Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin Stops the Russian Mafia from using Nuclear Weapons Against Ukrainians; Former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Mark Milley has a Back Channel Discussion with General Gerasimov confirming nuclear weapons won't be used

In his new book War Bob Woodward describes how Mr. Austin prevented Ukrainians from being bombed with nuclear weapons by the Russian Mafia, who had been considering deploying nuclear weapons. On Friday, October 21 (presumably 2022 although Mr. Woodward doesn’t state the year in this paragraph), Mr. Austin spoke by phone to Russia’s defense minister Sergei Shoigu. Nearly all of the quoted language is spoken by Mr. Austin:

“We know you are contemplating the use of tactical nuclear weapons in Ukraine,” Austin said bluntly in his deep baritone voice. “Let me tell you a few things about that.”

“First,” he said, “any use of nuclear weapons on any scale against anybody would be seen by the United States and the world as a world-changing event. There is no scale of nuclear weapons that we could overlook or that the world could overlook.”

“Any use of nuclear weapons anywhere would implicate the vital national interests of the United States,” Austin said. “Why? Because we cannot live in a world where nuclear powers use nuclear weapons against non-nuclear powers with impunity. We can’t live in that world. So you may believe that Ukraine matters more to you than us but in this circumstance this matters just as much to us as it matters to you.”

“It wouldn’t matter how small the nuclear weapon is,” Austin said.

“Shoigu just listened. Despite being heralded a general with a Soviet uniform adorned with medals, Shoigu had never served in the military before Putin appointed him as defense minister.

“If you do this, “Austin said, “it would be the first use of nuclear weapons anywhere in world in three-quarters of a century and it could set in motion events that you cannot control and we cannot control.”

“Our leaders and your leaders have repeatedly said a nuclear war can never be won and should never be fought. This could put us on the path of a confrontation that would have existential implications for you and for us. Don’t step on that slippery slope,” Austin said.

Austin moved to his next point. “If you did this, all the restraints that we have been operating under in Ukraine would be reconsidered,” he said. “We have taken care not to do certain things. There are certain things we haven’t provided the Ukrainians. There are certain restrictions we’ve put on how they can use the stuff we’ve given them and we have not directly intervened in the conflict against your forces. If you did this, all of those constraints, all of those restraints we have imposed on ourself would be reconsidered.”

The message of direct retaliation could not be more starkly presented.

Austin delivered his final point. “All these actors in the world that you think are your friends or who are looking aside, would all turn against Russia in this scenario – the Chinese, the Indians, the Turks, the Israelis,” he said. “This would isolate Russia on the world stage to a degree you Russians cannot fully appreciate.”

“I don’t take kindly to being threatened,” Shoigu finally responded.

“Mr. Minister,” Austin said bluntly with not a hint of anger, “I am the leader of the most powerful military in the history of the world. I don’t make threats.”

I thank you Defense Secretary Austin for magnificently standing up for Ukrainians against the evil Russian Mafia.

Mr. Austin was hospitalized in early 2024 due to an infection that was a complication from an elective procedure. I believe the Russian Mafia made that complication happen by inserting a compromised tool into the hands of the medical staff caring for him. I can't prove it.

After reading the sections of War I've read, I think I better understand the context in which the complication happened, it occurred after Mr. Austin’s showdown with the Russian Mafia after he protected Ukrainians from nuclear attacks by Putin.

The Russian Mafia has deployed medical staff against me for decades: two of my previous doctors tried to entrap me, one tried to entrap me on two separate occasions; another doctor tried to get me on psychotropic drugs and her medical center rigged a sleep apnea test against me. The Russian Mafia controls some of our medical centers, doctors, staff and pharmacies in America. They told me by using operatives in those groups to attack me. That’s why I believe Mr. Austin’s complication was a set up by the Russian Mafia. They couldn’t kill him, our government would know they did it, but they infected him for a reason. He’s part of our nuclear launch code and the Russian Mafia is determined to slaughter us. To do that they must de-fang us, i.e. seize control of our nuclear weapons launch sequence. It's possible the Russian Mafia caused Mr. Austin’s infection to steal his knowledge. 

I’ve had two surgeries. While in twilight post-surgery the Russian Mafia had operatives question me to get incriminating information from me and then tried to blackmail me. I can’t be blackmailed or publicly humiliated or made to accept denigration of my character. My character is outstanding. There are many people I love (I love Americans and I love all nationalities and ethnicity’s and religions from the North pole to the South, worldwide. And I love all earth life forms). Some people I not only love, but respect and like. I love, respect and like myself. I am a decent person. I’m far from the only decent human being, most Americans, many people worldwide are decent. The Russian Mafia can’t steal my self-worth from me, although the Soviet Union and the Russian Mafia have tried for over 53 years.

