miserable due health problems, being unable to work, and because I learned many of my extended family are entrapped. At that time, I didn’t know who owned them. I went through all this and didn’t learn Putin and the Soviet Union were the belligerents until 1/2021. I’m one of the lucky ones. I evaded entrapment. Imagine being entrapped and being forced to entrap your family, lover, friends, etc.

Putin is evil.

2025 California Fires – what entrapment looks like on the ground

I’m a victim of the 2025 California fires and was denied a payout by a government agency. The smoke damage in my apartment walls was minor and didn’t show up using my smart phone. I was told, eventually, that the agency would send an Inspector out. She came, saw the slightly darkened walls I told her were smoke damage. She listed something I’d not referenced to the government agency: my patio, which had dirt covered items as well as soot and smoke from the fires, she took photos of those items, and included it in her assessment. I’d not included items on my patio for assessment because, although soot covered them, they’d been there for years and had dirt on them for years.

I was offered money for items, including items on my patio, which, left to my own devices I’d not reported to the government agency. When you’re asking the government, or anyone, for something, you yourself are the honest broker. I’d not asked the government agency to cover the items on my patio because they’d been on my patio for years. The government agency offered me compensation for those items. I returned the money. Why? I knew the damage I’d suffered and I asked only for help for that damage. I didn’t include property on my patio because I didn’t consider it a fair ask, since it’d been dirty for years. When the inspector came, took pictures of my patio, I was surprised she did, it hadn’t occurred to me. I got the money very fast from the government agency, unusually fast. I tried to figure out what bothered me about the situation. Something bothered me about it.

By 2025 I knew I was being vigorously hunted by the SVR. I’d warned my government about a pending attack occurring in January 2025. In retaliation, in January 2025, the SVR threw identity theft at me, at my small business, had a credit card stolen, had me cheated by another business. Later I learned they’d had my mother’s March 2025 Social Security stolen, leaving her destitute and unable to pay her rent. They’d not allowed her to get quality care in Riverside to lure me to her so they could assassinate me. I told my family; I told my mother. The SVR was all over me. When you out Putin and the Russian Mafia they kill you. If you work with Putin and the Russian Mafia they kill you. Putin and the Russian Mafia kill people. They loathe Americans. I’m American. I’m an American working to protect my people and my species from Putin and the SVR, hence Putin and the SVR have a hit out on me.

A decision had been made, not by me, to pay me for property I’d not requested compensation for. When asking for something, and something additional is added where you benefit, but it’s not something you think you should benefit from, don’t accept it.

I didn’t include items on my patio when I reported what had been damaged in the apartment. The operative who used to live in the apartment above mine used to sweep her patio dirt onto my patio. Also, the building owner removed the outside faucet handles from the water spigot years ago. Both things made it harder for me, though not impossible, to keep the patio clean. I knew that, so I didn’t ask the government agency for fire and smoke damage for items on the patio. Since the government inspector took photos of the damage and assessed damages, it was up to me to decide if I thought it was fair to ask the government to cover the cost. Everything was fair but the patio property assessment. I was not owed that, so I declined the tranche. I declined the tranche because it smelled “off.”

Our nation is trillions of dollars in debt. The SVR and before them the Soviet Union have hunted me unrelentingly for decades to entrap me and to kill me. There’s something about entrapment attacks. The attacker must insert something that harms you. It’s not something you’d ordinarily choose for yourself but it can’t appear to you to be a threat. Most people, left to their own devices, aren’t self-harming, so the attacker’s insertion can’t be something the target identifies as a problem. Yet it must be there, a miniature bomb gaining entry through our hardwiring. Most people think more money is good but you must pay attention to what that “more” is attached to. People, because we’re a life form who must consume to survive, think more is good: more money, more food, more vacation, etc. but the SVR weaponizes our “more” switch because it’s hardwired and most people don’t know we’re hardwired, which makes us easy pickings for Putin and the SVR.

The items I reported, the items I listed as damaged to the government agencies I applied to but which the government didn’t deem damaged as they defined it, were slightly smoke damaged walls in the living room. When the Inspector came, she added something I’d not added, items on the patio. She was professional, courteous, friendly, thorough. An African American woman, like me. What she included wasn’t something I identified as smoke damaged. I disagreed with her assessment so I declined the payout.

In the case of the weight loss jab, I could get it if I asked the doctor to lie to Medicare for me. He’d do it but who’d ask a doctor to risk their medical license to lie for them, and what doctor would offer to lie to Medicare for you? There are red flags all over that: things the patient shouldn’t do, things the doctor shouldn’t do.

With the 2025 California fires, I knew exactly what had been smoke damaged in my apartment and asked for help for just that damage. The government agency gave me a payout, but they added a component I’d not requested. Never, ever, ignore an amendment to your request. Ask yourself: “what’s this”? In the case of my patio it hadn’t occurred to me to include it in my assessment because I’d focused on smoke damage inside my apartment. Soot and smoke damage to property on my patio would work if I knew the fire caused smoke and soot damage. Since I didn’t know that for sure, I couldn’t claim it. I hadn’t claimed it but it had been added.

The ask I considered fair was included in my applications. What the Inspector offered wasn’t what I thought I should ask my government to cover, so I returned the money. A variation of the same thing with the compromised doctor trying to set me up with Medicare fraud. I wanted the shot, but I was uninterested in lying to Medicare to get it. Trust yourself. You know what’s fair in the circumstances. I’d never lie to Medicare to get a weight loss jab. I’d never lie to a government agency about smoke damage to property on my patio I didn’t know for sure was smoke damaged. So when I was offered those things, I declined them.

At this time, Putin can’t show up at my apartment and shoot me but he intends me to be dead, sooner rather than later. His lieutenants work to create any opportunity to kill me to please him. They’re his slaves. What he wants, they give him. For the time being, it’s illegal for them to come to our country but they own tens of millions of slaves here and control many of our institutions and systems. Because New Russian Warfare is illegal under the 1949 Geneva Conventions, they can’t call up the police station and order police to smash down my door and disappear me. Also, because what they’re doing is illegal they didn’t allow ops who’ve attacked me for 55 years to document the attacks they made against me so they repeat attacks. For the time being, they must entrap me. If successful, that will let them get me in jail/prison where they can easily kill me. My job is to stay alive long enough to help my people survive, pass on the knowledge and experience I’ve acquired.

