Our species can’t afford a mafia king. How to remove him?

As far as I know, the only way to remove Putin and the Russian Mafia from the world dominance they’ve seized is by nuclear war. Americans will have to be willing to die by the tens of millions, our infrastructure destroyed, along with our quality of life. In return for our sacrifice, our survivors will get the freedom to rule their own lives and decide their own future, without Putin and the Russian Mafia destroying their children and government. It’ll take our people centuries to recover but they will recover. It’s especially hard when the innocent are forced to sacrifice in this way. Ukrainians, Palestinians, Israelis, Sudanese, Haitians and Yemeni civilians, among many others, know the horror of being attacked when innocent.

I’m anti-war but sometimes a war is necessary. Destroying Putin and the Russian Mafia is necessary. Our government has tried since the end of WW2 to get along with the Soviet Union and later Putin and the Russian Mafia. Around 1950 the Soviet Union covertly deployed Active Measures against us, which is a psychological warfare-based weapon targeting human organization on the genetic level. They deployed the weapon against our government, and against our families, children and civilians, even though the Soviet Union had sworn not to attack civilians, women and children in the 1949 Geneva Conventions.

Putin and the Russian Mafia are determined to kill all Americans. If civilians in America refuse to allow military engagement with the Russian Mafia, Putin will slaughter us anyway. Putin is insane. Left alone, we are no threat to him but he understands that Americans will never willingly surrender our democracy for his master-slave model, with him as an arbitrary, sadistic master and everyone else slaves. Women and people of color, having fought decades for a modicum of political power, refuse slavery. Caucasian families, once it’s effectively communicated to them how the Russian Mafia has covertly attacked them and their children, refuse slavery. Putin understands he must kill us or put down rebellions endlessly here, and worldwide. He’s 72 I believe. He’s unwilling to spend the rest of his life putting down rebellions in America and he has no problem ordering mass killings.

Putin intends to murder all of us so he can move on to being feted by Russians and BRICS nations. I’m sorry for this terrifying information. The good news is we can stop him killing all of us if we’re willing to bomb him and the Russian Mafia. Some of our people will survive, if we’re willing to engage in nuclear war. It’s a choice between certain death for all of us under Putin, and the horror, nightmare and starvation of nuclear war, with some of our people surviving. Trying to bargain with Putin won’t work. He thinks he’s god and he hates us. Additionally, he and the Soviet Union are responsible for the climate catastrophe. He believes that by killing all Americans and removing our carbon footprint, it’ll give Chinese scientists time to fix our climate.

Putin is aware of my blogs as is the Russian Mafia and their allies. None of them believe American civilians will willingly authorize our government to engage in nuclear war on our behalf. Not because we’re wimps but because Putin has spent decades ensuring that we’re terrified of nuclear war, using film, mainstream media, etc. to manipulate us into not using the very weapon he knows he can’t survive. Putin is confident we won’t go there. Let’s surprise him. Let’s bomb him the same way he attacks our children, with no advance warning. If we refuse to engage in nuclear war, we have no chance of surviving Putin and his Mafia. This isn’t something Putin will tell you. He gives victims no advantage, not even the information that he’s attacking them. He leaves it to victims to figure it out, and if they don’t, he kills them or enslaves them.

Putin believes you will ignore me. Genetically, our species is pre-disposed to ignore the warnings of low status people. In our species I’m considered a lower status person because I’m female, low income and African American.  Like most Americans I normally don’t think much about status, but pecking order is a core component of Active Measures. To figure out why Active Measures is such a successful weapon - Putin and the Soviet Union have flipped the world order using it, we’re experiencing that flipped world order with the destruction of our government, our attacks against our own allies, and the current administration’s embrace of Putin. I had to understand how we use pecking order to organize ourselves, and how our ancestors used it. We are descendants of pre-humans who relied on pecking order for their survival. We have their genes. Think of our genetic material as survival instructions. Our genes control our response to stressors, unless we are trained to ignore our natural response. We can’t choose our genes or our ancestors. They come to us as the gift of life. The Soviet Union, Russian Mafia and Putin used Active Measures to weaponize our genes against us. I describe how in this blog.

