Vice President Harris Meets with Netanyahu to advocate for Palestinian civilians, to the annoyance of Netanyahu

Vice President Harris met with Prime Minister Netanyahu of Israel on July 25, 2024 to discuss the Israel-Hamas War and to pressure him to provide care to Palestinian civilians trapped in Gaza. Mr. Woodward included portions of their discussion in his book War published by Simon & Schuster on October 14, 2024. I’ll begin with some of the Vice President’s statements made at their press conference which followed their meeting. Her comments reportedly infuriated Netanyahu. I’ve highlighted the language I believe enraged him, when she stood up for the Palestinian civilians.

“...I just had a frank and constructive meeting with Prime Minister Netanyahu. I told him that I will always ensure that Israel is able to defend itself, including from Iran and Iran-backed militias, such as Hamas and Hezbollah.

From when I was a young girl collecting funds to plant trees for Israel to my time in the United States Senate and now at the White House, I’ve had an unwavering commitment to the existence of the state of Israel, to its security, and to the people of Israel.

I’ve said it many times, but it bears repeating: Israel has a right to defend itself, and how it does so matters.

Hamas is a brutal terrorist organization. On October 7, Hamas triggered this war when it massacred 1,200 innocent people, including 44 Americans.

Hamas has committed horrific acts of sexual violence and took 250 hostages.

There are American citizens who remain captive in Gaza: Sagui Dekel Chen, Hersh Goldberg-Polin, Edan Alexander, Keith Siegel, Omer Neutra. And the remains of American citizens Judy Weinstein, Gad Haggai, and Itay Chen are still being held in Gaza.

I have met with the families of these American hostages multiple times now. And I’ve told them each time, they are not alone and I stand with them. And President Biden and I are working every day to bring them home.

I also expressed with the prime minister my serious concern about the scale of human suffering in Gaza, including the death of far too many innocent civilians. And I made clear my serious concern about the dire humanitarian situation there, with over 2 million people facing high levels of food insecurity and half a million people facing catastrophic levels of acute food insecurity.

What has happened in Gaza over the past nine months is devastating — the images of dead children and desperate, hungry people fleeing for safety, sometimes displaced for the second, third, or fourth time. We cannot look away in the face of these tragedies. We cannot allow ourselves to become numb to the suffering. And I will not be silent."

In Chapter 74 of his book Mr. Woodward included part of Vice President Harris’s conversation with Netanyahu during their policy meeting. Vice President Harris said:

“I’m disturbed by the humanitarian situation in Gaza,” Harris continued, looking at Netanyahu. “It’s unconscionable. People are starving. Sanitation conditions are intolerable. 4,000 people per toilet in western Gaza.”

“Netanyahu acknowledged the sanitation problem “I’ve given orders to deal with that,” he said. “He denied that Palestinians in Gaza were starving.”

….

“Harris turned to issues related to the West Bank – referring to the Palestinian territory on the west bank of the River Jordan annexed and occupied by Israel since 1967. Between two and three million Palestinians live in the West as well as around 400,000 Israeli Jews who are in settlements and outposts.”

“It’s a ticking time bomb,” Harris said. “Some of Israel’s settlements are expanding significantly. Land is being allocated for settlement use. You just legalized five illegal outposts. Settler violence is rising.”

“Phil Gordon, the vice president’s national security adviser, noticed that Netanyahu didn’t really deny the accusation.”

“The settlements have not been expanding,” Netanyahu said dismissively. “They’ve been building up, not out. People are attacking Jews in the West Bank. That should be the main focus.”

“We have a different picture than you have,” Israeli ambassador Mike Herzog added. “Iran is trying to foment unrest and terror activities in the West Bank. They’re smuggling weapons on a big scale and inside Israel.”

My opinion about the above sentence:

The reason I included the sentence is because Mr. Herzog relayed that information in response to Vice President Harris’s statements and I believe Iran is a proxy of the Russian Mafia who Putin deploys to stress and terrorize the Israeli government. President Biden said most of Netanyahu’s staff are liars. I believe President Biden. He has no reason to lie. But I’ve been tortured and harassed by the Russian Mafia for decades in America and I know how they attack. The Israeli government’s finger is glued to the trigger. They won’t stop bombing Gaza, Lebanon and Iran unless they run out of bullets. The Russian Mafia has radicalized them. The way the Russian Mafia works is, they terrorize whoever they're targeting, covertly, using proxies, for decades. Then they trigger and deploy the victim they targeted. The Israeli government is now a weapon of the Russian Mafia, who is Israel's enemy, but the Russian Mafia has convinced individuals in the Israeli government that the Russian Mafia is their friend. This is how the Russian Mafia is flipping the world order – terrorizing governments and individuals, manipulating them and deploying them for the Russian Mafia’s ends. These kinds of attacks are how the Russian Mafia has created and maintains the GOP Base in America. It’s how they’ve convinced GOP Base members that our legitimate government has entrapped them and destroyed their family when it’s actually the Russian Mafia, deploying compromised, entrapped law enforcement, who’s the perp. And everybody’s controlled by confidential plea deals they’re coerced to accept to stay out of prison. This attack works because the Russian Mafia has mastered blackmailing terrified people and controlling their ability to speak. It’s far easier to trigger and manipulate terrified people than it is to manipulate contented people. Governments are made up of people. People generally respond in a similar way to stressors. All people are part of systems. The Russian Mafia seizes control of the system by entrapping the authority figure. Then they deploy the compromised authority figure to entrap the subordinates and/or friends in their circle of influence. 