New Russian Warfare on the ground

Your job is to avoid being harmed, try to help your people avoid being harmed. Your job isn’t to attack the compromised authority figure but to remove yourself from the snare. Read my December 20, 2025, blog about how I evaded an assassination attempt to understand what I mean about escaping snares. The cashier at the big box store, the manager, the police waiting to assassinate me, none of them did I yell at. It took me awhile, I’m not brilliant, but I figured out the attack and I laid it out for you. Begin thinking of yourself as a subordinate and ask yourself who the dominant is and don’t automatically trust that person. Don’t think because that person is nice to you or cruel to you that they are friend/foe. Instead, just get in the habit of asking “in this scenario, who’s the dominant.” In the case of the government inspector, she was the dominant, because she provided essential services. She gave her assessment and she added something I’d not asked for (which she didn’t know until I told her), something that appeared to benefit me but which I didn’t request. More. But it was not more that my situation deserved. Had she written her report and not included the patio property, I’d have accepted her assessment but she added something I didn’t think I qualified for and because I’ve been hunted, unrelentingly by the SVR for 55 years, they’ve tried to entrap me for over 50 years, to install a sex op into my bed when I was 15, and swarmed me with retaliation in 2025 after I wared my government about their pending January 2025 attack; they attacked my elderly mother by stealing her Social Security, it would be magical thinking to believe the SVR wished me well regarding a payout for the 2025 California Fires. Because the men hunting me now, don’t know what the men attacking me over decades have done, they’re flying blind. Because New Russian Warfare is illegal, no records were kept detailing the decades of attacks against me. Someone may have something describing part of attacks over years, maybe from my mid40s on up, because it was a full court press, but the men working to please Putin don’t know and don’t care the SVR has hammered me hard for decades. The use of the Inspector was a variation of attacks I’ve experienced before. 55 years is a long time to be attacked by the SVR. The attacks can’t yet be out-right hits where they have someone yelling Russian approach me and shoot me. In a dominant-subordinate tableau, in New Russian Warfare where you’re the subordinate, New Russian Warfare weaponizes the dominant. Although I’m not saying this is what happened, the Inspector who gave me more than what I asked for, but which couldn’t been construed as fraud had I accept the payout, well that would’ve landed me in jail and prison. Previous ops, for years, have entered this apartment when I’ve not been here. They’ve entered it illegally. If the Inspector was directed by the SVR or some of Putin’s lieutenants, they couldn’t have known because no records were kept because what they’re doing here is illegal, is that for decades the SVR has deployed ops to illegally enter this apartment. They’ve left quite a few things, all unpleasant. Fairly recently, someone entered the apartment and broke my kitchen faucet. I can’t prove it.

How I evaded entrapment attacks from my teens

I’m 66. To destabilize my life to that point, the SVR deployed hundreds of operatives to harass, attack and sicken me, they prevented me from getting effective medical treatment by directing compromised doctors to not diagnose me, they deployed my former employers to work me to exhaustion – doubling my work load, they deployed a compromised attorney at a legal aid nonprofit to direct me to apply for disability.  Then the SVR deployed at least four extended family members, including both my parents (one a retired police officer), to entrap me. By my early 50s, the SVR had been actively hunting me for 40 years. They were determined I be entrapped. I didn’t know they were there but I kept evading entrapment, not because of them, but because of me. The two times I lied in my early life I really, really disliked it. The guilt was huge and I hated it.  Fortunately for me and for my species, the SVR missed those two lies, one told in my late teens, and one told in my early 20s. Also, fortunately for me, I learned the value of guilt. Guilt tells you when you’ve done something wrong. You can ignore it or you can listen. I listened. What I learned was, no matter what I thought I wanted, it wasn’t worth the guilt. The third time I lied in my life, I was 65 and lied to prevent Putin from attacking our nation. At that time, the SVR had never known me to lie so when I said in my 1/4/2025 blog that former President Biden had in place a backdoor provision where if he was “accidently” killed at President Carter’s funeral, Putin and the Russian Mafia would be bombed, I knew the SVR would believe me. They’ve known me since I was 11.  They’ve read my books. They know I told everything in my books so when I said what I did in my blog, the SVR decided not to chance it. 

I want to point this out: the details I reference above, the coordinated full-court-press attacks against me spanning from my last full-time job which I think I took around 2007, to how I live today, December 22, 2025, I'm still being harassed by SVR ops and I'm a civilian. Imagine the attention to detail the ops surrounding power players in the U.S. Administration, the Israeli government, the British Prime Minister and Macron, imagine what Putin and the SVR are doing to the leaders and employees in those governments. The world is hoping West-allied leaders throw off Putin's influence, but based on my personal experience, where I've been swarmed at work, on the sidewalk, and in this apartment for decades, we'll be waiting a long, long time for our leaders to step up. Some are hog-tied, in my opinion. Meaning to save ourselves and our species, civilians must find a workaround to destroy Putin and his mafia-govt hybrid. If we mean to survive, we're going to have to figure it out for ourselves. At least we know who the enemy is and how he plays. Putin wouldn't tell us even that. He means to kill us. So, we know where we stand.

I know nothing about our nation’s secret weapons but in January 2025 I believed we were about to be attacked, I knew Putin and the SVR are nuclear war avoiding because of their strategy, so I lied because I didn’t want my people bombed. I also warned my government about the pending attack. Later I learned they were already on heightened alert. That’s why I can write this blog/article. I evaded entrapment for 55 years not because I’m perfect but because I dislike lying. It seems so simple, but it’s the truth. All the SVR entrapment attacks aimed at me failed because I learned as a young woman what was important to me as a person. I hated being victimized when people cheated and lied to me and I refused to cause others that anguish. I didn’t know those victimizations were attacks by the SVR intended to enrage, embitter and impoverish me. They didn't tell me they control people at a law firm where I temped and ordered them to refuse to pay me my week's wages, that they own the person I bought my used VW from which engine blew though she told me she'd rebuilt it, that they owned the car mechanic who totaled my old VW and refused to compensate me, that they ordered an op to hit me at a stop light while I waited for the light to change in my old VW bug, that they own the police department who refused to give me the name of the hit & run driver who hit me so I couldn't file a lawsuit against him, that they own the teacher's assistant who threw me out of a math test for cheating, even though he said someone was cheating off me, which, along with many other attacks, precipitated me dropping out of engineering school, The SVR attacked me in many ways and I didn't know they were there, but instead of passing on the cheating, lying and thievery they forced on me, I decided to not pass the cruelty on to others. Now they’re pissed that I survived. They do not want Americans and the world warned.

I refused to go through life lying, though the SVR surrounded me with liars and cheats which I discovered when I was lied to and cheated. I saw no need to lie. Also, when you lie you have to keep track of all that. As you can see, and I've not written the half of it, life was difficult enough without the added complication of trying to keep track of lies and having people I cared about distrust me, so I consciously decided lying wasn’t for me. Because the SVR is here illegally, in contravention of the 1949 Geneva Conventions, they couldn’t ask me how I was evading their entrapment attacks. And because their attacks were covert using proxies, I had no idea the SVR was orchestrating the many horrible things being done to me. I didn’t know the SVR existed, are determined to destroy us, and that I’d been evading their entrapment attacks for decades, I’ve lived 55+ years being hunted by a government-mafia hybrid determined to slaughter 4 billion people and rule the world. Unless our side gets itself together and comes up a Plan B, Putin will slaughter us. I'm publishing these blogs/articles to do my bit to help us survive. We're behind the curve and playing catchup because of the ambush nature of the attack and because many people apparently are entrapped and not free to talk about what's been done to them. The SVR is aware of this website so if you can visit it incognito you should do so. Also notice I collect no email addresses, names, etc. Shopify tracks who visit this site, I don't. My devices are hacked. I refuse to supply Putin's hackers with a one-stop-shop of email addresses.