Your genetic makeup tells you to doubt me. It’s not because you’re racist, it’s because of my status. If before my words, I was introduced to you as “the billionaire Stacy Hackney,” or if you saw a picture of me dripping with diamonds and furs, and obviously financially successful, you’re much more likely to pay attention to what I say. It’s not because you’re shallow. It’s because our long-dead ancestors bequeathed to us in our genes survival instructions based on status. Those pre-humans survived long enough to reproduce because they listened to higher status pre-humans than them, and their pre-disposition to listen to and obey higher status beings was gifted to us in our DNA. All people alive today are descendants of those pre-humans. Your genetic makeup tells you to listen to “billionaires.” Putin uses wealth as a marker for status. That’s why when his slaves are discussed in our media, they’re always described as “the billionaire…..” or “the world’s richest man.” Those descriptions are used in right wing, progressive and mainstream news feeds and reflects Putin’s control over our media. The phrasing is a form of psychological rape. The words are code to our inner human that we’re to trust and obey the person being discussed. Basically, we’re being hacked and psychologically raped. People think “why is so and so being given carte blanche”? Because Putin and the Russian Mafia are manipulating us on the genetic level in ways most of us don’t understand. Putin himself is the world’s richest man, no one else comes close, but he’s hiding that fact in order to destroy us.

We’re a pecking-order species. Active Measures exploits that. Our reality is based on our pecking order. Unless people are described as “billionaires,” no one would pay attention to them so Putin labels his slaves billionaires and uses them as advance scouts to destroy us and our government. Because we don’t understand psychological warfare and Active Measures, we’re fish in a barrel. That must change else we won’t survive.

We know the current administration isn’t behaving normally. Forget Putin’s cover story of rooting out corruption and waste in our government. There’s no reason to fire FAA employees, an agency that’s been severely understaffed for years. There’s no reason to fire IRS employees except it weakens our government’s ability to collect taxes. Putin’s endgame is the destruction of our government so he’s weakening our government’s financial might. Putin is promising his wealthy slaves a payday but more than that, he’s blackmailing and threatening them. I can’t prove they’re being attacked, but I’ve been attacked and threatened by the Russian Mafia for decades. They also attempted to blackmail me. I’m free to speak because the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia were unable to entrap or blackmail me. The “billionaires” reporting to Putin are slaves with no control over their own lives or behavior. They can’t stop this train unless they commit suicide. Knowing Putin and the Russian Mafia, they’ll have threatened the loved ones of the slaves with death if the slave kills themselves.

Why a mafia king is a bad thing

A king is determined to remain in power. His focus and priority are destroying challengers, not the continuation of our species, and not promoting stewardship of earth.  Kingdoms are inherently weak systems, dependent on the king’s quality of leadership, the quality of his advisors and their willingness to not kill him, and the quality of his military. Throughout history kings, advisors, and their military haven’t acquitted themselves well. Democracies, when allowed to actually function instead of being covertly attacked, are a superior, stronger governance model. When the world king is a mafioso, and his advisors are mafioso, that’s a significant problem. Instead of a victim having a system to turn to when they’ve been victimized, it’s highly likely that the mafioso got a financial kickback for the attack.  For example, the U.S. president recently said, and I’m paraphrasing, Putin’s behavior makes sense (with regards to Ukraine), and that, I’m again paraphrasing, Ukrainians attacked themselves. We’re in a world where Putin is the king establishing reality. That’s a problem since Putin is an insane imperialist. To get on and stay on his good side, people must lie. Or flip reality. How the current U.S. administration is engaging with Putin demonstrates why kingdoms are weak systems. You get a criminal and/or insane person as king, and everyone currying favor turns themselves into a criminal or can no longer perceive reality. 

That’s why the word “transactional” is so used often when describing the current U.S. president. Transactional, corruption, theft, fraud, grift, goes hand in hand. As the president removes the guardrails of our democracy, in my opinion, he’s making it obvious the continuation of our democracy isn’t his priority. To me it’s increasingly obvious that pleasing Putin is his priority. A logical question is “why would that be”?

Tragically for Americans, Putin as the world’s king means death for us. This isn’t just “flipping the world order.” Putin intends to kill all of us. If we wait around for him to deploy the many ways he has in store for us to die, we’ll be dead and Putin will be feted by BRICS nations. No matter what Putin says to his wealthy slaves, he has no intention of bequeathing America to them and their descendants. In his 80s-90s Putin will order killed any descendants of his slaves still alive. And he’ll steal their wealth. So the people out in front doing Putin’s bidding, thinking they’re guaranteeing their descendants power in the new government are being played. Putin has no intention of sharing. He has no loyalty. Just ask Sinwar.