Left to their own devices, Israeli’s would've never turned off drinking water to nearly a million children. The Russian Mafia has manipulated the Israeli government into seeing monsters, not Palestinian children. There are child soldiers, the Russian Mafia has built an army of them in America. I know because the Russian Mafia attacked me using them for years. But Palestinian children are starving and do what they need to do to survive. In America, the Russian Mafia entraps our children by entrapping their parents and deploying the parents to entrap their own children. A different strategy, a different dynamic in different countries, yet both groups of children, Palestinians and Americans, are being covertly radicalized by the Russian Mafia.

That’s why there are so many shootings by children or teenagers in America: the Russian Mafia is in our country emotionally destabilizing them and their families. I would never want to go through the nightmare Palestinian civilians are experiencing, but at least they know they’re under attack. In America, the Russian Mafia ambush parents and children. People untrained in psychological warfare have little chance of understanding they’re being attacked by a foreign enemy mafia.

What I observed when watching video of Hamas soldiers attacking Israeli civilians is how brutal the attackers were. Hamas soldiers didn’t see Israeli civilians. I theorize they saw phantoms of people who tortured them long ago when they were terrified, vulnerable, and defenseless. The Russian Mafia has mastered how to flip people into monsters. How do I know? They tried it against me. For decades. I can’t tell you how I survived the attacks. Somehow I just did. Now I’m warning the world. My people are ten days away from entering the first phase of Holocaust at the hands of the evil Russian Mafia.

Returning to the subject of the Harris-Netanyahu meeting:

“Harris reiterated Biden’s policy position at her meeting with Netanyahu. No one wanted Hamas in power. “Giving the Palestinians a political horizon and ultimately a state is what our administration thinks is the right thing to do,” she said. “It’s in our mutual interest not to undermine the Palestinian Authority,” Harris said, “and to start working on governance and security and day after plans.”

….

“Netanyahu reiterated that he wanted a deal. “No one should accuse me of not wanting a deal.”

The policy meeting ended.

My opinion about the Harris-Netanyahu meeting:

Vice President Harris is right. Palestinian civilians are being horrifically and illegally abused. They’ve done nothing to deserve this abuse. Sinwar was alive during the Harris-Netanyahu press briefing, but he’s dead now (10/25/2024), yet no ceasefire in the offing for Palestinians in Gaza. Individuals in the Israeli government are owned by the Russian Mafia. The Russian Mafia is running the Israel-Hamas War, has decided there will be no ceasefire until after the November 5, 2024 presidential election in America. The Israel-Hamas War is a proxy war ordered by Putin and the Russian Mafia to install Trump into our Presidency. Our uncompromised government, working in good faith to stop the evil Putin is doing to Palestinians, were lied to by people, some of whom wear our ally’s face. Some of our “ally’s” are owned by the Russian Mafia. The Russian Mafia has deployed individuals in the Israeli government to herd Americans to Holocaust, including American Jews to Holocaust, at the hands of the evil Russian Mafia. Russian Jews are a large component of the Russian Mafia. They betrayed Israeli Jews by allowing Putin to attack Israeli civilians. Now individuals in Israel's government are passing that betrayal on to American Jews. Putin is demonstrating his ability to turn Jews against Jews in three countries. He is evil. 

Americans need to know this because we’re in the Russian Mafia’s sights. To survive we must see our enemy, understand Putin's goal, and evade his traps.

The Israeli people are our allies. They were ambushed and attacked by a terrorist organization the Russian Mafia seized control of and exploited with the intention of attacking Israeli civilians. If you read about the Hamas-Russia relationship in Wikipedia, Putin and the Russian Mafia don’t designate Hamas as a terrorist group. It’s useful for them to designate Hamas as a government because that’s how they got America to back Israel in the way that we did when Israeli civilians were attacked by a foreign enemy government.

Had a terrorist group attacked Israeli civilians on 10/7/2023, our government would’ve aided Israelis, but under the terms of our alliance, we may not have been legally obligated to assist Israel as we did. The Russian Mafia designed the Israel-Hamas War to entrap and desroy Americans and our government, to steal our country out from under us, and slaughter us. I suspect terrorist attacks against Israelis are treated differently by our government then attacks by a foreign enemy government.

Israeli’s are our allies but the Israeli government is serving the Russian Mafia who is working to slaughter Americans. Imagine the Russian Mafia’s gloating pride in deploying individuals in the Israeli government to herd Americans into the Russian Mafia’s genocide. That’s who and what the Russian Mafia is. They’ve got issues, mental problems. Americans must understand who they are, what they’re doing, and how we’re going to survive. Sooner rather than later, my people.

Don’t blame the victim. The Israel-Hamas War is a proxy war ordered by Putin. There was no way the Biden Administration could’ve anticipated such a sophisticated attack. The Russian Mafia quadruple teams targets, using proxies. The Israel-Hamas War was signed by Putin and his lieutenants to destroy our democracy and us. Our government is fighting to defend us.

Palestinian civilians would love to have their own government devoted to their survival. We’re blessed we have a government who cares about us. I pray we keep our government and our lives. I pray Palestinian civilians get the quality, powerful government they deserve to protect them from apex predators like Putin and the Russian Mafia.