Children born into families with parents and siblings already entrapped have almost no chance of being taught ethics. The last thing Putin and the SVR want targets to learn are ethics. Disinformation, New Russian Warfare is built around authority figures/trusted loved ones/friends/supervisors convincing people who trust them to do what they’re ordered to do, ignoring the risk to themselves. Conning people into self-harm, exploiting human hardwiring and chain-of-command, exploiting loyalty, love and trust, is what Putin’s New Russian Warfare is. Most people wouldn’t think their lover is setting them up to be accused of a crime, yet that’s what Putin’s New Russian Warfare does. New Russian Warfare entraps someone you trust/like, uses their skin as camouflage and steals their access to your life, to destroy you. Not because you’ve done anything wrong but because Putin wants to own the world and hates Americans.

Take, for example, a child bullied at school. Another child comes to his rescue. The bullied child feels gratitude never knowing the bully attacking him and the “friend” rescuing him are owned by the SVR. Most children have never heard of the SVR. After the child operative is accepted by the target, that operative can hook the target on drugs by encouraging them to experiment, can gain access to the targeted child’s family, can become a sex op in the child’s bed. New Russian Warfare is a very different kind of war, an anti-humanity weapon. West-allied nations don’t understand Putin expects to kill us all. If we let him, he’ll keep picking us off, one country at a time. No wars we've fought before, including nuclear war, have prepared us for this weapon. Humanity must be warned.

I’ve no idea how Nick Reiner was hooked on drugs, but he was hooked in his early teens, so perhaps as young as 13. He reportedly said he’d been in rehab 18 times in his teens. I can’t prove it but the Russian Mafia has controlled illegal drug flows into our country for decades. They use China to take the public blame for fentanyl, but it’s Putin and the Russian Mafia who're poisoning and killing our children and young people with drugs. If I could prove it, I would. I’ve never been interested in drugs, but by 15 the SVR began exposing me to drugs and as recently as a few years ago, so in my 60s, an operative gave me a drug, and a dealer approached me while I was propelling myself using my feet on my mobility device, because the SVR had covertly destroyed my mobility device batteries. The dealer offered me whatever drug I wanted, free of charge. I politely declined his offer and kept using my feet to propel myself past him.

Patterns

We’re refusing to bomb Putin, so expect him to treat us like he's covertly treating Palestinian civilians: herding the innocent from place to place in their own land by bombs Putin is responsible for having dropped on them.  Patterns of Putin's successful manipulation of govts are more obvious by the day. Forget about future elections for the time being, NATO leaders. We're at war. There won't be future elections unless we bomb Putin. That our leaders don't understand is a problem Putin deliberately hamstrings them with.  

Responsible leaders' reality is dominated by constituents who don't understand New Russian Warfare or how their diminishing quality of life, and their actual life, is being covertly destroyed by Putin and his regime so leaders must tell them. I saw PM Starmer being pressed in a short clip about other pressing matters in England and he had no easy way to say, "look folks, if we don't deal with Putin, it's over." 

On the surface, the Russia-Ukraine War appears to be a Putin versus Ukraine, Goliath versus David war, with Putin exploiting EU govt leaders fear of the US's displeasure of their pro-Ukraine stance, as well as weaponizing males hardwired instinct to obey dominant males, everything working in synergy to discourage EU leaders from rocking the US-EU boat. 

Our species, men especially, are hardwired to obey chain-of-command, authority figures and hierarchy because, descended from ape-like, pre-human ancient ancestors who probably lived in a male-dominated hierarchy to control access to females, we inherited their genes, which shape our brains and our choices. We can’t choose our ancestors and most of us don’t know enough about how evolutionary shaped our choices, making us easy pickings for New Russian Warfare which manipulates hardwired preferences we don’t even know we have. Often, hardwiring trumps intelligence when people don’t know they’re being attacked by an enemy through the backdoor of our genetic hardwiring. 

An example of this is how Putin manipulates us to listen to extremely wealthy influencers he owns we’d ordinarily ignore because they’re unappealing people. Putin controls the mainstream media. In human culture the mainstream media functions as a trusted authority figure so it’s critically important to Putin that the world doesn’t know the Russian Mafia controls our mainstream media, otherwise we’d know Putin is controlling our species and setting us up.  Often, you’ll read men described in articles, listing their wealth even before the article states their name. That’s because Putin exploits our hardwiring to get us to pay attention to influencers he wants us to pay attention to, even when we don’t want to. We can fight this predisposition and overcome it but first we must know we’re hardwired to pay attention to high status people and that Putin is weaponizing our hardwiring to manipulate us. Millions of years ago our prehuman ancestors coexisted in multiple branches and inter-mated. Some of our ancient prehuman ancestors had smaller brains, some larger brains. Those with larger brains tended to have more of their babies survive, tended to put aside enough food even when food was scarce, tended to avoid their sleeping spaces being flooded by a surprise storm because they’d noticed the gathering storm clouds and remembered what happened the last time such storm clouds appeared. All our ancestors could recognize overt threats like a saber-toothed tiger chasing them, but because of the difference in brain size some of our prehuman ancestors struggled with concepts like covert threats. But they noticed some in their group were more successful at surviving and began to mimic the more successful when the smaller brained beings weren’t quite sure what to do. Our ancient ancestors who mimicked more successful beings tended to live long enough to reproduce and tended to mate with beings who tended to mimic the more successful of them. Over millions of years, we, their descendants, acquired the genetic pre-disposition to pay more attention to high status people and be pre-disposed to obey them, which is what Putin is weaponizing. Instead of using smarter high status people, Putin enriched his slaves who he prefers to be dumb. He intends the money to be a loan he’ll reabsorb after he flips the world order and kills them, like he had Sinwar killed. I pray we stop Putin.

So in mainstream media when you see influencers defined by their wealth, even before their name is printed in the article, or soon after their name is printed, Putin may be weaponizing our hardwiring in a way most of us have no idea we’re vulnerable to. Putin’s intention is to force us to pay attention to, and possibly mimic, his slave. Putin controls the world’s mainstream media and exploits our hardwired predisposition to want to listen to high status individuals. Putin’s intention is to force us to listen to and/or obey his slaves even when we don’t want to. Mind-rape. Not all wealthy people are enslaved by Putin, but you need to know Putin deploys this weapon and why he deploys it: because he knows people have hardwired vulnerabilities we’re unaware of and he’s exploiting them.

