“Russia Signs Satellite Deal With Three West African Military Juntas - the partnership between Russia’s space agency and the governments of Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger deepens these countries’ turn toward the Kremlin….,” Elian Peltier (New York Times 9/24/2024).

The military leaders of Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger might want to reconsider closer ties with the Russian Mafia and Putin. I am a 64 year old African American woman who Soviet Union operatives began attacking in America in 1971 when I was 11. They’d destroyed my mother’s career and made me and my family homeless by the time I was 12. After the Soviet Union ended, the subsequent government, the Russian Mafia headed by Putin, expanded the attacks and harassment against me which continue to the present. Because of my decades of experience being attacked by Russia, I know some of their strategies. I’m working to warn people worldwide.

This is how the Russian Mafia stealthily seizes a country:

• They establish a legitimate reason to be in the country.

In the case of Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger the above-referenced article says “Russia will deploy telecommunications and remote-sensing satellites over three West African countries led by military juntas that had already cut ties with American and European allies and turned toward the Kremlin for military support to contain Islamist insurgents.” The partnership was signed to “strengthen security, manage natural disasters and improve internet access.” The article goes on to say “Russia’s space agency would help the three countries create a telecommunications system across their vast territories. It would also deploy satellites designed to monitor the countries’ border areas, where Islamist insurgents affiliated with Al Qaeda and the Islamic State move freely and regularly attack military troops and civilians…..the satellites would also help the countries manage the effects of climate changes, which has had a devastating impact on West Africa and elsewhere on the continent. In recent weeks, more than 1,000 people have died in the region as a result of flooding, and four million others have been affected.”

What the article doesn’t say is: (1) the Russian Mafia and Soviet Union caused the climate catastrophe by refusing to allow scientists to inform civilians for decades that our climate was beginning to destabilize because the Russian Mafia’s preferred entry to target a country is by offering petroleum products. If the world had begun slowing it’s use of petroleum-based fuels decades ago, the Russian Mafia, who has been working a coup-genocide against American civilians and our government for decades, wouldn’t have had an “easy-in” with nations they want to fleece; and (2) it’s highly likely that the Russian Mafia covertly support, facilitate and/or encourage insurgents affiliated with Al Qaeda and the Islamic State to terrorize and attack troops and civilians in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger in order to “herd” the juntas into forming closer ties with the Russian Mafia. I can’t prove this because I’m not in the Russian Mafia’s inner circle nor am I an operative. But having been covertly attacked by Russia for most of my life, I know some, not all, of their strategies. The Russian Mafia “create” their luck and their opportunities. They’re highly proactive and have no problem lying to targets to encourage them to view the Russian Mafia as allies, when they’re actually racist apex predators. Additionally, they are masters of psychological warfare. No matter how battle-hardened soldiers are, unless they understand how the Russian Mafia attacks chain of command systems, which is how people organize themselves, before they know it the juntas controlling Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger will be enslaved by the Russian Mafia, if they already aren’t.

The Russian Mafia loves chain of command systems like the military, police, families, employer/employee, etc. because all they need do is entrap a few people at the top, blackmail them, and force them to entrap their subordinates. I know this because the Russian Mafia has tried to entrap me for decades using my parents, siblings, employers, doctors, law enforcement, etc.

The Russian Mafia creates pressure on targets to herd the military juntas into being amenable to the Russian Mafia’s overtures. The insurgents are criminals so they’re unlikely to tell the juntas or people they’re attacking in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger that the Russian Mafia is paying them and/or forcing them to attack civilians and/or military. The Russian Mafia creates a reason for the juntas to turn to Putin. The article says the insurgents have murdered tens of thousands of people and that fits with the Russian Mafia’s agenda: they hate people of color and believe that the less of us, the better. But even if Africans were light skinned, the Russian Mafia would slaughter them because they believe they’re the master race and the rest of us are to be killed or enslaved, the world’s riches owned by the Russian Mafia. They’re the definition of imperialists and have no problem covertly murdering tens of thousands of innocent people who happen to be brown. They’re demonstrating it via proxy in Gaza and Lebanon. What you won’t read about the Israel-Hamas War in the newspaper is the Russian Mafia covertly terrorized Israeli government officials for decades so that now, the Israeli government won’t stop shooting their enemies unless they run out of bullets. In other words, the Russian Mafia has radicalized the Israeli government using a variation of how they’re radicalizing Palestinian civilians and Iran’s back-benchers. The Russian Mafia always has mess going. They run a Divide & Conquer world strategy because it works for them. They’re weeks away from learning if they’ll seize control of my country. They cannot wait to slaughter us.

• Once they’re in the country, the Russian Mafia looks around to see what’s of value they can steal. Although Putin and some of the individuals in the Russian Mafia are the wealthiest men in the history of the world, they always want more. The article references Mali’s gold mines. The Russian Mafia (working through Glavkosmos, an affiliate of Russia’s space agency) plan to map out the mines using satellites. While they’re there, the partnership is supposedly for five years but it won’t matter, the Russian Mafia will take control of the countries and their assets.

How?

• Chain of command. The junta leaders are already owned or are in the process of being owned. The top guys will be enslaved and forced to entrap their subordinates. That’s how the Russian Mafia and the Soviet Union have attacked America’s police and families and other systems. I’m positive they’ve deployed a variation of that attack strategy against China, India, Israel, etc. because it works for them. If you see Putin and Jinping, Jinping clings to Putin’s hand. I’ve seen it in a video when the two leaders were making an announcement. I’ve no problem with men holding hands, but it’s surprising to see a world leader do it in the way Jinping did, as if Putin was his father and Jinping took comfort in his presence. It was a noticeable behavior.
• What the juntas don’t know is that while the Russian Mafia is in their countries scoping them out, they’ll attack the children in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger. They do so to destroy the nation’s next generation of leaders. Children who show any sign of strength in the form of loyalty, kindness, ethics, willingness to work hard, self-sacrifice, bravery, those children will be destabilized, hooked on drugs, sent to jail on trumped up charges, their families destroyed. Why? Because children exhibiting those characteristics are the natural leaders in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger. The Russian Mafia knows this and so attacks those children. After the junta leaders who made the deal with the Russian Mafia have been covertly killed by the Russian Mafia or if they’re lucky retire, the next generation of leaders will be men the Russian Mafia has compromised and corrupted. They won’t be Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger’s natural leaders but will be faux leaders. That’s how the Russian Mafia steals the country: they enslave the people, usually authority figures who they then force to entrap subordinates. That’s easy to do in countries run by military chain-of-command systems.

I know their strategy because the Soviet Union attacked me for decades because I stood up for my younger brother when another child owned by the Soviet Union hit him for no reason right in front of me. I was 11. The Soviet Union didn’t tell me the bully was owned by a foreign enemy government. The Soviet Union and the Russian Mafia aren’t big on transparency. Around the time of that incident, they had another bigger, older boy threaten to beat me up on the school bus. When I exited the bus I picked up a brick and turned to face him. I was 11. I didn’t know I was exhibiting strength but the Soviet Union knew. They and the Russian Mafia have covertly destroyed my quality of life since I was 11.

The junta in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger have sealed the fate of their children by making a deal with the devil. They can only hope their nation's gold mines aren’t plentiful and there’s little of value for the Russian Mafia to steal. If the juntas can, it’d be far better for their people to not renew the partnership between them and the Russian Mafia after it expires in five years. The children in Burkina Faso, Mali and Niger will thank them.