I learned I can’t be blackmailed after the Russian Mafia tried it, using maybe 10 operatives and multiple types of attacks, from physical intimidation and threats to email and phone calls. I refused to be cowed. They tried when I was in my mid to late 50s, I don’t think I was over 60. I knew I had a powerful enemy because they’d deployed hundreds of police, multiple thousands of strangers, my landlord, my coworkers, store employees, most of my employers, and my family against me. The Russian Mafia hides their identity, covertly attacks children through adults using proxies. I know because the Soviet Union first attacked me in 1971 when I was 11 and continue to attack me to the present (10/2024). I’d willingly tell the world every mistake I’ve ever made rather than let the Russian Mafia destroy my people, the world’s people and earth habitability. Because of their blackmail attempt, which they set into motion by getting my then-surgeon to convince me to agree to a second, unnecessary scape out of my uterus, which my then-surgeon told me was necessary, and then questioned me during twilight sleep (which questioning I don’t remember), and then tried to blackmail me (which blackmail attempt I do remember), after learning of Mr. Austin’s infection, I understood the Russian Mafia were highly likely to have caused it, even though they deployed this attack against me years before they deployed it against Mr. Austin, and years before I knew it was the Russian Mafia assaulting me.

The end of January 2021 was the month I began to learn the Russian Mafia was the perp covertly destroying my quality of life. The Russian Mafia works in America illegally. They don’t tell people in America they’re Russian Mafia. I learned the Russian Mafia’s attacks long before I learned who was attacking me. I’d go to a university bookstore and the Russian Mafia would have security stare at me like I was about to rob the bookstore. From my mobility device. Bus drivers and bus riders harassed me. Strangers on the street. I was attacked in grocery stores. My doctors office wouldn’t return my calls. I couldn’t get prescriptions filled.

A person who is tortured knows their torturer better than anyone knows the torturer. No matter how benign and businessman-like Putin looks, he’s a monster. He murders children. He destroys families. He’s working to slaughter us. While smiling. We don’t need to be afraid of him but we need to understand him, his intentions concerning us, and we need to understand the Russian Mafia. They aren’t a government. Governments compromise. The Russian Mafia destroys or enslaves their enemies. To the Russian Mafia, American civilians are enemies. Don’t vote for a proKremlin candidate. It’ll be the last mistake you make. Remember: you’re choosing not just for yourself but for children in America too young to vote.

Because of their blackmail attempt against me, and how they facilitated it, I believe it is highly likely the Russian Mafia caused Mr. Austin’s infection. I am happy Mr. Austin fully recovered and am relieved our government announced they’d changed our nuclear launch system ("Biden's Secret Nuclear Weapons Strategy: Everything We Know About New Plan," Kaitlin Lewis (Newsweek 8/20/2024). We currently control our nuclear law sequence. The Russian Mafia is working to install Trump to steal our nuclear weapons from us. And destroy us.

I ask Mr. Trump to cancel his presidential campaign and to not allow himself to be used as a weapon by our enemies to slaughter us.

At the Pentagon, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs General Mark Milley also had a secure phone call with his counterpart in Russia, General Valery Gerasimov. Much of their conversation is below.

“General Gerasimov,” Milley began. “Some of your political leaders are rattling the nuclear sabre and they're talking about the use of nuclear weapons. That has a lot of people’s attention so I need you to tell me: Under what conditions you would use nuclear weapons?”

Milley was blunt. He had known Gerasimov for years. In the room with Milley were people from the intelligence community listening in on the call.

“You already know under what conditions,” Gerasimov said, “because you have our manuals and our doctrine.” He cited a page number.

“Well, I appreciate that,” Milley said. “I don’t have the manual in front of me. I need you to tell me under what conditions you’re going to use nuclear weapons.”

He wanted to hear them from the Russian general directly.

“Okay,” Gerasimov replied. “It’s public by the way. You can look up the conditions.” But he recited Russia’s nuclear doctrine.

“If there's an attack on Russia that threatens the stability of the regime,” Gerasimov said, “condition one.” Milley knew that could be interpreted as a threat to the Russian government or to Putin himself.”

“Second,” Gerasimov said, “is if a foreign power attacks Russia with a weapon of mass destruction so that’s chemical, biological or nuclear.”

“Third,” Gerasimov recited, “Russia reserves the right to use tactical nuclear weapons in the event of catastrophic battlefield loss.”

“Those are the conditions under which we will do it,” he added.

“Well, that’s good,” Milley said, “because none of those conditions are going to obtain so I guess you’re not going to use nuclear weapons because nobody is going to attack you with a weapon of mass destruction. No one is doing any kind of regime change. And my analysis of the battlefield is I don’t think you’re going to be suffering a catastrophic loss like losing your entire army so…”

Milley was satisfied. Gerasimov had conveyed and agreed to the established conditions in Russia’s nuclear doctrine. Nothing had changed there at least.

“Great,” Milley said. “I’ll pass what you said on to my government.”

“Okay, thanks,” Gerasimov replied.

Thank you General Milley for helping protect Ukrainians from a nuclear attack by the Russian government. Thank you for calling Trump out as the fascist he is. I believe that because you did so, General Kelly felt more comfortable outing Trump this close to the election after Trump began publicly saying he’d use the military against civilians critical of him if he were re-elected.

Trump is a fascist. Unfortunately many people in America don’t know what a fascist is. I had to look it up. A fascist is someone who believes in one party rule, with a man ruling the country backed by a military loyal only to him. It’s taking a step back in history when kings and pharaohs ruled and most people were slaves. If Trump was publicly promoting slavery, he wouldn’t have millions of Americans supporting him.

He gives hints: a military deployed against civilians. And most Americans need to understand that if the Russian Mafia seats Trump, tens of millions of Americans will protest. It’ll bring the nation to a standstill. The Russian Mafia will love it. They’ll then force the millions of Americans they’ve illegally entrapped into the streets to show support for Trump, and before you know it, our nation will be destroyed.