Here’s an imperfect analogy. Say people are a car and Putin wants to steal us. He doesn’t have the manufacturer’s key fob but he has a hardwired key fob we don’t know exists. Instead of breaking the glass or stealing our key chain all Putin needs to do is manipulate our hardwiring to get us to open the door. He climbs in, gets us to drive to a cliff ledge, puts the car in neutral, steps out, and pushes the car over the cliff. Easy peasy, because we don’t know how we’re hardwired and Putin knows. Putin’s not brilliant or even smart - it's stupid to kill half your species. He’s cruel, selfish and anti-life. Stalin and his Crew developed Active Measures. Putin’s the wanna-be Closer. If Putin and the Russian Mafia can understand human hardwiring, anybody can understand it. It just needs to be explained, what it is, how it works, and how Putin deploys it. It’s aimed at children so children must be warned. They’ll have no problem understanding it when it’s presented to them as something they must know to better defend themselves against people who mean them harm. We warn our children to not get into cars with strangers, we train them to wear seatbelts and to brush their teeth. We’ll train them, and their parents and their society, to recognize New Russian Warfare attacks and defend themselves.

While we’re doing this, Putin and the SVR are attacking us so they’re a problem, especially since Putin expects to wrap this all up soon, within the next few years, 5-10, max. You can’t reason with Putin. He owns billions of people who don’t even know he owns them, the Chinese and Indian people, plus the hundreds of millions he owns in West-allied nations. He owns tens of millions of hackers and controls the world's mafia, cartels and gangs. It’d be far better for our long-term survival if NATO bombed Putin out of the blue, without warning but Putin's appeared to have hog-tied any government who can destroy him. He won’t stop hybrid warfare, we can use as our reason to bomb Putin, but we have to be willing to kill him and no one but Putin and the SVR appear to be willing to kill people. We better do something; else we’re not going to survive. If we wait for Putin to say, "I'm going to kill you," he'll never give us the opportunity to defend ourselves by being that frank. He’ll mumble “hegemony” or “flipping the world order,” phases as vague as possible. He'll never admit he’s covertly killing our children. He'll admit it to the world though if we let him destroy us.

Putin is anti-woman

Women respond differently to hierarchy because our reproductive strategy allows us to mate with whatever male we choose whatever their status, so we’re more fluid regarding hierarchy, a little less easy for Putin to manipulate using New Russian Warfare, a hierarchy-based weapon, which is why Putin strongly prefers men in "leadership" roles. Men are hardwired differently than women, are more easily manipulated using chain-of-command structure. That's why Putin pushes women and gay people out of military and leadership positions. Men and women are equally smart but men are more vulnerable to New Russian Warfare because it’s a hierarchy-based weapon and men are generally more hierarchy and chain-of-command oriented because of their hardwired reproductive strategy. New Russian Warfare exploits male reproductive strategy. Men compete for mates so can be manipulated to pursue wealth while ignoring red flags, making it easy to entrap them. They can be manipulated to cut corners and do all manner of self-harm and harm to others as they pursue the desired mate, especially if the mate is a sex op, which, of course, the SVR wouldn't reveal. I see at least three wealthy public figures with sex ops in their beds, the men older, the women younger and manipulating the men to give Putin what he wants. I want to warn the targets, but it's too late and I have no proof. They've accepted sex ops as wives/lovers. That never ends well. I'm a civilian, I'm not in the Intelligence field, but I've been hunted for decades. I've never seen a sex op fail. I can't help seeing it. It's loud to me. I can't prove it though. Putin exploits men's instinctive need to acquire enough resources to tempt a potential mate. Alternatively, women select their mate because they invest much more of their body's resources into their babies so they tend to be choosy. Even though men are especially vulnerable to New Russian Warfare, they're smart.  Once they understand their vulnerability, they'll have no problem avoiding being manipulated. Pretty much anyone who is told how New Russian Warfare works can significantly defend themselves against it. Not totally, but significantly. I speak from direct, personal experience.  Inserting a sex op into a targets bed is an attack.

To avoid rocking the boat, their hardwired genetics weaponized against them, EU govts aren't doing everything they can to save Ukrainians and themselves. If NATO were doing all they could, Ukraine would've been handed nuclear weapons and asked to use them against Putin.  Putin using New Russian Warfare hides his attacks from the dominant culture and the targeted govt until the war is largely over, which isn’t something he tells targeted nations. NATO leaders have months to adapt and effectively respond, not years. If they don't bomb Putin by summer 2026 or sooner, Putin will flip the world order. NATO isn't even considering initiating nuclear war against Putin. Putin knows this. Forget Putin's recent public rage. He's faking. Putin is well pleased. 

Targeted govts think they have years to analyze and strategize and adapt to Putin’s Ukraine aggression, but they've got months and days. Targeted govts aren't told Putin intends they will be the last freely elected officials in their country because ambush is the core of New Russian Warfare and if Putin told them, they’d bomb him.  New Russian Warfare is a nuclear war avoidance strategy because Putin knows he can’t recover from nuclear bombs dropped on him. That’s why he’s used propaganda for decades convincing the world nuclear war will end our species. Not because it will end us but because Putin knows it will end him. Also, Putin is ego, nearly all ego, with sadism and spite thrown in. He expects to steal America to use as his crown jewel, his tentpole for his Putin I Dynasty. He can’t take a victory lap in America if America has experienced a nuclear war. He expects to bomb America with a great many bunker busting bombs, his Israel-Hamas proxy war was to achieve many aims including so Putin can see how much bombing land could take and still be habitable. Putin wants America. He’s got issues. America is to be his and his descendants and neither he nor his descendants can enjoy it if it’s uninhabitable due to nuclear war. NATO already knows if they bomb Putin with nuclear bombs, they can expect retaliation from the Russian military and Russia’s allies, but if Putin isn’t killed in the first bombing, his whole thing is to seize America. A nuclear bombed America isn’t his first choice because he’s formed some kind of attachment in his mind that America is his for the taking, that it’s his destiny to form his Dynasty in America. I don’t know if NATO can use that, but they should know it. Also, Putin wants and intends to own Venezuela’s oil.

The closest Putin gets to telling leaders the truth is by threatening them. Leaders don’t understand Putin had just told them he’s destroying their govts. Putin knows current leaders don’t understand. He doesn’t intend current leaders to understand. If they understood, NATO nuclear-armed govts would bomb Putin despite their terror of nuclear war. The fact that EU leaders haven’t bombed Putin is indicative of how successfully New Russian Warfare has manipulated our hardwiring, trumping human intelligence, to heighten our fear. Putin is conning us into not using weapons we have to destroy him because of our terror of our weapons. That allows him to kill us without having to worry we’ll bomb him with nuclear weapons, which weapons he knows he can’t survive. Our hardwiring, which allows Putin backdoor access to manipulate our species, and our not understanding how New Russian Warfare works or knowing our hardwired vulnerabilities, means Putin is within a stones throw of destroying our species. Because he doesn’t say “I’m going to kill you,” we fail to think worse-case scenario, fail to piece together what Putin has done so far and what we can predict based on what he’s demonstrated.

