White Robes and Broken Badges by Joe Moore

 

Mr. Moore wrote White Robes and Broken Badges which HarperCollins published on 8/12/2024. In the book he details the ties between individuals in our law enforcement and white supremacists. My father is a retired police officer. He tried to entrap me. He worked as a guard in at least one Florida jail. He retired a police officer. Please consider that Putin has embedded himself into white supremacy movements in America and into some of our police departments and our police unions. I've typed a bit of Chapter 27 of Mr. Moore's book. You can check it out from the library and if your library doesn't carry it, ask them to buy it. It's in ebook format and ebooks are inexpensive for libraries to acquire.

The person speaking is Mr. Moore and an unidentified FBI agent. I bolded information that's important for you to read:

“….In January 2022, I sat down across from an FBI agent I can’t identify in a Florida restaurant I can’t disclose.”

“We’re not having this conversation,” he stated, shuffling uncomfortably.”….

“He’d requested the meeting after I’d turned over information I had obtained in the course of one of those private investigations I undertook of my own accord, which in this case involved the sexual exploitation of women.”….

“I found evidence that several police officers from a nearby jurisdiction were active members of the Ku Klux Klan and other white nationalist groups.”

“I need you to keep this quiet,” he said, his voice barely raised above a whisper.”……

“We’re [FBI] investigating law-enforcement officials for alleged connections to white supremacist groups and far-right militias in more than a dozen states. And not just Southern states either. We have ongoing investigations in Michigan, California, Connecticut, Washington State, and Virginia. The more rocks we turn over, the more of them crawl out.”

“Well, the investigations focusing on militias and the like have turned up a slew of active links to law-enforcement officers across the board.”

I told him a recent analysis by Reuters uncovered around twenty self-identified law-enforcement trainers and dozens of retired instructors in the database of the Oath Keepers.

Those trainers are of a particular concern to us, he told me, “because it screams indoctrination of young recruits. But we’ve also uncovered hard evidence that groups like the Oath Keepers are planting active members in both law enforcement and the military, not just recruiting from within those bodies.…...

“…. For the Klan to remain viable, it has to have its people influential positions. White nationalist infiltration of police and the armed forces was a crucial component of the Klan’s Invisible Empire. These militia groups boasted not only rising memberships in the wake of January 6 but also an even clearer adoption of established Klan ideology and dogma.

My FBI contact then illuminated an even more disturbing ongoing investigation….”

“…. You’re aware of the scandals in police departments located in pretty much every state, where officers have shared blatantly racist statements and posts on social media, right?”

“I know it’s gotten bad, yes.”

“Well, it’s worse, a lot worse than that. It’s not only the rank and file we’re investigating, it’s officers at the command level right to the very top. They’re not just turning a blind eye to what’s happening, they’re outright encouraging it, Joe. They’re actually hiring offices out of the police academies based on the kind of social views that were once seen as disqualifying. I've seen studies that put the number of avowed racists wearing badges at around ten percent. Those same studies estimate that percentage could be as much as a third in as little as ten years.

“Further proof of the KKK's infiltration into law enforcement came courtesy of Associated Press investigative reporter Jason Dearen, who exhaustively looked into prison guards across the multitude of Florida penal institution. As we’ve seen, in Florida, correctional officers are considered law-enforcement officials no different from police, and Dearen’s findings were shocking. Apparently, he’d attended the 2017 trial of Charles Newcomb and David Moran and made great use of the evidence presented and the convictions, especially in the second of two articles that prominently featured me.”…...

“...We spoke regularly into early 2022, with Jason providing more details about white nationalist infiltration into the Florida prison system. The warnings he’d been issuing about that were falling on deaf ears, invoking denials from Florida prison officials in the face of the evidence he presented to them. He shared some of the most outrageous claims he couldn’t fully corroborate, and thus include in his reporting, about increasing numbers of guards joining the KKK and other similar organizations. Drive and Moran were only the tip of the iceberg, or more accurately the tip of the spear. He also highlighted a factor my FBI contact had failed to mention: the inability of well-intentioned law-enforcement officials to prosecute such offenders due to policies and procedures dictated by collective bargaining agreements……” (Comment by Stacy Hackney: “I take that to mean the Russian Mafia also controls some of our police unions and Putin sets up protections for police inside their bargaining agreements so when Putin wants our police to murder and/or entrap a citizens, our police know they’re unlikely to get prison time.)

“And that has turned white nationalist infiltration into the law-enforcement community into a self-fulfilling prophecy.

“So what are we doing about it? [author asked FBI agent]

“Good question,” he said, leaning back. “It’s not like we have the manpower to infiltrate every police department in the country. And even if we did, you can’t arrest people for what they think, and what they said is an internal matter. Until it becomes criminal, there's nothing we can do.”

“And by then it’s too late,” I said, thinking of that 33 percent figure he’d [FBI agent] just quoted…..”

In November 2024 America we’ve got a significant portion, although not all, of our law-enforcement involved in KKK organizations which Putin covertly owns. The reason Trump and the GOP are 100% positive they’ll get 270 stolen electoral college votes is because Putin owns a significant portion of our police and some of those police have entrapped noncriminal civilians – have lied, blackmailed and/or influenced civilians into voting as ordered.

Many of our police, the ones involved in white supremacist organizations have been conned by Putin and will continue to resist to believe they’ve been played. Collaborators won’t believe they’ve been manipulated until 2050 as the last of them are rounded up for slaughter by a smiling elderly Putin.