Most coups are political. Active Measures isn’t just political, it’s a genocide against Americans. I know because I’ve witnessed how the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia destroy children and families in America. You don’t destroy families unless you intend to destroy the culture. Americans have never been targeted for genocide before. This attack is an ambush against even our children. That’s why I call Putin and the Russian Mafia anti-life. In a traditional war, civilians aren’t targeted. Active Measures targets civilians.

Putin and the Soviet Union threw earth’s climate under the bus

Because the Soviet Union and Putin were determined to seize world dominance at any cost, they threw earth’s climate under the bus. As early as the 1960s the Soviet Union knew our climate was struggling. As Putin rose in the Russian government, he learned about earth climate difficulties as well, decades before the information was widely publicly known. Active Measures was working in the 1950s and 1960s. The Soviet Union covertly assassinated President Kennedy. The Russian Mafia covertly assassinated President Carter. The Soviet Union set up former President Nixon with Watergate because he refused to sign off on Jackson-Vanik (which the Soviet Union used to pave the way for hundreds of thousands of Soviet immigrants to live in America, all approved for migration by the Soviet Union and later Putin). The Soviet Union removed President Carter from office and Putin removed former President Biden. They made sure Al Gore and Mrs. Clinton weren’t elected president and allowed Ford to become president because he was willing to sign the Jackson-Vanik Amendment.

Degrading our climate - The Soviet Union and Russian Mafia use cheap oil, gas and petroleum-based goods as gateway products to enter a country and seize control of that country. Most countries want, even need, cheap, quality fuels. It would’ve been far harder for the Soviet Union and the Russian Mafia to flip the world order if they couldn’t enter a country with something of value to offer. Once an energy relationship was established, the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia use Active Measures to entrap and blackmail the government, essentially, taking control of the government. Putin owns China, India, and many other countries. In some countries they were able to take control by first entering offering cheap fuels.

Had governments transitioned away from petroleum-based fuels in the 1970s, the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia would’ve had plenty of fuels the world didn’t want, so they buried information about our struggling climate because they were determined to seize control of our species and were convinced that keeping the world dependent on petroleum-based products afforded Russia the best chance of seizing world control.

That’s how the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia destabilized our climate. Even now, in the face of hard evidence, climate deniers are in the current U.S. administration. Putin knows our climate is degrading. He’s determined to kill Americans and offer the world our deaths as his way to remove the very people responsible for the climate catastrophe. It is a lie. Putin always lies. He caused the climate catastrophe, along with the Soviet Union. 

Active Measures was going so well, Putin understood as early as 2000 or 2001 that he could seize control of the world. I believe he facilitated the 9/11 attacks against us. I have no direct proof. Then he manipulated us onto a wild goose chase across the Middle East, spending our treasure and leaving our nation open to covert attack by increasing numbers of Russian Mafia-controlled American operatives. The Russian Mafia went loud on me when I was 42, I believe, so in 2002. By that I mean the Russian Mafia began to have me harassed and later physically attacked by strangers, to punish me for evading entrapments.

Putin isn’t a genius. He needs us to believe he is. He’s a liar, a thief, a criminal and a mass murderer of children. He and the Soviet Union single-handedly degraded our climate. So we have a mafia king who degraded our climate and to try to make it right for Russians, intends to mass murder nearly 400 million innocent Americans. Not because we’re cruel, evil or unkind, but the opposite. Putin intends to kill us because he can. He controls our nuclear codes, our presidency, Congress and Supreme Court. He’s degrading and covertly attacking our military and their families, and he’s destroying our government in preparation for establishing his own government in America. He expects to kill us. He intends to borrow China’s military after he delivers the American consumer market to China. When the U.S. administration asks him for help in restoring order in America, order Putin will be directly responsible for destroying, he’ll use his BRICS allies, and the immigrants he had deported from America (and is now torturing in their native countries by operatives he owns there), as mercenaries for his disposable army against Americans. 

Why have we been slow to act?