Why so often Democratic govts won’t come to innocent people’s rescue, and why that must change:

1. Despite multiple governments harshly criticizing the Israeli government’s ongoing killing of Palestinian civilians, no government militarily intervened to challenge the Israeli government because Putin weaponized our hardwired chain-of-command genetic predisposition against us. We need to know this because it worked and we must develop workarounds when our hardwiring is commandeered against our species. Palestinians are our species. They, and many other victims worldwide, are being destroyed by Putin. Our species must change, must improve because we won’t achieve anything unless we can police our own species. America is top-dog and no government wanted to attack Israel for fear of America’s response. Former President Biden wouldn’t have bombed Canada, England, France, Germany had they militarily checked the Israeli military, but none of those governments risked it, despite Putin flooding the world’s media with Palestinian children killed daily. Takeaway: govts won’t risk themselves, their people or infrastructure for others – we must change that but first we must survive.

2. NATO nations and Ukraine requested the current U.S. Administration to aid in negotiations. I’m sure they had their reasons but I don’t know what they were. Putin was pleased, never a good sign for nations he’s attacking.

Projected Future Russia-U.S. War (this won’t happen as described below if West-allied nations launch an effective defense, but assuming we let Putin keep running the table, below is what I think may happen in terms of no one coming to our defense, based on human hardwired avoidance of challenging dominants) – Fear of antagonizing projected dominant Chinese government – hardwired avoidance strategy Putin will deploy against NATO allies 

3. Extrapolating out Putin’s strategy, to me it’s obvious he expects to bomb Americans because it rolls out naturally from his destroying our children and our families. You don’t destroy an enemy’s civilians, specifically prioritizing destroying families, unless you expect to genocide the people. As Stalin is reported to have said “no people, no problem” meaning you kill the people, you eliminate the problem. Putin needs Ukraine’s stolen land to feed his 20+ militia. He’s already got China, India and North Korea, etc. First, he’s delivering the American consumer market to Jinping because Jinping’s big on dominating the world market, especially America. Putin gives people their drug. Jinping’s is dominating the world market. Other leaders love gold, other people Putin hook on actual drugs. To Putin, all of us are slaves to be played and thrown away like trash. Jinping will give Putin his military, specifically his air force, ships and submarines, etc. Kim of North Korea showed a year or so ago that Putin’s allies don’t appreciate their soldiers being thrown away as cannon fodder so Putin will pay governments in Africa to provide disposable mercs as cannon fodder. Americans are well armed. It will take at least 20 million infantry to kill all Americans, which is Putin’s intention. He’ll use China’s air force, navy and subs to bomb us then use disposable militia to do mop up. Disposable militia he’ll pay with food for them and for their extended family, innocent Africans Putin has kept on the edge of starvation for decades, will risk their lives for food for themselves and for their extended family. To get militia willing to do this kind of work, Putin needs to just keep the food flowing to extended families, even when mercs are killed. When starving people see that their families are fed even if they’re loved one is killed, Putin will have an unending supply of mercs willing to sacrifice themselves because people are starving and the need to feed their families is nonnegotiable. When mercs are seriously injured fighting Americans Putin will let them die, but their families won’t be shown this. To Putin, his African militia are disposable, he won’t provide significant medical care for them but anyone who serves will have their family fed even if the soldier is killed. I don’t know how long the family feeding will last but it’ll be hit with starving Africans. This war will work because Putin will have destroyed America’s government, or installed someone who’ll let Putin do whatever he wants here. Putin will have seized control of our nuclear weapons, and largely destroyed our active military. I don’t know how he plans to destroy our military but he has plenty of ideas. We have nuclear subs patrolling the seas but Putin and China will know where they are, and satellites will reveal the rest. Putin and China can access most of our hidden weapons via satellite triangulation and by other means.

Retired American military will help civilians defend ourselves. Many people in America buy solar batteries for backup power and quite a few of them require an internet connection so even people hiding in the boonies will be found by Putin’s millions of hackers who’ll hack wi-fi, star link and/or Bluetooth enabled solar generators, batteries and other gear. Assuming Jinping floods America with cheap, reliable cars those cars will spy on owners and give away their location. Putin now knows the names, date of birth and address of everyone living and working in America so he’ll give his militia the last known addresses. What will our NATO allies do? With Putin controlling all U.S. nuclear weapons, and China fronting as the dominant backing Putin, you can expect no nation will sacrifice themselves to rescue us. Between what Putin steals from us, Russia’s own nukes and China’s nukes that’s over 10,000 nuclear weapons. Our allies with nuclear weapons: England, France and Israel, would be obliterated. They will be destroyed anyway but when Putin’s destroying America, England, France and Israel will be sad for us, as we’re sad for Palestinians, Ukrainians, Sudanese, Haitians, our people felled by fentanyl, etc. but when push comes to shove, Putin has demonstrated the world Stalin and he have created is easily divided and easily conquered, by weaponizing our hardwiring. After we survive we must reconfigure our species incorporating the many lessons we’ve learned.

By default, quality peacetime leaders avoid confronting a belligerent militarily because of hardwiring. America under former President Biden Administration is an example. The former President was warned about many possible scenarios by our Intelligence and military leaders but Putin didn't allow our former Administration to begin to see for themselves until 2021-2024. Worked to exhaustion, with trusted aids and confidants urging caution and the preservation of the President's legacy, President Biden's deeply empathetic nature, and our govt not knowing New Russian Warfare had had been on the ground destabilizing Americans for decades, nor knowing Putin had covertly facilitated President Biden into office as a Plan B if Putin couldn't get his preferred candidate reelected in 2020, we are being outcompeted, but only because we’re letting Putin do it.

To save ourselves, we must be willing to deploy nuclear weapons. That’s pretty much it, but to people groomed to be frightened of nuclear weapons, our fear of nuclear weapons is bigger to us than our fear of being destroyed by Putin. Most people after reading the attack I wrote above will think “surely America has top secret weapons they’ll pull out if need be.” We have top secret weapons, I don’t know what they are, but all weapons are controlled by people and New Russian Warfare seizes control of people via chain-of-command. Until we develop workarounds to Putin’s New Russian Warfare that exploits chain-of-command, in other words until we learn to decentralize on a dime, figure out a strategy that passes the baton (control of nuclear weapons) fluidly, effectively, quickly so any person, military or nonmilitary, irrespective of status can deploy them, we’ll struggle to survive this war.

Look at Ukraine’s superb maximization of drone technology. Although most Ukrainians don’t know how to work a drone in December 2025, probably after a week of training or less, they’d get it. In the war Putin has planned against Americans, civilians will need nuclear weapons we can access as easily as if they were off-the-shelf drones. This is a need because Putin’s New Russian Warfare neutralizes authority figures who control nuclear weapons. In this war, relying on chain-of-command won’t work. We need a workaround to survive. We don’t have years to figure it out.

Let me be clear: I’m not saying the current U.S. President will throw us under the bus. I’m saying Putin has a lot of nasty surprises in store for Americans and that Putin lives to ambush, shock & awe, etc. If I knew the dates and the specifics I’d tell you. I know Putin’s endgame, but only he knows the twists and turns he’ll take to reach it. I believe he wants a different U.S. President but I can’t tell you what he’ll do, if anything, to make that happen. Putin is very proactive and believes he’s god’s chosen son. He’s insane but doesn’t believe that he is. Putin has many fishing lines in the lake and depending on what develops and when, is how he determines his next moves. I know, 100%, the lives of everyone in America and in West-allied nations are under direct threat by Putin and the SVR but I can’t prove it.

I believe Putin will be 73 soon. He expects to seize control of the world in his lifetime and he wants the bloodiest part of the killing over between now and maybe 85. Unless we destroy him, Putin will continue killing millions of people the rest of his life and if we let him seize control of our species, he expects to kill 4 billion people: 2 billion in West-allied nations, the other 2 billion by shutting down climate warming gases production and starving the rest of the world of needed food and products.

I'm positive Putin, and before him the Soviet Union, have facilitated or allowed into office and/or removed from office and/or killed all U.S. Presidents since they covertly assassinated Kennedy.  Putin covertly assassinated former President Carter. I have no proof. I suspect, without proof, the SVR has covertly assassinated many famous leaders and artists here and worldwide. Drug addiction is a favorite assassination weapon. 

EU Must Transition to Dominant to Save Humanity

The EU is experiencing a dependency-hangover from decades of it's alliance with the US. The EU must shake it off or they, their citizenry, and indeed our entire species, wont survive Putin. Putin is manipulating EU govts caution and hardwired need to avoid irritating the dominant, Putin and America. To save itself and our species the EU must bomb Putin, but, coming out of the shadow of American dominance, EU leaders, most of them men (which is critically important because males are hardwired to bend the knee to dominant males, which hardwiring Putin is exploiting). Unless we understand Putin is manipulating our hardwiring to slaughter us, unless we bomb Putin, he will kill us. 

To survive, EU leaders must shake off their terror of nuclear war, which is hard to do. Humans must hack ourselves to survive, by hack I mean we must understand our hardwiring, right now, understand who and what our species is and how we navigate the world on a basic level, develop defenses to a weapon that attacks our instincts, counter the weapon, and survive. Think of it as if humans need a new ability to survive an immediate threat. Say we need to be able to fly to evade an attack, which is how flying insects evolved their ability to fly. They kept getting eaten and they needed to avoid predation so some of them jumped from predators, some of them developed prewings (I theorize), some of them developed tiny wings, and some of them developed wings. This took millions of years and a whole bunch of insects died but over time, some insects learned to fly.

Humans would have no problem countering this weapon, but we need time. We’re savvy enough. Our first ancestors were bacteria and archaea, never-say-die extremophiles who survived at least six extinction events and 3 snowball earth catastrophes to evolve us and trillions of other magnificent earth life forms. We’ve got our ancient ancestors survival instincts, who still survive on earth today. The problem is we’re under pressure, all our people must be informed with the enemy controlling mainstream media, and we’re under a Putin-determined deadline. Just as ancient insects needed to fly to evade a specific predator but had no wing structure, humans need to survive Putin but have no structure to help us launch nuclear weapons outside of chain-of-command.  Chain-of-command has been neutralized by Putin’s New Russian Warfare, so we need to decentralize on a dime. How to do that and destroy our enemy, while maintaining as many civilian lives as possible is our goal.

EU nations must reinvent themselves as an aggressive system, willing to bomb attackers, not see themselves as a primarily defensive system. They must switch, not because Putin is egging them on, but because Putin expects to flip the world order. Since our answer is no, and since we’re serious about destroying Putin, when he deploys hybrid warfare, which he’ll do, we bomb him. But we have to be willing to use nuclear weapons. Putin not deploying grey warfare is impossible. He and the SVR won’t stop. They’re all over the world, as best I can tell. The Soviet Union has attacked civilians in Americans for decades, I will testify to that. I believe, although I have no personal evidence, that Stalin had ops in America as early as the 1920 and 1930s, as soon as he knew he had a viable weapon he was off to the races. Because Active Measures so closely aligns with the Nazi’s belief systems, I suspect the Nazis and Stalin and the Communist Party fed off each other to create a racist, homophobic world view.

Although Putin actually likes this deal because it gives his theft of Ukraine’s land legitimacy, now he’s threatened EU leaders, he’ll remove EU parties from power who made the security guarantees deal and get his replacement officials to invalidate the deal. In America, presidents, supreme court and opposing parties get laws reversed. Women here  recently had their reproductive rights stolen. That's how Putin and the Russian Mafia work: women, people of color, gay people, law abiding immigrants, stripped of rights. If pro-Kremlin men in America think Putin has a carveout for them, they're mistaken. Putin loathes Americans. It won't matter that pro-Kremlin individuals, male or female, are in awe of him. Sinwar obeyed him blindly, threw Palestinians under the bus. Putin killed him anyway. There's no upside to accommodating Putin. You appease him he'll kill you. You oppose him he'll kill you. He's insane. Expecting fairness and loyalty from an insane, sadistic, stupid mass murderer of children is a mistake. 

I urge the EU to give Ukraine nuclear weapons with which to defend themselves and the next time Putin deploys drones against a NATO country or executes grey warfare in a way that can be proved, please use nuclear bombs to destroy Putin. What the EU is doing with security guarantees won't work because Putin will install new government officials who’ll revoke the security guarantees. Putin will continue to covertly attack Ukrainians, entrap them as Putin entrapped millions of American voters, get Ukrainians to vote into power a pro-Kremlin govt, and there you go. NATO is high value I believe but it’d have higher value if it adapted it’s mission to war machine when attacked. Putin picking fights with NATO by taunting it with cheap drones to get NATO countries to deploy weapons worth millions is what you’d expect from Putin but Putin is actually a serious threat, though he hides most of his evil because he knows he’d be bombed.

New Russian Warfare destroys the children of it's enemies but doesn’t tell West-allied nations and civilians and children have no idea Putin is attacking them because the SVR doesn’t tell targets and civilians untrained in psychological warfare or war. In other words children, have no idea why things go as they have in their lives and it’d be helpful to have the situation explained to them. The SVR attacked me from 1971 but it wasn’t until former President Biden began declassifying intel and reporting it in mainstream papers that I was able to make the connection between the attacks the SVR covertly subjected me to and learning the name of the belligerent. The SVR attacks covertly, without telling targets who they are or why they’re attacking them. They control store security and use store security to space harass customers. Years before I entered stores on my mobility device with my belongings strapped to it because the SVR has ops enter my apartment when I leave it and I can’t afford to leave food I’m eating and other necessary items to be broken by the SVR, so years before I began doing that, when I’d enter a store dressed in my office clothes to or from work, carrying only my handbag, the SVR had store security, plain clothed and uniformed, swarm me. It was terrifying. Now store security monitor me because I carry bags and I explained the reason but decades before I carried bags into stores I was swarmed by store security. Ops stepped in front of me when I went to select an item off the shelf or wouldn’t allow me to reach for something because they stood standing in front of items I usually bought, and the SVR has stores use cards to keep track of what individuals buy, making it really easy for the SVR, who control store security, and ops off the street, to harass customers in the store. Most ops say nothing to me. Some deploy their children to try to engage me. Some ops initiate conversation, the through line is covert harassment. 