We’ve been ambushed. Neither we or our government have experience defending ourselves against a coup-genocide. The bulk of the Soviet Union’s and Russian Mafia’s covert attacks are aimed at civilians. Civilians have no experience recognizing psychological warfare so couldn’t report attacks to our government because they didn’t know they were experiencing coordinated attacks. Here are some examples of attacks against me by the Soviet Union using proxies: (1) I drove an old, refurbished VW bug and had a mechanic I liked in Santa Monica. The Soviet Union had an operative buy my mechanic out, inserted the new mechanic into my life as my new mechanic, and that mechanic allowed his nephew to total my car and didn’t compensate me; (2) I bought the old, refurbished VW bug from an operative who lied about the work she’d done to it and when the engine blew after six months, she refused to fix it. The Soviet Union conned my mentor into recommending her and because she cheated me, I no longer trusted his advice. The attack was designed to drive a wedge between me and him. I adored him but because he wasn’t owned, and the Soviet Union wanted me to have a sex partner they owned, they didn’t want me in a relationship with him; and (3) a law firm cheated me out of a week’s salary when I temped for them as a legal secretary. I was a new legal secretary trainee and not highly paid so a weeks salary theft was a big problem for me. These were just some of the many attacks orchestrated by the Soviet Union against me in my 20s and early 30s. I had no way to know an enemy foreign government was deliberately destroying my quality of life. These people and businesses were introduced into my life as separate entities, yet they were all proxies of the Soviet Union. 

I would’ve reported the attacks to my legitimate government had I known they were attacks against me by a foreign government, but I didn’t know that. I’m not the only American who didn’t know. The Soviet Union and Russian Mafia do not tell victims who they are. Victims have no way of knowing they’re under a coordinated attack unless the Russian Mafia wants the victim to know. I believe one of the reasons the Russian Mafia began overtly harassing me starting when I was about 42 is they wanted to understand how I was evading their entrapments. By the time they went loud on me, I’d evaded many entrapments by the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia, yet showed no sign I was aware of them. 

I wasn’t aware of them, but the operatives they deployed I was aware of, and I didn’t like them, so I evaded them. When operatives who themselves have been entrapped, they’re enraged. People were in my face I didn’t want to engage with and they were angry. I didn’t understand. Operatives who weren’t angry were just weird. The way they engaged with me was confusing, made no sense. Since I’m not an operative and didn’t know I was being hunted, I assessed people in the moment, how they presented to me. When someone’s behavior didn’t make sense, I didn’t stick around to ask why. I was working, sometimes three jobs. I was partially supporting my family. When I wasn’t working, I was sleeping or doing chores. Sometimes operatives were cruel to me and I barely knew them. When that happened, I avoided them.

There was no way I couldn’t known the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia were hunting me. Ask most office workers. It’ll never occur to them that foreign enemy governments and mafias are attacking them and putting people in their life to set them up. It never occurred to me. When people behave strangely I didn’t try to engage them. Because I didn’t know I was being attacked I couldn’t report what I didn’t know to my legitimate government. People who are entrapped are slaves. They are prevented from reporting their entrapment to uncompromised law enforcement. Pre-entrapment, I had no way to connect the dots to report the conspiracy against me. Our government relies on victims reporting crimes but when victims don’t know they’re under attack, they don’t report it to our government. So our government didn’t know civilians were being hunted and entrapped until our government was told.

Why we’ve been slow to act, continued

A hot war is horrific but it’s also high value intel. In a hot war you know you have an enemy and your life is in danger. The attacks trigger human defense systems at the genetic level. Because Active Measures is an undeclared coup-genocide, Americans defense systems haven’t been triggered. That’s a problem.

Trojan Horse attacks

Long ago, our far distant ancestors focused on finding enough food to survive without themselves being eaten. They had to be able to tell the difference between friend and foe. They decided that life forms resembling them were friends and life forms who looked different from them were more likely to be predators, and therefore were foes. This identification strategy was weaponized by the Soviet Union and Russian Mafia with Active Measures. Putin’s forward scouts are wealthy Caucasian males who resemble our former leaders. America has always been a male dominated country so Putin’s forward scouts are Caucasian males. If he was attacking China, Putin would deploy wealthy male Chinese scouts, if he were attacking India he’d deploy wealthy male Indian scouts. The Trojan horses (the forward scouts) must be recognizable to victims in the target country. Because the forward scouts look like our former leaders but don’t act like them, it causes confusion and dissonance among us. While we’re confused, the forward scouts seized control of our Treasury payment systems (which may report payments to our spies, meaning our spies may now be exposed). The enslaved forward scouts seized control of Social Security, IRS records, pretty much everything they wanted, simply because they look like us and the president ordered access be given to them. Putin loves ambush and chain of command. Control the top guy, you own everything he controls.