After 55 years of covert attacks against me starting in 1971, I'm telling NATO and anyone who’ll listen if they think Putin will allow West-allied nations another 5, 10, 15 or 20 years to figure out an effective defense, they’re mistaken.  We're behind the curve. We're very slow because the SVR, Putin and the Soviet Union hid their decades of attacks against us. Children are especially vulnerable but so are their parents. I’ve had enslaved parents forced to harass/engage me with their newborns in tow, babies only days old. Women who should’ve been home resting after the birth were forced to the store by their handlers to harass me. Those women looked apologetic and afraid at the same time. I felt so sorry for them. They had no idea what their handlers would put them through. I knew what their children would be put through which is why I decided to write books warning children about this war. Before children were deployed against me, and before former President Biden declassified information and released it to mainstream media (Putin can’t stop specific articles ordered printed by the U.S. President), I didn’t understand the war. I’d been attacked for decades but no one explained why. I was kicked, stomped on, called racial slurs, sexually assaulted multiple times, physically assaulted multiple times. My battery on my mobility device died and I was pushing my mobility device and an op passing me as I walked on the sidewalk leaned into my face and belched. No lie. I’d be on my mobility device and ops walking towards me on the sidewalk walked directly into my path, causing me to swerve. Even when I rode my mobility device as close to the building as possible and left most of the sidewalk clear, ops coming towards me ignored the available portion of the sidewalk to walk directly into the path of my mobility device. When they did that, I stopped my mobility device moving forward. Ops on skateboards and jogging law enforcement officers harassed me unrelentingly on the sidewalk, and in crosswalks.

An op on the city bus lifted his leg to kick me in the face. I had to lean back on my mobility device to avoid being kicked in the face. I was lucky I’d noticed him about to kick me. Had I been looking out the window he’d have kicked me in the head. These were people I’d never seen before most of them were men. I was hit on three separate occasions by three different ops and threatened by ops in vehicles many more times. Some ops revved their engines as I was about to pass in front of them on my mobility device. An op sped down the alley with their lights turned off at night and I barely missed being hit by them by only a few feet. Ops who used to live upstairs deliberately destroyed my natural sleep cycle, having eyes on me inside my apartment, knowing when I had drifted off to sleep, they’d begin to drop loud, heavy items where I was sleeping but upstairs, or they’d drag their furniture at all times of the day and night, or follow me from room to room; or an op would appear suddenly outside my window and begin to laugh loudly as if they were insane. Law enforcement, plain clothed and uniformed were all over me, like I was a cartel leader, but I’m not a criminal so that terrified and confused me. Entrapped, the police couldn’t explain why they were harassing me. I witnessed a uniformed officer force a young man to harass me.

I ask NATO nations to bomb Putin and the Russian Mafia the next time they attack with drones or the next time they perform hybrid warfare. Putin's bread and butter is hybrid warfare, he'll never stop so if NATO is serious about the Putin problem, they'll find a way to destroy him. If they can't bear to do nuclear war then they can't. Nuclear war will be a nightmare. Putin will kill 4 billion people, including everyone in the EU and their allies. If NATO is determined to survive, they'll bomb Putin for deploying grey warfare against them, bomb him without warning because giving him warning is a bad idea.

Putin is working to slaughter us. Too many leaders act like they can't conceive of being slaughtered or that half of our species will be wiped out. They can’t conceive of it because they themselves would never do such evil. They know they’ve done nothing to Putin and the Russian Mafia and really don’t understand Putin and his government. Putin and his government inherited a highly effective weapon called New Russian Warfare and Putin has no problem killing billions of people. When you’re a mass murderer, you’re insane, you inherit an effective weapon your enemies don’t know about, and you want to be king of the world, you do what Putin and his government are doing: kill who you want to kill, take what you want to take. Imperialism would be dead by now, a tragic stain of a young species, but Stalin built Disinformation aka Active Measures aka New Russian Warfare, a weapon that attacks people’s hardwiring, effective primarily because people don’t know we’re hardwired. People can defend themselves if they have basic information about the weapon. Even children can be taught what to look for and how to better protect themselves.

A Chinese official called Americans ghosts during China's spy balloon attack during the Biden presidency. I recently searched for that quote. Putin's hackers removed it. AI said a Chinese official never said it. AI said a book I read a few years ago never existed. Putin likes AI. 

People struggle to make sense of a world in which they’re suddenly covertly attacked or bombed without reason. I’ve read articles where civilians say “one day everything was normal, the next day, the country imploded. There was no warning.” I read about an African farmer. He said “I was a farmer, owned my farm, it did well. Then the government was overthrown and chaos ensued. People came to my farm and stole it. They cut off my arm. Now I’m homeless and wander the roads with one arm.” (I’m paraphrasing as I don’t remember the exact words I read, but what I reported is basically what I read.) Ordinary people, whether here, in Ukraine, Gaza, Haiti, Sadan, etc., can’t conceive of the evil Putin and Stalin built because ordinary people would never have made the choices Russian government officials make. We live in a world Stalin built and he died in 1953. His acolyte Putin sees himself as the Closer. He won’t stop. To survive we must stop him.

In Elie Wiesel's book “Night” Elie, a Jewish teen in 1941 Romania, lived in a village who couldn't conceive of Nazis snatching Jewish babies out of the arms of their mothers, throwing the infants into the air so Nazi sharpshooters could shoot them. When a survivor of the attack, Moshe the Beadle, an immigrant who'd long lived in Elie's village and served as the synagogue's janitor limped back to the village to tell them what he'd witnessed, the villagers refused to believe him. About a year after Moshe's return the Nazis came and took the villagers to Auschwitz.  

Think of me as Moshe the Beadle. I've been covertly attacked by the SVR since 1971, starting when I was 11. My family as it once was has been destroyed, my parents entrapped and deployed to entrap me. This is what Putin's grey warfare looks like on the ground: family members tried to entrap me with unemployment fraud, state disability fraud, federal disability fraud, Medicare fraud, social security fraud, insurance fraud, Wi-Fi fraud via govt program serving poor people, tried to get me to be a drug mule, and many other attacks. I'm not lying. I'm under reporting.  Compromised police in my area, my doctors, the landlord of this building, the grocery stores where I buy food, many of employers, some of my neighbors, etc., have covertly attacked, harassed and/or tortured me, for years. The SVR began deploying sex ops to my bed when I was 15. My entrapped mother forced me to date a sex op for my first date. I’d refused his request so he called my mother who made me go out with him. I don’t know how he got our phone number. Fortunately my mother didn't order me to have sex with him and I was able to evade him after a few dates. Multiple people in my family are on drugs and/or alcohol, are recovering addicts or strung out and homeless. This is just some of the destruction the SVR deployed against me.  I've been covertly harassed and/or attacked about 3,000 times by strangers on the street for over 55 years, covertly harassed hundreds of times while doing something as basic as buying groceries. When I leave the apt where I live alone, ops enter it illegally, and break things and/or move things. An op entered the apartment within the last few months and broke the kitchen fawcet. About 1,000 of the 3,000 street attacks by strangers, entrapped Americans were forced to use their own children as beards as the parents attacked/harassed/engaged me. Sometimes the children were forced to be co-conspirators and harassed me too. That’s how I learned the SVR has a child army of slaves here, groomed and controlled by their entrapped parents. 

West-allied nations are like someone who, walking at dusk in what they believe is a safe neighborhood, see a man dressed like a banker in the distance walking slowly towards them and expect the man not to harm them as they catch a glimpse of a knife in his hand. Putin and his govt dress like businessmen for a reason. Hardwired into us from our ancient ancestors, who for the first billion years on earth didn’t have to contend with predation, were forced to adapt to being eaten with the appearance of eukaryotes, a simple cell that began engulfing bacteria, not to eat it, initially, but to try to adapt to the flood of oxygen archaea struggled to adapt to and which bacteria had an easier time adapting to. Our ancestors were hearty but predation was a new thing on a world transitioning from low oxygen to oxygen saturation. Our single cell ancestors, and as best I can tell all their descendants, developed this strategy: life forms that “looked” like them, “smelled” like them, “tasted” like them, were more likely to be allies and potential mates. Archaea and bacteria were already long accustomed to living closely together. Life forms that didn’t look, smell or taste like them were more likely to try to eat them and were to be avoided or dealt with cautiously. Putin and the Russian government dress like bankers and businessmen to mimic the appearance of their enemies, using visual cues to confuse targets into believing Putin and his government are trustworthy because they look like us. It’s another hardwiring manipulation trick no one gets but is, I think, one of the many reasons civilians and governments mislabel Putin. Putin and the Soviet Union deploy hardwiring warfare as their default weapon. Everything they do, how they look, everything is calculated to get enemies to lower their guard and to accept what Putin and Russian government officials tell them. Our hardwiring from our first ancestors are weaponized against us by Putin and the SVR. Now you know why Putin and the Russian Mafia dress like bankers and businessmen, it’s another weapon. Putin implies President Zelensky is a criminal. President Zelensky doesn’t understand hardwiring and visual cues as weapons. He went from wearing fatigues, now someone has him dressed in black. The person dressing him in black doesn’t understand how Putin is manipulating the world to destroy our species. Putin is evil. President Zelensky is an exceptional man.

Modern humans in the 20th century for the most part haven’t been prey so we're confused. Putin and his government do everything to confuse us. Putin expects to kill everyone in West-allied nations, every country where a girl can receive an education. Carveouts for mass education of girls are in place for Chinese and Indian girls because Modi and Jinping are helping Putin flip the world order.  Putin won't tell us his intention because telling targets they're about to be attacked triggers attackees to defend themselves. Putin refuses to warn us because he's determined to slaughter us with minimum risk to himself and his mercs. His strategy tells us his intention. 

My people, please believe me. This is terrifying but at the end of the day will you not defend our children because the enemy kills them covertly, without telling us? Introducing a child to cheap drugs like fentanyl that trigger intense addiction is covertly killing the child. Trying to help the child drains the resources of the family and the child is a victim so you can’t blame him or her. The attack is covert, there’s no way parents can track their child’s addition to the Russian Mafia because the Russian Mafia and the SVR have mastered erasing their tracks. Even with fentanyl, they use China as a cover to take the blame. The Russian Mafia doesn’t say they work with the Chinese mafia, The Triad, to facilitate fentanyl and other drugs into our country. It was my legitimate government under former President Biden who declassified intel which allowed me learn who’d been attacking me for 50 years. I was first attacked in 1971 and I learned the name of the belligerent government-mafia hybrid in January 2021. The SVR is destroying us and our children on the down low, under the radar. I’m positive Americans aren’t the only people Putin and the SVR are covertly attacking.

Can you see what is being done to our species? Are we so afraid of nuclear weapons we'll let Putin kill us with traditional bombs, bunker buster bombs, knives, and guns while he hides in his bunker? Yikes. It's crazy how Putin uses our terror of nuclear weapons to stop us defending ourselves with weapons we own. 

Where is our imagination? We can put two and two together. We can read history.  Most people don't know Putin ordered Sinwar to attack Israeli civilians to start the Israel-Hamas War. You don't hear it reported because Putin controls the mainstream media. Our Intelligence, military and Security are controlled by chain-of-command. The U.S. President is pro-Kremlin, so our Intelligence and military leaders aren't free to tell us their opinions, if they have suspicions. I'm free to write these comments for now, and my company has a website outing Putin and the Russian Mafia, for now. A reason Putin needs to re-establish formal ties here is to shut down the extensive anti-Putin sentiment in America. 

The SVR has stopped me from getting loans from companies I wanted to apply to but flooded me with loans from predatory lenders, has prevented me from getting many small business grants, making it much harder for me to out them using my small business. I've been working to warn my country and the world since 2012, when I knew I was being attacked but the SVR wouldn't tell me they were attacking me. My retired police officer father ridiculed me and did everything he could to stop me from outing what turned out to be the SVR covertly attacking people in America. I've told my immediate family Putin is attacking us. They don't want to know. I think their handlers deploy them to ridicule me. I refuse to stop warning my people and the world. 

After the U.S. President reestablishes formal diplomatic ties with Putin it's going to be harder for the few people like me focused on outing the SVR in America, to speak freely. Currently, Putin and the SVR are taking names and numbers, not only of the No Kings street protestors but people on social media who out them. One reason DOGE was established was, in my opinion, so the SVR can hunt down anyone in America who dares criticize them, whether they leave America or remain. Putin expects to kill all Americans - only Americans who's parents are foreign born ops will be spared, and maybe not all of them, it’ll depend on whether the ops adult child insists on bankrolling rebellions against Putin.  He’s not having that. Another reason we must remove him. After he’s no longer designated a war criminal and re-establishes relations with America, more ops here, more spies, worse for ordinary Americans. All the comments on social media, the millions of comments and commenters, will be cross checked by Putin's tens of millions of hackers against social security numbers, date of birth and the other information Putin stole via DOGE. People outing Putin and the SVR will be killed, covertly, to appear as close to natural causes as possible. 

NATO has a rapidly shrinking window of opportunity to save the world. If they let that window close, as my beloved former President Biden allowed his opportunity to close without bombing Putin, NATO will blame themselves for the future bloodbath that's the fault of Putin, his Mafia and Stalin. It's nearly impossible to convince people who don’t know you of a pending genocide of 4 billion people that hasn't happened yet. I'll keep doing my best to explain New Russian Warfare to the world. It's not over til it's over but our window to effectively defend ourselves is nearly closed. If Ukrainians take the deal because of Putin's guarantees it will be a mistake but asking innocent people to continue being bombed is a lot to ask. I'll warn the Ukrainian people, and the rest of the world as best I can. Putin will continue hybrid warfare against Ukrainians and their children and the world. The only way out of this nightmare is to bomb Putin and his govt with nuclear weapons, which will create more problems for us but at least Putin won’t be one of them. So far no NATO country will bomb Putin. My prayers are with the Ukrainian people, and with the rest of humanity, all of us hunted by Putin, his govt and the Russia Mafia.