How Putin treats his loyal slaves

Putin and the Russian Mafia ordered Hamas to attack Israeli civilians to start the Israel-Hamas War. He did that for multiple reasons, one was to facilitate his preferred president be seated in the White House. You’ll recall Sinwar was killed Gaza. Sinwar was Putin’s slave. He started and continued a war he knew threatened the life of over 2 million Palestinians. Sinwar was Palestinian. When Putin and the Russian Mafia learned Sinwar was about to be captured by Special Forces, Putin ordered Sinwar assassinated. Putin and the Russian Mafia could’ve secreted him out of Gaza and to Russia and only a few of Putin’s inner circle would’ve known. Instead, Putin had Sinwar shot in the head and a building dropped on him. Putin did this because Sinwar would’ve talked if captured and would’ve outed Putin to the world. No one enslaved by Putin or the Russian Mafia is outing them. 

This is what I think is coming our way in the relative near term, listed in no particular order

Putin plans to try to use our military to attack Ukraine, Canada, Greenland, the Panama Canal, and/or Gaza, etc. He’ll push our military as far as he can, while covertly attacking and destabilizing our warriors and their families. Simultaneously, he and the Russian Mafia are degrading government services for civilians in America, to push nationwide protests and chaos here like he did in Haiti, Sudan, and many other countries. He knows our military won’t fire on Americans and I think our police will stop firing on us after a few mass attacks result in the deaths of many children. Putin likes arson to force people sheltering in place to flee and then have operatives shoot them as they flee burning buildings. No doubt he’ll use that strategy against Americans so people should try to think about defending themselves now. With all the Putin and Russian Mafia ordered mayhem, the current administration will declare our democracy ungovernable and install a new government. It won’t be publicized that Putin and the Russian Mafia control the new government. That new government will have no security apparatus to restore order, and will ask Putin, North Korea, Iran, Israel, China and other BRICS nations for military assist. That’s how civilians in America will find ourselves bombed by China and attacked by Putin’s mercenaries in America. That’s in our future unless we bomb Putin. Putin already controls our nuclear codes. He is zero percent unlikely to leave America in 4 years.

Cancer-Causing Toilet Paper

The Russian Mafia has developed cancer-causing toilet paper as a weapon. I know because during covid they went out of their way to have operatives give me toilet paper I never requested. They also used an operative to put something in my food which caused me to experience diarrhea, necessitating a need to use toilet paper.

At the start of covid, an operative who was very sick with a flu-like illness, and who had access to me insisted on getting up from her sick bed and bringing me toilet paper I didn’t ask for, driving about an hour and a half to do so. During her visit she made me sick. I got covid from her but I was never diagnosed. For me covid felt like a bad case of the flu. I believe her handlers ordered her to visit me so she could infect me with covid, and also to bring me compromised toilet paper. Additionally, during the covid emergency she and her spouse brought me an opened package of toilet paper, again unasked. I forget what their explanation was, but they had one. Another time during covid she ordered toilet paper from a big box store and had it delivered to me. I returned it to the big box store, unopened. The worker didn’t want to accept the return. After that, during covid, the big box store began a policy of not accepting returns of unopened toilet paper. Another operative put something in my food to cause me to experience diarrhea. Because of the Russian Mafia going out of their way to give me toilet paper and diarrhea, I believe they’ve developed a weapon using toilet paper as a delivery system. I’m concerned the Russian Mafia will harm our soldiers with weaponized toilet paper to make them ill. I ask that we double-test our warriors toilet paper to ensure it’s free of pathogens, if that can be practically done.

Grid, Internet and Phone Attacks

I also believe the Russian Mafia and/or their allies are planning (1) a nationwide grid attack, (2) cellular phone service attacks, and (3) an attack against our internet providers. The only timeline I’d be willing to bet on would be for the grid attack to be in summer, because the lack of air conditioning would cause the most misery to us and potential loss of life to those in the part of our country where air conditioning is essential. The Russian Mafia has attacked me via the grid and the phone many times. I may have witnessed a setup for a grid attack last week, after I paid a bill using the City of Santa Monica’s online payment system. I’m not positive it was a setup for an planned Internet attack but I found it suspicious.
